Abstract

Abstract The Taxpayer as the consumer or customer from Directorate General of Taxation is essentially entitled to get good service when conducting transactions with the Director General of Taxation as a party service providers. Negative responses that arise from poor service, among others, the emergence of a large number of taxpayers who have had bad experiences in consuming a service. Model 4 D (disconfirmation, Dissatisfaction, Dissonance and Disaffection) is one model that can be used to evaluate the service quality negatively. Understanding the customer response can also be done by focusing on maximizing the positive response by identifying the attributes of service experience of the negative side. This research intends to evaluate the negative concept of dissatisfaction, disconfirmation, dissonance, and disaffects toward quality tax services in the West Sidoarjo Primary KPP. This research is expected to provide input to the Government cq. Directorate General of Taxation KPP Primary West Sidoarjo in making policies related to public service. The sample in this research is the taxpayer who is taking care of tax matters as much as 125 Taxpayers. The spread of the questionnaire conducted commencing on December 6, 2010 through December 10, 2010. Analytical techniques used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). By using AMOS 4:01 test results show that disconfirmation, Dissatisfaction, and Disaffection has not been able to negatively evaluate the quality of tax services provided by KPP Primary West Sidoarjo. However, Dissonance able to negatively evaluate the quality of tax services provided by KPP Primary West Sidoarjo. Keyword: disconfirmation, Dissatisfaction, Dissonance and Disaffection Abstrak Wajib Pajak sebagai konsumen atau pelanggan dari Direktorat Jenderal Pajak pada dasarnya berhak mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik ketika melakukan transaksi dengan Direktur Jenderal Pajak sebagai penyedia layanan pihak. Tanggapan negatif yang muncul dari layanan yang buruk, antara lain, munculnya sejumlah besar wajib pajak yang memiliki pengalaman buruk dalam mengonsumsi layanan. Model 4 D (disconfirmation, Dissatisfaction, Disonance, and Disaffection) adalah salah satu model yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan secara negatif. Memahami respons pelanggan juga dapat dilakukan dengan berfokus pada memaksimalkan respons positif dengan mengidentifikasi atribut pengalaman layanan dari sisi negatif. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengevaluasi konsep negatif ketidakpuasan, disconfirmation, disonansi, dan disaffect terhadap layanan pajak berkualitas di KPP Primer Sidoarjo Barat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada Pemerintah cq. Direktorat Jenderal Pajak KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Barat dalam membuat kebijakan terkait pelayanan publik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak yang mengurus masalah pajak sebanyak 125 Wajib Pajak. Penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan dimulai pada 6 Desember 2010 hingga 10 Desember 2010. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dengan menggunakan hasil tes AMOS 4:01 menunjukkan bahwa diskonfirmasi, ketidakpuasan, dan ketidakpuasan belum mampu mengevaluasi secara negatif kualitas layanan pajak yang diberikan oleh KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Barat. Namun, Disonansi mampu mengevaluasi secara negatif kualitas layanan pajak yang diberikan oleh KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Barat. Kata kunci: disconfirmation, Ketidakpuasan, Disonansi dan Ketidaksukaan

Abstract

Some of the most successful companies in Indonesia come from Family Companies that can reach 3 generations. The organizational culture in the family company is largely determined by the mindset of the family company actors. Besides, many family companies cannot articulate their core values (Family Values) into values that can be applied to business, which must be exemplified by company Leaders. This study aims to examine the concepts of Mindset, Family Value, and Leadership in Organizational Culture. The object of this study is a family company which is engaged in building materials business. The population in this study was all employees at building material companies in Surabaya, with a sample of 30 building material company owners as respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the study results, it shows that (1) mindset has a significant effect on the organizational culture of the building material family company. (2) Leadership has a significant effect on the organizational culture of the building material family company. (3) Family values have a significant effect on the organizational culture of the building material family company in Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance and the effect of social capital in moderating entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance. The location of this research and sampling was carried out in Kedensari Village, Sidoarjo. This study uses data on the distribution of questionnaires as a population and data based on the DISKOPUMKM website in Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence on entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance and the effect of social capital in moderating entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance. Abstract

Produk furnitur Indonesia berdaya saing karena tidak saja Indonesia memiliki sumber bahan baku alami yang melimpah dan berkelanjutan, namun juga didukung oleh keragaman corak dan desain yang berciri khas lokal serta ditunjang oleh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang cukup kompeten. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi entrepreneurial, strategi kewirausahaan, dan modal sosial terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM Mebel di Kota Surabaya.. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuisioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Dengan populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengusaha di Jalan Semarang Kota Surabaya sejumlah 50 orang. Kemudian teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan peneliti yaitu non probability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh. Sehingga sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah yaitu 50 orang Pengusaha UMKM Mebel di Jalan Semarang Kota Surabaya. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Sedangkan analisis yang dipergunakan adala Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha; 2) strategi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha; dan 3) modal sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) saat ini mempunyai peran yang penting untuk meningkatkan perekonomian negara, baik negara yang sudah maju maupun negara yang sedang berkembang. Tujuan dari diadakannya studi ini yakni agar dapat mengetahui korelasi daripada pemberdayaan pegawai dan kinerja pegawai terhadap kesejahteraan pegawai di UMKM Galeri Belva Batik. Selanjutnya peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif sebagai jenis penelitian ini yang mana kuesioner sebagai alat pengukur jawaban dari responden. Populasi yang dipergunakan oleh peneliti yakni para pegawai UMKM Galeri Belva Batik sebanyak 100 orang. Yang kemudian dalam mengumpulkan sampel yakni teknik non probability sampling dan metode purposive sampling, sehingga sampel yang dipergunakan peneliti sebanyak 80 pegawai dan margin eror 5%. Setelah dijawab oleh responden, jawaban tersebut akan dianalisis dengan mempergunakan Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) untuk menguji tingkat kevalidan dan reliabelnya suatu indikator dan variabel penelitian yang mana hal tersebut termasuk kedalam outter dan inner model. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemberdayaan pegawai berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan pada kesejahteraan pegawai dan kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif pada kesejahteraan pegawai.

Abstract

AbstractThe face-to-face school learning process in the midst of the covid pandemic is carried out online. This is based on the policy of the Ministry of Education, Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 regarding the implementation of education policies in the emergency period of the spread of the corona virus. The pandemic condition with the online learning process requires schools and teachers to innovate in the teaching and learning process. With the aim of strengthening the teaching competence of teachers in making learning innovations, the community partnership program is carried out based on special problems faced by partners of SMP Muhammadiyah 14 Lamongan, namely: (a) not being able to innovate blended learning models for online learning; (b) has not been able to optimally use e-learning based on cloud computing; (c) have not been able to innovate in making ICT-based learning media. The solution to the problem of partner needs is answered by three strategies: (a) training in the preparation and development of blended learning models for teachers; (b) create an open-source e-learning website based on chamilo and train teachers and students to use it; (c) train teachers to make learning media based on information and communication technology.Keywords: learning innovation, blended learning, learning. AbstrakProses belajar sekolah tatap muka di tengah pandemi covid dilakukan secara daring. Hal tersebut didasarkan kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan Surat Edaran Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 tentang pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa darurat penyebaran virus corona. Kondisi pandemi dengan proses pembelajaran daring menuntut sekolah dan guru untuk berinovasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dengan tujuan penguatan kompetensi mengajar guru dalam membuat inovasi pembelajaran program kemitraan masyarakat dilaksanakan didasarkan permasalahan khusus yang dihadapi mitra SMP Muhammadiyah 14 Lamongan yaitu: (a) belum mampu inovasi model pembelajaran blanded learning untuk pembelajaran daring; (b) belum mampu secara optimal menggunakan e-learning berbasis cloud computing; (c) belum mampu inovasi membuat media pembelajaran berbasis TIK. Solusi masalah kebutuhan mitra dijawab dengan tiga strategi: (a) pelatihan penyusunan dan pengembangan model pembelajaran blanded learning untuk guru; (b) membuat website e-learning open source berbasis chamilo serta melatih guru dan siswa untuk menggunakannya; (c) melatih guru membuat media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dana komunikasi.Kata kunci: inovasi pembelajaran, blanded learning, pembelajaran.

Abstract

Currently, with the development of the era, the company's competition is also getting higher. In a company, there must be roles for employees and workers called Human Resources (HR). This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Furthermore, the researchers used quantitative research as a type of this research in which the questionnaire was used as a means of measuring the answers of the respondents. In this study the population is all workers in INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo totaling 67 employees. In this study, the sampling technique used a saturated sample because the population was less than 100 so that the entire population in this study was used as a sample, amounting to 67 people. After being answered by the respondent, the answer will be analyzed using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) to test the level of validity and reliability of an indicator and research variable which is included in the outer and inner models. The results of this study conclude that the work environment have positive effect but not significant and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The success of the company is largely determined by the human resources in it. Therefore, the company must empower all components of its human resources properly, so that they are able to improve their performance by paying attention to performance appraisals, rewards, and punishments to employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance appraisal, reward, and punishment on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of East Java Province. This research is a quantitative research that uses a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population used in this study were employees at the Regional Personnel Agency of East Java Province, amounting to 108 people. For the sample who filled out the questionnaire at the Regional Personnel Agency of East Java Province as many as 107 people using probability sampling technique. The data used are primary and secondary data. While the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study indicate that 1) performance appraisal has a positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of East Java Province, 2) reward has a positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of East Java Province, 3) punishment has not been able to affect employee performance at the Civil Service Agency. East Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, training, compensation, and competence on the performance of employees of the Regional Personnel Board of East Java province. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Personnel Agency of East Java Province. The sampling method is using probability sampling, namely the probability sampling technique (probability) or simple random sampling. The sample taken amounted to 85 respondents. The data used are primary data, namely questionnaire data from answers to respondents and secondary data, namely supporting data obtained from the Regional Personnel Agency of East Java Province. While the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of research and discussion of research results that have been stated that recruitment, training, and competence have a positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of East Java Province, while compensation has not affected the performance of employees of the Regional Personnel Agency of East Java Province.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai tidak selamanya berjalan optimal menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Riset ini bertujuan: 1.) Guna memperoleh suatu informasi terkait pengaruh strres kerja kepada kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Tuban; 2.) Guna memperoleh suatu informasi terkait pengaruh cyberloafing kepada kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Tuban. Data yang dipergunakan dalam riset ini ialah data primer yakni data yang dihimpun menggunakan kuesioner yang peneliti bagian terhadap pegawai BKPSDM Tuban yang berjumlah 63 pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 63 responden. Skala likert digunakan sebagai pengukuran. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sementara analisis yang dipergunakan yakni Partial Least Square (PLS). Bersumber pada hasil yang diperoleh pada riset yang dilakukan: 1.) Stres kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai; 2.) Cyberloafing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Cyberloafing; Kinerja Pegawai; Stres Kerja.
