Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between the role of Utilitarianism on Employee Performance in the Hospitality sector. The sampling method used was "purposive sampling" to select the participant group. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 25 software. The research results showed that there was a significant influence on the variable (X) Utilitarianism and the variable (Y) Performance. This is proven by the results of the t test calculation of 4.456, whereas in the t table it is 2.0157 at a significance level of 5%, which means that Ha is accepted. Apart from that, the regression equation Y = 13.813 + 1.539 Conclusion, from the results of the t test, there is an influence between variable Y and variable Keywords: Performance, Hospitality, Utilitarianism

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality, price and location on consumer satisfaction at Mitra Sejati Hospital. The research method used is a quantitative method with a positivistic approach, which involves collecting and analyzing data in the form of numbers to produce concrete conclusions. The research results show that service quality, price and location have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. This is proven through statistical tests with the Sig t value which shows the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction (0.014 < 0.05), price on consumer satisfaction (0.013 < 0.05), and location on consumer satisfaction (0.001 < 0.05 ). Apart from that, the F test also shows that simultaneously, service quality, price and location together have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Conclusion, that the importance of service quality management, setting the right price, and choosing a strategic location in increasing consumer satisfaction at Mitra Sejati Hospital. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the chat & buy strategy, accuracy of goods and prices on increasing sales at Sports Station Medan Mall Floor 3. The research method used is a quantitative approach using 100 customer samples selected through the cluster sampling method. The results of the analysis show that the chat & buy strategy variables, item accuracy, and price positively and significantly influence sales increases, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.485, which means that 48.5% of the variation in sales increases can be explained by the three variables. the. The t test shows that the chat & buy strategy, item accuracy, and price significantly influence the increase in sales, with sig values of 0.007, 0.002, and 0.000 respectively, and Tcount values of 2.766, 3.136 and 7.496 respectively. The conclusion is that the chat & buy strategy, accuracy of goods and prices play a significant role in increasing sales at Sports Station Medan Mall Floor 3. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the number of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) and Remittances on poverty levels in Semarang Regency. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of E-views 12 software. The results of the research show that the number of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) has a positive and significant effect on the poverty level in Ponorogo Regency. Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence the workload and work motivation of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UID Riau and Riau Islands UP3 Tanjungpinang. This research uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection instrument with a quantitative research approach. The research population is employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UID Riau and UP3 Riau Tanjungpinang Islands, and the entire population was sampled, with a total of 199 workers, using a saturated sampling approach. Descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing were carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with Smartpls 3. The results showed that workload had an influence but was not significant on employee performance, while motivation had a significant influence on employee performance. . In conclusion, it is hoped that it can provide input for PT. PLN (Persero) UID Riau and Riau Islands UP3 Tanjungpinang in improving human resources, especially in terms of workload, motivation and employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of digital competence and training on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Kuningan Regency Ministry of Religion Office with a sample size of 191 employees. The data used in this research comes from primary and secondary data based on the results of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The sampling method in this research uses probability sampling (random sampling) using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The research results show that digital competency, training and employee performance are in the good category. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that digital competency and training have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Kuningan Regency Ministry of Religion Office by 65%. Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based sales and ordering information system using the waterfall method. Xampp is used as a server, MySQL as a database, and the PHP programming language is supported by the Codeigniter framework. The resulting system is designed to increase communication efficiency and expand promotional reach. The use of black box testing is carried out to verify system functions and ensure that its performance meets expectations. The test results show that the system is running well. By implementing this web-based sales and ordering system, it is hoped that Queen Bakery can make transactions easier, reach more consumers, and provide more complete product information. The conclusion is that the integration of technology in the sales process can be an effective solution to overcome challenges in the world of the bakery business. Abstract

This research wants to find out whether Trust and Brand Image can act as mediators between E-WOM and OPI in the Gojek Application. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires using a Likert scale. A total of 385 respondents who had used the Gojek Application service were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SMART PLS 3 software. The research results show that E-WOM has a positive and significant influence on Trust and Brand Image. The influence of Brand Image on Trust is also significant. In the Intervening test, only Brand Image moderated the influence of E-WOM on Trust. Brand Image plays a key role in creating a big influence on Trust. In conclusion, Gojek is advised to continue to innovate in application development in order to build a positive image for its consumers. The better Gojek's image, the greater consumer confidence in using the services offered through the Gojek Application. Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of systems, services, taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in the Jombang One-Stop Manunggal Administration System (SAMSAT) with perceptions of whitening as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all motor vehicle tax payers registered with SAMSAT Jombang. Sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The total taxpayer population is 637,796 taxpayers who own motor vehicles. The sample obtained consisted of 100 taxpayers. With data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Testing the questionnaire results uses validity analysis and reliability analysis. The research results show that it can be concluded that the results of research on systems, services, awareness, sanctions have no positive and insignificant effect on taxpayer compliance. Perception of bleaching as a moderating variable has no positive and insignificant effect on systems, services, awareness, sanctions, and taxpayer compliance. Taxpayers do not comply with paying taxes on time in the hope of not receiving high sanctions if they are late or do not pay taxes with the existence of tax whitening moderation.
