Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of competence and professionalism on audit quality, by considering the role of auditor ethics as a mediating variable. The research method applied is a quantitative method, and data analysis is carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that auditor competence and professionalism have a positive and significant impact on audit quality, both directly and through auditor ethics as a mediator. These findings provide an important contribution in understanding the complex relationship between individual auditor characteristics, aspects of professionalism, and ethical integrity in the audit context. The conclusion is that the implications of the results of this research can provide deeper insight for practitioners, regulators and researchers in developing more effective and quality audit practices. Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the mastery of marketing communications through digital media in increasing the creativity of MSME product promotions. This research involved five MSME actors in Jatinegara Kaum, East Jakarta, and used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and observations. The research results show that MSMEs mainly use social media Instagram and WhatsApp to market their products. In conclusion, the presence of digital media helps them introduce and market their products, as well as simplify the ordering process. However, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the use of digital media. It is hoped that further research will be able to identify needs and design development programs that can overcome obstacles in digital-based marketing. Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of transformational leadership and organizational climate on employee performance through organizational commitment. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The research results show that transformational leadership and organizational climate have a positive and significant influence on organizational performance, both directly and through organizational commitment. The conclusion is that the role of transformative leadership and a conducive organizational climate is important in improving employee performance through a high level of organizational commitment. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of competence and professionalism on audit quality by integrating auditor ethics as a mediating variable. Abstract

This research aims to determine the mediating influence of professional commitment in influencing work autonomy and competence on work engagement. The method used is a quantitative method. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The research results showed that the work autonomy variable obtained P values > 0.05 (0.324 > 0.05) and t-statistics < 1.96 (0.987 < 1.96). The competency variable has a P value > 0.05 (0.818 > 0.05) and t-statistic < 1.96 (0.231 < 1.96). This value shows that work autonomy and competence do not have a positive and significant effect on work engagement. This research also proves that work autonomy does not have a positive and significant effect on professional commitment because it has a P value > 0.05 (0.449 > 0.05) and t-statistic < 1.96 (0.758 < 1.96). Competence has a positive and significant effect on professional commitment because it has P Values < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and t-statistics > 1.96 (24.086 > 1.96). Abstract

This research aims to evaluate how salaries and incentives influence employee performance improvement at PT. Tenma Indonesia Karawang Factory. Research data was collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using SPSS version 26 software with a multiple linear regression approach. The research results show that the calculated t result of the salary variable is 6.775 > t table 1.984, meaning that the salary variable has a partially significant effect on the performance variable, while the t calculated incentive variable is 1.216 < t table 1.984, meaning that the incentive variable has no partial significant effect on the performance variable. And it is known that the calculated F value of the salary and incentive variables is 53.257 > F table 3.090, meaning that it has a significant simultaneous effect on the performance variable. In conclusion, companies must be able to provide appropriate salaries to their employees in order to advance the company and encourage employee performance because there is a relationship between salary variables and performance variables. The low incentives received by employees mean that employee performance cannot be measured by the number of incentives received. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the process of handling passenger ships regarding the timeliness of ship operational schedules located at PT. Indonesian National Shipping Tanjung Priok Branch. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with primary and secondary data where data collection uses observation and interviews to determine the population, sample, data collection, data processing and data compilation. The results of the research can be concluded that the estimated and actual schedule for ship arrival and departure does not match, the average time required for ship arrival is 01:43 (one hour and forty-three minutes) and for ship departure is 00:54 (fifty-four minutes). ) and the percentage of ships on schedule is only 12% or 2 times out of 17 operations. Delays are caused by weather factors, machine repairs, clearance processes and poor internet connections. Therefore, coordination between ship operations and ship crew as well as internet stability is a solution to the timeliness of ship operational schedules. Abstract

This research aims to identify the causes of problems or obstacles related to receiving activities, starting from trucks entering the gate-in to leaving the gate-out at the Koja Container Terminal, and providing an understanding of the impacts resulting from the identified problems or obstacles. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which describes and explains the conditions, phenomena or research variables studied. Truck Round Time analysis at the export container terminal shows that there are several obstacles in the process of receiving containers at the stacking yard. The time of receiving activities can be seen from the length of Truck Round Time, where only 33% of that time reaches the ideal standard, while 67% is still below the ideal standard. The length of time for receiving activities that do not reach ideal standards has negative impacts, such as the potential for congestion inside or outside the terminal, which can harm the good name of the Koja Container Terminal, reduce customer loyalty and satisfaction with the terminal, and hamper other operational processes within. Abstract

This research aims to identify HR workforce planning strategies at Batik Ayu. The analysis was carried out using IFAS and EFAS analysis, followed by a SWOT matrix to find the position of the Labor quadrant. Batik Ayu faces the problem of not having an HR workforce planning strategy, which is the focus of this research. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the application of SWOT analysis. Data was obtained through interviews and surveys with MSME owners, employees and researchers as the main source of data. The results of the analysis show that Batik Ayu's workforce/HR is in quadrant 1 (positive), indicating access to various opportunities in the environment and the forces that support the use of these opportunities. The conclusion is that the recommended strategic plan is to implement growth policies with an aggressive approach to exploit these opportunities optimally. Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the content marketing strategies implemented by Sate Taichan Senayan in facing intense competition on the Instagram platform. The research method uses a qualitative approach by collecting primary data through interviews and direct observation of the owner of Sate Taichan Senayan, while secondary data is obtained from journals, articles and library studies. Content analysis is used as the main framework to explore the content marketing strategy implemented by the company. The research results revealed that Sate Taichan Senayan adopted an approach based on the four stages of the customer journey: attention, interest, desire and action. In conclusion, provides in-depth insight into how culinary companies manage their content to achieve marketing effectiveness in the digital era, especially on visual platforms such as Instagram.
