Abstract

This research aims to see the relevance of ethical leadership and the work environment as two main factors that influence employee performance in Baros Village, Central Cimahi, West Java. With 53 sub-district employees as samples, data was collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires online. The research results show that at the Baros District Office, employee performance is influenced by the ethical leadership of the Village Head and a good work environment. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of effectiveness, accountability and allocation of village funds on the optimization of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods using primary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to respondents according to the criteria. The research results show that accountability influences the optimization of BUMDes, and the allocation of village funds influences the optimization of BUMDes. Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of company size, liquidity, profitability and leverage on the capital structure of basic industry and chemicals companies on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2019-2021. The data processing method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study found that liquidity has an influence on capital structure. Company Size, Profitability, Leverage do not have a significant influence on Capital Structure. The conclusion is that the R-Square coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.280 or 28% and the remaining 72% is explained by other variables or factors. Abstract

This research aims to analyze, determine the impact, gather knowledge and understand the impact of leverage, profitability and economic value added on the quality of profits of companies in the basic and chemical industries listed on the IDX. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that explains the relationship between variables and the theory test used. The research results show that financial leverage and profitability have no and negligible influence on earnings quality, while economic added value has a large and significant influence on earnings quality in chemical and basic industrial companies listed on the IDX. From the R-Square value, it can be seen that 99.8% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable. Keywords: Economic Value Added, Quality of Earnings, Leverage, Profitability

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of rewards, communication and mastery of technology on employee work productivity at PT Allianz Star Network Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research and explanatory research. The sampling method was carried out using saturated sampling, and data analysis used multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially, at PT Allianz Star Network Medan, rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, and mastery of technology has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Simultaneously, rewards, communication and mastery of technology also have a positive and significant influence on PT Allianz Star Network Medan. In conclusion, this research provides an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence employee work productivity in this company. The implications of the results of this research can be used as a basis for developing more effective human resource management policies and practices at PT Allianz Star Network Medan. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity and company size on profitability in mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The analytical method of this research is to use multiple regression analysis with the SPSS Version 22.0 application. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The results of this research show that Leverage has a significant effect on Profitability, Liquidity has no significant effect on Profitability and Size has no significant effect on Profitability. The conclusion is that DER, Current Ratio, Size have a significant effect on profitability in mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. Abstract

This research aims to determine the Marketing Mix on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at the Enggal Sehat Megang Sakti Pharmacy, Musi Rawas Regency. This research method is data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the Product Marketing Mix research have a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the value of tcount = 4.004 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the second hypothesis test: Price Marketing Mix has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the tcount value = 3.628 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the third hypothesis test: Place Marketing Mix has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the value of tcount = 4.014 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the fourth hypothesis test: Promotional Marketing Mix have a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the value of tcount = 3.627 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The marketing mix has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Enggal Sehat Pharmacy, Megang Sakti, Musi Rawas Regency. This is proven by the value of Fcount = 5.213 > ttable value = 2.456 with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether workload and work discipline affect job satisfaction. The research method used is saturated sampling methodology consisting of 36 permanent employees of the marketing and service division using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that workload can contribute to increasing employee job satisfaction, and work discipline can contribute to increasing employee job satisfaction. Abstract

This research is based on a decline in employee job satisfaction which is marked by an increase in employee resignations caused by communication factors, leadership factors and work discipline factors. Quantitative descriptive research method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Putra Mas Pratama Medan, totaling 131 employees. The number of samples in this research was 99 employees. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion, partially Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, partially Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction and partially Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction and simultaneously Communication, Leadership and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image and brand ambassadors on the decision to purchase Korean Spicy Chicken Noodles among students at the National Development University "Veteran" East Java. The following research method is quantitative. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is a data analysis method that relies on elements and uses PLS (Partial Least Squares) analysis equipment. Research Results a) the Brand Image variable in Purchasing Decisions has path coefficients of 0.201926, a T-statistic score of 2.543859 > 1.96 (from the table score Zα = 0.05), and a P-Value of 0.012 < 0.05; b) the Brand Ambassador variable (X2) in Purchasing Decisions (Y) has a path coefficient value of 0.433517, a T-statistic score of 6.004843 > 1.96 (from the table score Zα = 0.05), and a P-Value of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, brand image and brand ambassadors have a statistically significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Korean spicy chicken noodles.
