Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the internal control system for cash receipts at ABC Hospital by comparing it with the framework proposed by the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO). Good internal control is considered crucial for a company to achieve its goals and maintain the security of its cash assets. A qualitative research method with a comparative descriptive approach was used, with primary data collected through observation. The results of the observation analysis show that although internal control over cash receipts at ABC Hospital is effective, there are several aspects that need improvement, such as the need for written procedures and official policies regarding cash receipts and disbursements. In addition, problems occur in processing information and documents when there is a power outage or an error in the hospital management information system. Conclusion, that certain improvements are needed to ensure the efficiency and security of the cash receipts internal control system. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of personality, family environment, and entrepreneurship education on generation Z's entrepreneurial interest in Banyuwangi. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are members of generation Z in the area. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques to evaluate the extent to which these independent variables influence generation Z's interest in entrepreneurship. The research results show that personality, family environment and entrepreneurial education have a positive and significant influence on generation Z's interest in entrepreneurship in Banyuwangi. In conclusion, factors that can encourage interest in entrepreneurship in generation Z provide a basis for developing more effective education and training programs, as well as provide insight for policy makers to advance entrepreneurial potential among generation Z. Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Yess Program from the Principal Agent's perspective in Pasuruan Regency. In this case, the principal-agent condition can be a factor that influences the implementation of the Yess program. Where agency problems often occur, such as Information Asymmetry, Adverse Selection, and Moral Hazard. The research results show that the implementation of the Yess program in Pasuruan Regency is carried out by the DIT (District Implementation Team) and is responsible to the Coordinator. In conclusion, agency problems can be handled well by the Coordinator and DIT (District Implementation Team) in Pasuruan Regency. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Regional Original Income (PAD) and Domestic Investment (PMDN) on the Human Development Index (HDI) in East Java province during the 2007-2021 period, with poverty as an intermediate variable or intervening variable. A quantitative approach is applied using multiple linear regression techniques and path analysis as the main methods. The research results show that there is a direct positive and significant relationship between PAD, PMDN, and HDI. However, through path analysis, there is no indication of an indirect influence through poverty on HDI from PAD and PMDN. The implications of these findings can provide a deeper insight into regional development strategies, by highlighting the importance of increasing PAD and PMDN directly to support increasing HDI. In conclusion, the results of this research contribute to understanding the dynamics of the interaction of economic and social variables in the context of regional development in the province of East Java. Abstract

The aim of the research is to investigate and analyze the role of satisfaction as an intervening variable in the relationship between product quality and consumer repurchase interest at Kedai Jukung Bali. This research aims to understand the extent to which consumer satisfaction mediates the influence of product quality on repurchase intention, with the hope of providing valuable insight for management and contributing to the understanding of consumer behavior in the industry. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach and the sample used was 200 respondents with the criteria of having visited and made purchases in the last year. The method for calculating the sample size uses the Malhotra (2009) formula with purposive sampling technique. The results of this research prove that: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, 3) Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, 4) Product quality has a positive effect and significant on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable mediated by consumer satisfaction at Kedai Jukung, Jembrana Regency, Bali. In conclusion, Kedai Jukung is expected to maintain the appearance of the product, menu variants and improve the taste of each menu in order to encourage consumers to come and recommend Kedai Jukung to others. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the Indonesian capital market's reaction to the announcement of Russia's invasion of Ukraine on February 24 2022. Special focus is given to companies in the food industry sector that use wheat as the main raw material. Six companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange that rely on wheat were the subject of analysis. The research method uses an event study approach by calculating cumulative abnormal returns and average trading volume activity in the time period February 2022-March 2022. The research results show that there are no significant differences in the calculated variables between the periods before and after the announcement of the Russian-Ukrainian invasion. The implication is that the Indonesian capital market, especially companies in the food industry sector, did not experience a significant impact due to this incident. This research contributes to understanding the capital market response to geopolitical events and its relevance to the food industry sector in Indonesia. In conclusion, the resilience of the Indonesian capital market to certain foreign events and emphasizes the importance of diversifying raw materials in the food industry to reduce potential external risks. Abstract

Brand Image is something that every company must pay attention to and always improve. This is very important because it will help maintain the existence and strengthen the competitiveness of the Company amidst ongoing business competence. Brand image also has a big impact on increasing sales of products released by each company. This research focuses on examining the strategies used by the fashion brand LaelyInd, a new start-up company in an effort to improve the brand image and competitiveness of the products it launches. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study type. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on research conducted, it is known that LaelyInd uses several important strategies in building the image of their products. One of them is effective promotional media as well as marketing mix business communication. Apart from that, the marketing team and other employees also collaborate in cultural events and fashion shows to improve brand image and product competitiveness. In an effort to achieve maximum public trust, LaelyInd always ensures the quality of the products they launch using premium and homemade materials. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate retail performance using sales turnover as a benchmark, with a focus on Gramedia Mall Central Park, which is part of the Gramedia Store network. This research also aims to determine the influence of the variables studied, namely product quality, service quality and location on purchasing decisions. The research design uses a causal quantitative method using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This questionnaire was distributed to 105 respondents to obtain more accurate data analysis results. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) through testing the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The research results show that product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, as does service quality and location. The conclusion is that retail performance, especially Gramedia Mall Central Park, can be assessed from the development of sales turnover. Additionally, product quality, service quality, and location play an important role in shaping customer purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of leadership, workload and burnout on employee performance in garment companies in Tangerang Regency. The research design used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach, which aims to find cause-and-effect relationships between the variables studied. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to garment company employees using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The population of this research was 74 employees of garment companies in Tangerang Regency, who were also used as research samples using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data processing involves measurement tests, structural tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. However, workload and burnout do not have a significant influence on employee performance. Thus, these findings highlight the importance of the role of leadership in improving employee performance in garment companies. Although workload and burnout do not significantly influence employee performance in the context of this research, this does not reduce the need to pay attention to and manage these factors in the context of human resource management. Abstract

This research aims to describe efforts to increase women's entrepreneurship in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the concept of Social Entrepreneurship in Rembang District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained through direct interviews with several samples selected from the population, calculated using the Slovin formula. The results of the research show that the five business models (Entrepreneurial Opportunities, Entrepreneurial Skills, Women Empowerment, Marketing Orientation, and Networking) that have been implemented in Rembang District are effective solutions in overcoming challenges as well as being social innovations that play an important role in increasing the efforts of women in Rembang District in entrepreneurship. In conclusion, this research provides further understanding regarding efforts to increase women's entrepreneurial skills in facing the impact of the pandemic, focusing on the social and environmental context of Rembang District.
