Abstract

In Kendal, at least three social religious institutions that have influence in the community of Kendal, Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Muhammadiyah, and Rifaiyyah.. Among the three institutions, Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) has the most members spread across the region Kendal, particularly among the farming community. Ideally, NU was able to encourage its members to carry out agricultural zakat. Especially in the NU Community has an institutions, LAZIS (Institution for Managerial Zakat and Shodaqoh). But in reality, of the amount of NU LAZIS scattered in the district of Kendal, only five LAZIS that optimally perform zakat empowerment of agriculture, namely District Rowosari, District Patebon, District Gemuh, District Kangkung, and District Boja. Its implementation is not maximized in the districts but still only focused on areas of the village or certain villages Management and organization become a serious problem in the utilization of zakat agriculture . Zakat management of agriculture focused on aspects of the collection and utilization . Organizational aspects can be solved by internal and external solutions through communication , mapping mustahik and internal consolidation with LAZIS - LAZIS NU in its territory.Keywords: Management, Agricultural Zakat, LAZIS

Abstract

AbstractMadrasah Aliyah is an upper secondary educational institutions are characterized by Islam use of the curriculum common and religion. Although many secondary educational institutions such as vocational schools and high schools in the town of Sragen but where Madrash Aliyah in Sragen city can still exist developing and developed. Th is situation is supported by a competence teacher resources and has a high dedication to the development of Madrasah Aliyah. Th is study aims to determine e? orts to develop the competence of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah in Kota Sragen. And also to determine the application of quality management in the development of the teacher competency. Research on teacher competence development and implementation of quality management in the professional development of teachers Madrasah Aliyah uses a qualitative approach, using methods of descriptive analysis. Data collection is done by using the technique of participant observation, interview and documentation. Data form the words, records, reports and documents obtained from the head of the Madrasah, Vice Principals, Teachers and Employees Madrasah Aliyah. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data is done by the extension of the presence of the researcher, continuous and careful observation, and triangulation techniques using a variety of sources, methods and theories. From this research note general overview Madrasah Aliyah in Kota Sragen, other forms of competence development of teachers is done, which include: recruitment, education and training, monitoring, supervision and certi? cation of teachers and implementation of quality management through quality planning up to quality control.Keywords: Quality Management, Competence Development of Teachers

Abstract

Mengajarkan akhlak yang merupakan bagian dari aspek sikap atau afektif, merupakan pekerjaan yang tidak mudah, berbeda dengan mengajarkan matematika, fisika, ilmu-ilmu sosial dan lain sebagainya. Karena mengajar akhlak, bukanlah sekadar menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan atau sejumlah informasi atau keterampilan, tetapi membentuk perilaku sikap peserta didik yang diamalkan dalam kehidupannya. Di samping itu akhlak berhubungan dengan nilai (value) yang sulit diukur, karena menyangkut kesadaran yang tumbuh dari dalam. Sehingga untuk mendapatkan hasil pembelajaran akhlak, dalam arti perubahan sikap yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk perilaku yang dibiasakan membutuhkan: usaha yang serius, waktu yang cukup lama, dan lingkungan yang kondusif.

Abstract

Setiap guru wajib menunjukkan kinerjanya melalui optimalisasi tugas pokok guru merencanakan program, melaksanakan program pengajaran, dan melaksanakan hubungan pribadi siswa. Apabila ketiga hal tersebut dapat dilakukan guru maka akan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Kinerja guru mempunyai kedudukan yang penting dalam rangka peningkatan dan pengendalian mutu pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui kontribusi kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru; 2) untuk mengetahui kontribusi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru; 3) untuk mengetahui kontribusi motivasi terhadap kinerja guru; dan 4) untuk mengetahui kontribusi kompetensi profesional, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru secara bersama-sama.Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sejumlah sebanyak 73 guru dari 12 sekolah MI se-Kecamatan Ambarawa Kabupaten Semarang, dengan sampel yang digunakan sebesar 62 orang responden menggunakan teknik teknik simple random sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik.. Kata kunci: kompetensi profesional, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru

Abstract

AbstrakBerkembangnya zaman membuat pengembangan teknologi juga semakin meningkat. Dalam dunia pembelajaran sebagai contoh adanya pengembangan teknologi di era modern, demi menarik minat belajar siswa berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah salah satunya dengan menggunkan Audio visual daalam pembelajaran. Nyatanya metode ini sangat efektif digunakan selain untuk menarik minta siswa Audio visual juga banyak manfaatnya. Dengan sistem pembelajaran yang memakai media ini dapat menggunakan metode yang dipakai untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di sekolah pada contoh penerapan media yang dipakai untuk menarik minat siswa dalam pembelajaran Fiqih.

Abstract

Abstract! e word Civilization is often given the same meaning with culture. But there is a di$ erence in meaning between the two terms. The term Civilization to civilization and Culture for culture. Similarly differentiated between in Arabic word Tsaqafah (culture), said Hadharah (progress), and of the Tamaddun(civilization). Al-kala’i argues that culture in the Arabic language means al-tsaqofah.Initially, i.e. from the time of Rosululloh until the 12th century ad this civilization has managed successfully so that it can give birth to world-class historians so that from here can also give birth to community organizations,the economic centre of the region, language, education, religious belief and science, all of which were based on the religion of islam. Already quite a lot of Americans, Europeans and others converted to Islam. However, unfortunately the addition of Muslims is not coupled the readiness concept in Islamiccivilization progress. at this time the quantity of people the most is the religion of Islam which reached 1.4 billion people. Abstract

Abstract:The learning of Islamic education today is at the heart of the character formation of learners. Because true education changes the way people view from bad to good, from being unable to be from unable to be able. With PAI learning model in School through various approaches expected education process in effort of character formation can be optimal. This research is a qualitative research using library approach, which is an approach that examines and uses literature as reference and reference in managing data. In this case the object is the model of PAI learning development in schools through various approaches.Methods of data collection in this study using literature study. In this stage, the researcher seeks to select the data (books) that have relevance to the model of PAI learning development in schools through various approaches. Then the author also uses synthesis analysis that is with the handling of certain scientific objects by combining the meaning of one with another understanding, which ultimately can be obtained new knowledge that is the urgency of the library as an effort to reduce the behavior of students' deviations in school. The author also uses content analysis that is research conducted on the information documented in the recording, good pictures, sounds, writings and others. With this method will be done data analysis and processing scientifically about the contents of the writing model of learning development of PAI in schools through various approaches.The results showed that in the development of learning PAI there are several models such as Faith Approach, Approach Experiences, Approach Habituation, Rational Approach, Emotional Approach, Functional Approach, Exemplary Approach, and others.

Abstract

AbstrakKeberagaman agama di satu sisi menjadikan perbedaan yang cenderung melahirkan perpecahan di kalangan umat beragama. Di sisi lain, keberagaman agama merupakan pemersatu umat karena saling menghargai perbedaan yang ada. Pluralisme yang melahirkan dua sisi ini menjadikan penting untuk dikaji. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang menganut tidak hanya satu agama namun terdiri bermacam-macam agama, yaitu Islam, Kristen, Budha, Kong Hu chu, Hindudan agama-agama lainnya. Kepluralismean agama di Indonesia ini memiliki tantangan dan peluang tersendiri bagi keutuhan bangsa.  Tantangan terbesar Indonesia sebagai negara pluralisme adalah cenderung menimbulkan konflik. Dikarenakan setiap agama melakukan truth claim terhadap agamanya sendiri dan agama lain dianggap salah. Adapun peluang pluralisme agama di Indonesia bagi keutuhan bangsa yaitu lahirnya sikap toleran sesama umat karena mampu menghargai keragaman beragama.AbstractReligious diversity on the one hand makes a difference that tends to give birth to divisions among religious communities. On the other hand, religious diversity is a unifying people because they respect each other's differences. Pluralism which gives birth to two sides makes it important to study. Indonesia is one country that adheres to not only one religion but consists of various religions, namely Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Confucianism, Hindudan and other religions. Religious pluralism in Indonesia has its own challenges and opportunities for national integrity. Indonesia's biggest challenge as a state of pluralism is that it tends to cause conflict. Because every religion makes truth claims against its own religion and other religions are considered wrong. The opportunity for religious pluralism in Indonesia for the integrity of the nation is the birth of a tolerant attitude among people because it is able to appreciate religious diversity. Â
