Abstract

The imbalance of physical activities will provide a problem on students’ fitness in carrying out learning activities. The physical fitness quality of students of Islamic boarding school is the focus of this research to describe clearly how the balance of students’ physical activities and how their physical fitness. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The technique of collecting student fitness data through Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) to determine the value of VO2Max. The respondents were 27 active students of MTs Islamic Boarding School Sumberwringin. Data analysis techniques using percentages based on physical fitness norms from Davis et al. The results showed that the students’ physical fitness level of MTs Islamic Boarding School Sumberwringin was in the moderate category as the result of good enough balance in physical activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of leg power and arm power to jumping smash in badminton extracurricular students at MA Nurul Falah Airmesu Timur. The problem in this study is "Does leg power and arm power have a contribution to badminton jumping smash in badminton extracurricular students at MA Nurul Falah Airmesu Timur?" The population of this study were all badminton extracurricular students at MA Nurul Falah Airmesu Timur, totaling 17 students. Total sampling technique is the technique used for sampling in this study (ie the technique of determining the sample if the entire population is sampled) with a total of 17 badminton extracurricular students at MA Nurul Falah. The variables of this study consisted of leg power, arm power, and jumping smash.

Abstract

The problem in this study, namely the lack of physical fitness of the male students of SMP PGRI 4 Padang. This study aims to see the effect of playing and motivation on physical fitness. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a 2x2-level fakorial design. The number of samples from all treatment designs was 36 people, based on the division of the group 27% high learning motivation level and 27% low learning motivation level. Learning motivation instruments were measured by questionnaires and TKJI. The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA and Tukey's follow-up test with a significance level of = 0.05. The final results show: (1) There is a difference between the method of playing games using tools and the method of playing games without tools on physical fitness, (2) There is no interaction between playing methods and motivation on physical fitness, (3) There is no difference in the effect of high learning motivation between the method of playing games using tools and the method of playing without tools on physical fitness, (4) In the low motivation group, games without tools are better to use the method of playing games using tools on physical fitness.

Abstract

Biomotor fitness and ability are aspects that must be considered. This is because if you have good fitness, your body will not experience significant fatigue. Good biomotor abilities will also make body performance easier. In addition to educating Indonesian children, education has a function to improve students' biomotor abilities and fitness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training. Abstract

The problem in this study is that the physical/sports activities of the people of Padangsidempuan City are not known in the midst of the Corona Virus Pandemic (Covid 19). The purpose of this study was to determine the physical/sports activities carried out by the people of Padangsidempuan City in the midst of the Corona Virus Pandemic (Covid 19). This type of research is descriptive. The population in this study were adolescents aged 14-21 years. Sampling was done by incidental sampling technique. The number of samples taken in this study were 60 teenagers. Where 40 people to fill out the questionnaire and 20 people to interview. The technique used to collect data is interviews and questionnaires or questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the frequency distribution formula in the form of percentages. The results of the study were obtained as follows: Physical activity/sports of the people of Padangsidempuan City in the Middle of the Corona Virus Pandemic (Covid 19) was in the sufficient classification, this was evidenced by the percentage value of the answers of 53.26%. This means that the physical activity/sports of the people of Padangsidempuan City in the midst of the Corona Virus Pandemic (Covid 19) is sufficient to carry out sports activities, but it is not optimal and needs to be increased again.

Abstract

Cedera olahraga merupakan permasalah yang cukup komplek bagi sorang pemain sepak bola. Cedera mengakibatkan hilangnya partisipasi seorang pemain pada saat latihan maupun pertandingan. Upaya untuk menghindari terjadinya cedera olahraga pada pemain sepakbola dianggap menjadi pilihan yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan melakukan perawatan cedera olahraga ditinjau dari waktu dan biaya yang dihabiskan dalam melakukan perawatan cedera. Core Stability yang berfungsi dengan baik merupakan salah satu factor yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk menghindari resiko cedera pada seorang pemain sepakbola. Core Stability berfungsi untuk memelihara keseimbangan kerja otot pada saat melakukan gerakan dalam sepakbola. Latihan Core stability yang didasarkan pada teori perkembangan gerak dasar manusia atau metode Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization diharapkan mampu memaksimalkan fungsi gerak fungsional tubuh serta control neuromuscular pada saat seorang pemain melakukan gerakan dalam olahraga sepakbola, sehingga gerak yang dihasilkan lebih efisien dan efektif sesuai dengan fisiologis tubuh pemain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan core stability berbasis dynamic neuromuscular stabilization mengurangi resiko cedera pada pemain sepak bola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperiment dengan rancangan one group pre and post test design. Hasil peneltian didapatkan nilai penurunan resiko cedera setelah dilakukan program latihan core stability berbasi DNS dengan nilai P=0,009, hal ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara score resiko cedera sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Metode latihan Core Stability Exercise berbasis Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization dapat mengurangi Resiko cedera Overuse Injury pada pemain Sepak Bola
