Abstract

Honorary employee performance appraisal on the Department of Public Works and Spatial Deli Serdang conducted on 10 honorary staff as samples of employee performance appraisal of data as material for consideration of the continuation of the cooperative relationship for the future budget. Components of employee performance appraisal onconducted on 10 honorary staff as samples of employee performance appraisal of data as material for consideration of the continuation of the cooperative relationship for the future budget. Components of employee performance appraisal on the Department of Public Works and Spatial Deli Serdang namely work performance, performance quantity, performance discipline, cooperation, and commitment. Problems with the employee performance appraisal process that occur due to unclear criteria and weight of the appraisal. A method in the decision support system can help the optimal decision making process that is TOPSIS method in Determining the performance appraisal of honorary employees. There are three employee performance weights, the which are very good, good, and quite good, from 10 employees Categorized by performance appraisal, after being applied with the TOPSIS method, Joko Suprapto Obtained value = 0.8394 and Suhendra value = 0.7862 both honorary employees are Categorized by assessment very good performance.

Abstract

Respiratory tract infections are infectious diseases that interfere with the process of human breathing. When the breathing process takes place, there are often various kinds of diseases, most of which can only be treated by a lung specialist. The arrival of a pulmonary specialist for consultation can take hours and is expensive. Then we need an expert system that can quickly find out the type of disease in human breathing and how to handle it and the solutions that will be provided. Expert system is a system that uses human knowledge to find out the system that is entered into a computer and then is used to solve problems that usually require expertise or human expertise. One application of an expert system to diagnose respiratory tract infections is to use the certainty factor method. The certainty factor method is a method used to solve problems from uncertain answers, and also produce uncertain answers. This uncertainty is influenced by two factors, namely uncertain rules and uncertain user answers. The research aims to build an expert system application for handling respiratory tract infection problems with Visual Studio 2010 as a tool for designing applications and using Microsoft Access 2007 Database as a database. This expert system is able to calculate similarity in weight calculation based on symptoms of respiratory tract infection using certainty factor methods and provide reports using crystal reports

Abstract

Data mining can be applied to explore the added value of a set of data in the form of knowledge that had been unknown to them manually. There are several techniques used dala mining eyes, one satuteknik data mining is clustering. Clustering can be used for grouping to something. As can group sales data that is most desirable, and others. Examples of companies engaged in the sale is a dental african Asia. Asia Africa Dental is one area of business engaged in the sale of false teeth. Asia Africa Dental these every day to meet the needs of consumers. But Asia Africa Dental lacking in reviewing products sold. What products are needed consumer and data storage is less effective. Thus the need for a system that can support the company in taking decisions quickly and precisely. So in this study, the authors used the application of K-Means Clustering method. To facilitate the author in analyzing the K-Means Clustering The author using the application Weka (Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis) .. The result of the calculation Weka (Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis) is inserted into the Visual Basic .Net.

Abstract

The state of Indonesian is a country with a large part of the population earning a leaving in the agricultural sector, the agricultural sector in Indonesian contributis quite a lot in the development of long-term economic development. The role of the agricultural sector is as a source of producing ba sic foodstuffs, clothing and shalter, providing employment, and contributing to high national income. Chile is one of the agricultural commodities that are needed in daily life, Because this commodity has many benefits. Often Farmers detect disease that is wrong. To detect disease in precisely requires expert or expert in agriculture. The number of expert agricultural expert can not Overcome the problem of chili farmers, so it is needed a system where the system can help the work of an expert. In the expert system Dease In These chili diagnosing plant identifications using Bayes method in process. This expert system is implemented a in the form of a website the which aims to Facilitate access and use.

Abstract

The process of teacher performance assessment Effectively, precisely, Objectively, and transparently is the important point in selecting the best teacher assessment based on their performance. This assessment was Carried out in SMP Negeri 2 One Roof STM Hilir to avoid the accusations of Injustice and family relationship with the assessor in the school, both the Headmaster and the teacher selection committee. Therefore, a decision system is needed in selecting the decision. One method is the which can be used in solving the problem of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MADM) is by using Simple Additive weighting (SAW) method, Because The method concept is so easy to understand, simple, effective computationally and has ability in measuring the relative performance of alternative decisions in mathematical form. In addition, Also the design application used UML (Unified Modeling Language) is implemented a system roomates in the software by using Web Programming and MySQL as its database. Finally, based on the design of this application, it can be seen that the decision system by using SAW method is very effective, fast, computerized and transparent accurately in Determining the teacher performance in SMPN 2 One Roof STM Hilir.

Abstract

This study aims to create a web-based debtor information system at PT. PNM Pematangsiantar Branch. The design and manufacture are intended to facilitate debtor data management. So that employees can easily enter debtor data without having to write it conventionally. Using conventional methods has a negative impact. One of the negative effects of the system that is still in use is data search, data retrieval will take time because you have to open documents one by one. In addition to data search, data collection on prospective debtors wishing to establish a working relationship with companies is also a negative impact from conventional methods. With this application, it is hoped that the processing and data collection of debtor data will be faster and more accurate. The information system to be designed will be in the form of a web and use a MySQL database. It is hoped that this research can solve the problem of debtor information systems at PT.PNM Pematangsiantar Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to solve the problem of using a limited inventory of supporting media for learning at SD 096782 Tumorang Huta Dua Tumorang school, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. The limitations of school inventories in the use of instructional media must be distributed to teachers so that they can be used in teaching. Therefore, the difficulty of distributing school inventory was overcome by implementing a decision support system using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. This method uses 6 criteria consisting of: years of service, behavior, performance, attendance, responsibility, and last education. The results of the application of the DSS with the PSI method obtained alternatives that are priority recommendations for school inventory users. The recommendation results obtained from the application of the DSS with the PSI method are Teacher_3 alternative with a final value of 0.8506. The second alternative is Teacher_01 with a final score of 0.8190 and the third alternative is Teacher_07 with a final score of 0.7846.

Abstract

School tuition fees are very influential on an educational institution, without the cost of school tuition fees experiences how an education agency Difficulties for students who can not afford. In making decisions 1 to Determine the cost of school tuition, especially in educational institutions. In educational institutions need to be supported by how much the school tuition fees will be paid. Educational institutions still Determine tuition fees manually. From the above problems, a decision support system (DSS) was made using the Simple Additive weighting method. Based on the calculation using the Simpe Additive weighting method for school tuition fees, the Reviews largest value is 2:55, 2.55so that alternatives A3, A5 are the alternatives to be chosen as alternatives entitled to pay school fees.
