Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the research was to determine what marketing strategy is considered the best to use in increasing sales volume at The Excelton Hotel Palembang. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative analysis. The scope of this research is the role of marketing strategy which includes Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence.Based on the research results, The Excelton Hotel Palembang products, especially in rooms, food, drinks, and meeting rooms/ballrooms, have a 5-star standardization certificate so they are very suitable for use by every guest. Prices set by management for rooms, food, drinks, and meeting rooms/ballrooms, are comparable to competitors prices in accordance with the quality of the products provided at competitive prices in the market. The strategic location and the selection of the best spot also make The Excelton Hotel Palembang has its own charm. The Excelton Hotel Palembang carried out several promotional strategies, including advertising, Personal selling, Sales Promotion, and Public Relations. The employees who work at The Excelton Hotel Palembang have the ability and skills in their respective fields. And equipped with some more expertise so as to produce maximum products/services. The process used at The Excelton Hotel Palembang has met the 5-star standard so that the SOP can run according to the rules that have been set. The physical evidence applied by The Excelton Hotel Palembang have charms ranging from the shape of the building, logo selection, to a simple but elegant interior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The type of research used is descriptive research and associative research. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the IDX official website (www.idx.co.id). Methods of data collection using the method of documentation. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Eviews version 20 application. The results of the study together that the variables of profitability, liquidity, and company size have a significant positive effect on the capital structure of food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability has a significant effect on capital structure, liquidity has a significant effect on capital structure, while firm size has not a significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Satisfying consumer need is the desire of every company. Apart from being an important factor for the survival of the company, satisfying consumer needs can increase its superiority in the competition. Consumers who are satisfied with products and services tend to repurchase the product and reuse the service when the same need reappears in the future. This study aims to determine the effect to aisy drink marketing communication strategy on consumer buying interest in the city of Bima. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study are consumers who have seen marketing communication strategies through prmotions, the number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents with the sampling used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression, partial test with t test. To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical service product solutions) version 20.00. The results showed that the marketing communication strategy of aisy drink through social media had a positive effect on buying interest at AISY in Bima city.

Abstract

Purpose,  This study aims to determine and prove the influence of supervision and work culture on work motivation and its impact on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Education Office, either directly or indirectly. Design/Metodology, The population of this study were all employees of the Palembang City Education Office, amounting to 62 Civil Servants (PNS). Palembang, totaling 62 Civil Servants (PNS). In this study, researchers used saturated sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample by using the entire population to be used as research samples. So in this study the number of samples used were 62 employees as research samples, The data analysis used in this research is by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method which is operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program.Finding, The results of this study indicate that, Supervision (X1) has an effect on Work Motivation (Y), Work Culture (X2) has an effect on Work Motivation (Y), Supervision (X1) has an effect on Performance (Z), Work Culture (X2) has an effect on Performance Employees (Z), work motivation (Y) has an effect on employee performance (Z). Supervision has an indirect effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable or intermediary variable. Work culture has an indirect influence on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable or intermediary variable.

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the performance appraisal of employees at Ichiban Sushi Magelang, with a qualitative approach, and using instruments through interviews, observation and document review.Design / Methodology. with a qualitative approach, and using instruments through interviews, observation and document review. While the data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document review. Data processing techniques using descriptive analysis.Findings. The results of the study that employees in completing work on average have worked according to the target and have been able to improve the performance of Ichiban Sushi Magelang employees. Judging from the aspect of work quality, the error rate is still low in completing the work and besides that every employee in completing the work is in accordance with what is determined by the company. Viewed from the aspect of timeliness, employees have the ability to complete every job properly and on time. Viewed from the aspect of attendance, that the level of employee attendance is relatively high because employees are on time when they come to work. Meanwhile, in terms of the ability to cooperate. Where in this study it was found that employees in doing work always cooperate with other co-workers well and besides that there is also a good relationship between superiors and subordinates.

Abstract

Purpose. This research is a type of quantitative research with the title "The Effect of Incentives on Employee Work Motivation (Matahari Department Store Artos Magelang)". This research was conducted to find out how the influence of financial incentives and non-financial incentives on the work motivation of Matahari Department Store Artos Magelang employees and to find out which variables affect work motivation.Design/methodology. The analytical tool in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis, which is to find out the significant influence between financial and non-financial incentives on employee work motivation through the F test and T test, to find out which variable has a stronger influence using the partial correlation value (r). Then to test the questionnaire, used validity and reliability tests. The results of the instrument test in this study regarding the variables of Financial Incentives, Non-Financial Incentives and Work Motivation were declared valid and reliable.Findings. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis Financial Incentives have no significant effect on employee work motivation but Non-Financial Incentives have a significant effect on employee work motivation. So the company should be able to provide a clear program on how to achieve the targets set by management, and remain consistent in providing non-financial incentives.

Abstract

Purpose – This research was aim at determined the factors that had affect the job satisfaction of PT WPG employees. The satisfaction factors studied in this study are financial factors, psychological factors and social factors that occur in companies.  Design/methodology – The sample used in this study was 83 respondents used cluster sampling techniques. The research carried out was the F test to test the factors that affect employee job satisfaction, financial factors on employee job satisfaction, psychological factors for employee job satisfaction and social factors for job satisfaction of employees PT. WPG.  Findings - The results showed that there was a significant influenced of financial factors, psychological factors and social factors on the job satisfaction of PT employees. WPG. There was a significant influenced of financial factors on the job satisfaction of PT. WPG, there was a significant influenced of psychological factors on the job satisfaction of PT employees. WPG, but for social factors did not affect the job satisfaction of PT. WPG. The three factors studied in this study obtained the results that contributed to employee job satisfaction by 83.6%.

Abstract

Purpose– This research was conducted at PT Acset Indonusa Tbk which is a construction and contractor company with specialists in the fields of foundations, structures, civil infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to find out how well the financial performance of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk in terms of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Total Asset Turn over, and Inventory Turnover Design/methodology– Using descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach where research This study uses financial reports in the form of a list of tables in the form of a balance sheet (statement of financial position) in the form of total assets, current assets, and short-term liabilities and financial statements in the form of an income statement in the form of operating income, profit for the year, and total net income. Findings - The results showed that the company's current ratio value was below the industry standard so that it did not have a good effect on the company's financial performance. This is because the profit generated by the company has decreased significantly. The value of the company's net profit margin is below industry standards, so it can be concluded that the company's financial performance is not good, this is caused by companies that are less able to minimize the company's expenses. The value of the company's Total Asset Turnover is also below the industry standard which indicates that the company's performance is not good, this is caused by the company's inability to manage its assets, so that the amount of operating income generated by the company is small. The company's Inventory Turnover value is above the industry standard which indicates that the company's financial performance in terms of its inventory is more efficient, but the numbers in this ratio show a number that is too high. This is because the value of the cost of revenue owned by PT Acset Indonusa Tbk is higher while the inventory owned low company

Abstract

Purpose–This study aims t analyze analyze the soundness of state-owned commercial banks listed on ten Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period using a risk based approach often called RGEC Approach (Risk profile, Good Corporate Govenance, Earning & Capital).  Design/methodology– The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the annual reports of state-owned commercial banks. The method used in thisresearch is a quantitative descriptive method. The data will be analyzed based on criteria set by Bank Indonesia and Financial Service Authority. Findings - Based on the analysis, the result show that in the 2020 – 2022 period, state-owned commercial banks have a good level of soundness or have a healthy rating. This is shown from the Net Performing Loan (NPL), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Asset (ROA) and Capital Adequacy ratio (CAR) values which are generally in a healthy rating, some of the banks even have a very healthy rating.

Abstract

Purpose–This study aims to determine and analyze whether there are significant differences in ROA, ROE, NPM and BOPO at Bank BCA Tbk and Bank MEGA Tbk Design/methodology– Using the comparative analysis method. The research instrument is taken from the annual report of each state-owned company, namely PT BANK BCA Tbk and PT BANK MEGA Tbk, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of a financial report data table consisting of a report on Profit After Tax, Own Capital, and Operating Costs for the period 2011-2020. accessed from www.idx.co.id. And each of his websites. The population in this study is all data on the financial statements of Bank BCA and Bank Mega for 20 years from 2000-2020. The sample in this study is data on the financial statements of Bank BCA and Bank Mega for 10 years from 2011-2020. While the sampling technique using proportional sampling. Location The object of this research is located at the Head Office, Menara BCA, Grand Indonesia, Jl, MH Thamrin No. 1, Central Jakarta, JK 10310 Menara Bank Mega Head Office Jl. Captain Tendaen 12 – 14A South Jakarta, JK 12790. Data collection techniques used  are documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used are Normality Test and Independent Siple t-test. Findings - The results showed that there were differences in financial performance between Bank BCA and Bank Mega in the ratio of ROA and ROE. Meanwhile, for the ratio of NPM and BOPO, there is no difference in financial performance. .
