Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment has on the performance of teachers and employees at SMP Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency.Design/methodology – This research uses the Accidental sampling method, namely sampling which is done by chance by distributing questionnaires to Muara Siban gas station customers, Lahat District, Lahat Regency. Data collection is done when the customer is buying fuel at the gas station. The research will be carried out at Muara Siban Lahat SPBU. The research used is a quantitative approach. Through this research, it can be used as input for managers of Muara Siban gas stations.Findings - Esting the effect of work environment variables (X1) on performance, the tcount value of the work environment (X1) is -1.068 with a significant level of 0.294, then accepting Ho and rejecting Hi shows an insignificant influence between the work environment (X1) on performance (Y ). And the results of testing the influence of work culture variables (X2) on the performance (Y) of teachers and employees at SMP Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency, obtained that the tcount of work culture (X2) is 7,965 with a significant level of 0,000, so Ho rejects and accepts Hi. shows that there is a significant influence between work culture (X2) on performance (Y). And the results of the F test obtained 90.072 by taking a significant level of 0.05, so with a significant level of 0.000, Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. This means that it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between the work environment (X1), work culture (X2), together with the performance variable (Y). and explain the influence of work environment (X1), work culture (X2), together on performance variables (Y).

Abstract

Purpose – to determine the effect of curry development and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at the Kikim Selatan sub-district office, Lahat RegencyDesign/methodology – This research is a descriptive and comparative study using a quantitative approach which aims to determine the influence between two or more variables. This study analyzes the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable.Findings - The results of the discussion obtained the value of Y = 0.897 + 0.455 + 0.555. A constant value of 0.897 means that if the independent variables are ignored, the value of the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.897. The value of the Career Development variable (X1) is 0.455 which means that if the Career Development variable (X1) is increased by 0.455 it will increase Job Satisfaction (Y) by 0.455. The value of the Organizational Commitment variable (X2) is 0.555 which means that if the Organizational Commitment variable (X2) is increased by 0.555 it will increase Job Satisfaction (Y) by 0.555.The results of the analysis by testing jointly explain the calculated F value of 121.961, with a significant level of 0.000, then the Sig value is 0.000, which means Sig 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the Career Development (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Purpose The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of facilities on customer satisfaction at Hotel Bukit Serelo Lahat, to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Hotel Bukit Serelo Lahat and to determine and analyze the effect of facilities and service quality together on hotel customer satisfaction. Serelo Lahat Hill.Design / methodology Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 55 customers of Hotel Bukit Serelo Lahat. The data analysis technique used was the SPSS version 23.0 application, using data testing and statistical testing.Findings The results of data analysis on the variables studied, namely facilities and service quality indicate an influence on customer satisfaction at Hotel Bukit Serelo Lahat  simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Purpose This research was conducted at the Oki Islamic University, which is located at Jalan Lieutenant Muchtar Saleh, the former office of the Oki Regent. The formulation of the problem in this study is to determine how the effect of promotion on the introduction of students at the Oki Islamic University.Design / methodology The sampling method in this study is stratified random sampling, the data used in this study is primary data, namely data collected directly through the object. The data can be in the form of answers to questionnaires from Oki Islamic University students. As for secondary data, namely data that has been further processed in the form of a brief history of Uniski, The method of analysis in this study is qualitative and quantitativeFindings From the results of this study indicate that the promotion carried out by the Oki Islamic University through brochures, which stated very often and sometimes was 52.6% and those who answered only once and never answered 47.4%, through banners stating very often and sometimes it was 66.8%, and those who stated only once and never were 33.2%. Through social media, those who stated very often and sometimes were 41.3%, and those who stated once and never were 60.4%. Meanwhile, through radio, those who stated very often and sometimes were 39.6% and those who stated only once and never were 60.4%. Thus, brochures and banners have an impact on students' introduction to Islamic universities, while promotions through social media and radio have less impact. Therefore, the promotion carried out by Uniski through brochures, banners, needs to be improved because it has a more useful impact on the introduction of students to the Oki Islamic University.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Total Asset Ratio (DAR) on Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT Unilever indonesia Tbk. The research conducted in this study is associative. Purpose – The sample technique in this study is purposive sampling with consideration of the use of complete data updated / latest, namely from 2008 to 2019 as much as 12 years, in the form of current assets, current debt, total debt, total assets, profit after tax, net sales. The instruments in this study in the form of a table consisting of current assets, current liabilities, equities, assets and profit after tax, net sales related to the variables of this study data accessed through the website www.unilever.co.id listing in IDX.Design/methodology –The methods used for data analysis in this study are classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation test, determination cofesien, and hypothesis test (f test and t test).Findings - The results and conclusions in this study current ratio is insignificant and has no effect on Net Profit Margin at Pt. Unilever indonesia Tbk. Debt To Asset Ratio is insignificant and has no effect on Net Profit Margin at Pt. Unilever indonesia Tbk. Current Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio is insignificant and has no effect on Net Profit Margin at Pt. Unilever Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

These objectives of this study were to find out whether or not there were any significant effects of perception and experience on the decision making to choose Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. The type of this study was an associative, with the variables used were perception, experience and decision making. The sample chosen were 100 respondents, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing showed the value of Fcount > Ftable, which meant that there was a significant effect of perception and experience on the decision making to choose Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. The results of the partial hypothesis test showed the value of tcount > tcount, which meant there was a significant effect of perception on the decision making to choose Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, and there was a significant effect of experience on the decision making to choose Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. The value of the coefficient of determination showed that the variables of perception and experience were able to contribute to the ups and downs of the decision making to choose Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, by number 33.2%.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is is there the influence of competence, training and work discipline on employee performance at PT Golden Blossom Sumatera, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. This type of research used in this study is associative. The population in this study were all employees of PT Golden Blossom Sumatera, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, amounting to 113 people and the samples taken in this study were 83 respondents with the Simple Cluster Area sampling technique. The analysis method used is qualitative which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The test results using multiple regression analysis show that Y = 0.064 + 0.402 X1 + 0.333 X2 + 0.401 X3. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show a significant influence between competence, training and work discipline on employee performance with the value of Fcount  6179.05 > Ftable 2.15, with a sig.F level of 0.000 < 0.10. Partially competence has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of tcount 1,815 > ttable 1,664, this is reinforced by the sig.F level of 0,000 <0.10 (significant). Partially training has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of tcount 2.704 > ttable 1.664, this is reinforced by the sig.t level of 0.000 < 0.10 (significant). Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of tcount 3.562> ttable 1.664, this is reinforced by the sig.t level of 0.000 < 0.10 (significant). Reinforced with Adjusted R Square (coefficient of determination) of 0.996, this figure illustrates that employee performance can be influenced by competence, work discipline and organizational commitment by 99.6%, while the remaining 0.4% is influenced by variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of financial inclusion and the role of microfinance institutions on the performance of MSMEs in Seberang Ulu I District, Palembang city. This study used quantitative methods, namely by presenting research results in the form of number sorstatistics to test hypotheses. The population of this research was MSME actorsin Seberang Ulu I District, Palembang cityas many as 436 units. The sample in this study was 173 units. This study used quantitative analysis methods. The data used in this study was primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires conducted by respondents. Then the data was processed using multiple liner analysis techniques, based on the results of the analysis showed that the variables of Financial Inclusion and the Role of Microfinance Institutions had an effect on the performance of MSMEs. It was proven by the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination where the variable of Financial Inclusion and Microfinance Institutionson MSME Performance was 56% and the remaining 44% was in fluenced by other variables not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

Dosen Universitas Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai                                                        Email : antoniusagung@gmail.com    Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dapat ditunjukkan dengan nilai R square = 0,712 atau sebesar 71,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Nilai t hitung sebesar 9.564 dan t tabel pada N = 39 dan ?=0,05 diperoleh t tabel = 1,685 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,00, dengan demikian t hitung > t tabel atau 9.564 > 1,685 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 maka  Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti tingkat pendidikan memiliki kontribusi dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung . Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pendidikan, Kinerja Pegawai Research objectives to test the impact of education to the employee performance dept of population and recording lampung province civil. Research methodology used in this research descriptive use of quantitative research. Used for the population wednesday 39 employees dept of population and recording lampung province civil the hypothesis to testing the impact of the employee performance education can be shown the r square = 0,712 71,2 % to the remaining fund % 28,8 others affected by a factor subjects in this study. Tcount of 9.564 and t table in n = 39 and L = 0,05 obtained t = 1,685 table and the significance of 0,00, thus t count gt &; t table a know 9.564 gt & 1,685; and the significance of 0,00 & it; 0,05 so ha received.This means education level and influential contributor significantly to the employee performance in the population and civil registration lampung province.  Keywords: Education level, the employee performance
