Abstract

Purpose– This Study determining investment decisions, investors need to consider the company value which describes the welfare provided by the company. The aim of this research is to prove whether company performance mediates the relationship between capital structure and company valueDesign/methodology– The type of research used is descriptive research and associative research. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square) analysis with a research sample of 75 non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2020-2023.Findings - The results of this research show that capital structure influences company value and company performance. Company value is partially influenced by company performance. Simultaneously, capital structure and company performance have a significant effect on company value. The research results prove that the influence of capital structure on company value can be mediated by company performance.

Abstract

Purpose– This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of Station CCTV Palembang Branch.Design/methodology–The type of research used is associative research. The independent variables in this research are motivation and work environment, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study included all permanent employees at the Station CCTV Palembang Branch, totaling 50 people, with a sample of 33 respondents using the Slovin 10% formula, with a sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling. Primary data in this research was obtained from questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from documentation. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test), and coefficient of determination.Findings - The results of the F test (simultaneous) prove that there is a significant influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of Station CCTV Palembang Branch. The results of the t test (partial) prove that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance, and there is a significant influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of Station CCTV Palembang Branch. The results of the coefficient of determination show that motivation and work environment are able to contribute to increasing the performance of employees at Station CCTV Palembang Branch, amounting to 78.1%.

Abstract

Purpose– This research aims to determine the effect of workload on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan.Design/methodology– The type of research used is associative quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out using saturation sampling. The sample used in this research was 48 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. Methods of data collection using the method of questionnaire, using a skala likert. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis. The data analysis technique used are simple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS version 23 application.Findings - The results of the research based on simple linear regression show that workload has a positive effect on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan with the equation Y= -12,370 + 1,260X. The results of the t test hypothesis show that there is a significant effect of workload on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan. The coefficient of determination value shows that the workload variable affects the high and low level of employee work stress by 31,5%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Purpose– QRIS is the latest innovation in digital payment, namely the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard. QRIS, which was initiated by Bank Indonesia, provides convenience in transacting anywhere and anytime. This study aims to compare before and after using QRIS on financial performance in MSMEs at Paleimbang Indah Mall.  Design/methodology– This study uses a comparative method. Data collection techniques are using online questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test by comparing before and after using QRIS on financial performance in MSMEs in Palembang Indah Mall.. Findings -   The results show that there is a difference between before and after the use of QRIS on financial performance in the MSME sector at Palembang Indah Mall
