Abstract

Purpose– This study aims to determine the effect of Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance simultaneously and partially on Patient Satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang.  Design/methodology– This study used 100 samples, the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique by means of purposive sampling. The type of research used is associative, the data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis of the Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance variables have a positive regression coefficient meaning that Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance have a positive influence on changes in patient satisfaction Findings - The results of the F test analysis conducted showed that there was a significant effect of Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance on Patient Satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. The results of the partial t hypothesis test show that Reliability, Responsiveness or Assurance have a significant effect on Patient Satisfaction. The coefficient of determination analysis showed that 83.8% of changes in patient satisfaction were caused by the large contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable in the study, while the remaining 16.2% was caused by other variables not included in this study..

Abstract

Purpose– This study aims to explore and prove whether there is an influence of Human Capital, Spiritual Capital and Commitment on PTS performance. Design/methodology– Data collection uses research instruments, namely questionnaires and documentation. data analysis is mixed methods with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set then the numbers are described. The setting for this research was PTS lecturers at Region II Higher Education Service Institutions, namely Palembang City. The number of samples is based on Ferdinand's approach (2006) that the sample size is determined by 25 times the number of independent variables, namely 25 x 4 = 100 samples from 7 PTS. The sampling technique is Snowball sampling. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using SEM PLS. Findings - The results show that commitment and spiritual capital have a positive value and have a significant effect on lecturer performance. For human capital does not affect lecturer performance, then organizational commitment cannot moderate the relationship between human capital and spiritual capital with lecturer performance.

Abstract

Purpose– This study aims to determine the effect of Word Of Mouth, Brand Image and Brand Awareness partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions of Pixy lipstick in Alang-Alang Lebar DistrictDesign/methodology– An associative type of marriage. The number of samples of Sajrone Panliten Iki Yaiku is 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Findings - The results of nuduhake analysis show the positive influence of word of mouth, brand image and brand awareness on the decision to buy Pixy lipstick in Alang-Alang Lebar District. The results of Nuduhake Manawa's research on word of mouth, brand image and brand awareness simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision to buy Pixy lipstick in Alang-Alang Lebar District, While partially word of mouth, brand image and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Pixy lipstick in the Alang-Alang Lebar The results of the coefficient of determination nuduhake yen gedhene contributed to word of mouth, brand image and brand awareness marang in purchasing decisions for Pixy lipstick in Aalng-Alang Lebar District, amounting to 60.7%, while the remaining 39.3% was influenced by other variables not included in research. this.

Abstract

The method used in this article is a literature review, which is a review and discussion of literature in a particular research area, by peeling, comparing, summarizing and collecting literature and then drawing a conclusion. Implementation of SMK-3 requires commitment from companies as providers of vacancies. Management as directors and employees as resources that maintain the continuity of the company. The application often raises questions from both company management and employees. Companies are required to implement SMK-3 in the workplace by integrating the system with SMK-3. This obligation applies to companies with a workforce of at least 100 (one hundred) or less than 100 people, but which are classified as a high potential risk company. Iimplementing this Health and Safety Management System (SMK-3)it is hoped that it can increase workforce productivity.

Abstract

Purpose–The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of human resources and digital-based public services on the satisfaction of land and building tax payers at UPT Tengah BAPENDA Bandung City.Design/methodology–The type of research used is quantitative where this research uses nonprobability sampling method purposive sampling technique, the sample which is the object of research is 150 respondents. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the analytical methods used, namely validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing.Findings - The test results can be concluded that partially the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction, similarly to the quality of digital-based public services there is a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction. Simultaneously, it shows that the influence of the quality of human resources and the quality of digital-based public services affects the satisfaction of land and building taxpayers. The R Square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.772 or 77.7%. In other words, the variable taxpayer satisfaction can be explained or influenced by the variable quality of human resources and the quality of digital-based public services 77.7%, while the remaining 22.3% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Purpose– This study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality and service quality on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on user satisfaction at PT. Orindo Alam Ayu Medan branch. Design/methodology– This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study are Oriflame members in Medan City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Then the primary data obtained was processed through SPSS software version 29. Findings - The results showed that the quality of the system has no effect on user satisfaction. Information quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction and service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction. Then simultaneously system quality, information quality, and service quality have a significant effect on user satisfaction of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at PT. Orindo Alam Ayu Medan Branch.

Abstract

 Purpose– This research aims to provide knowledge and insight to state-owned banks about how to maximize profitability by understanding how inflation and interest rates affect profitability and to provide empirical data as reference material for further academic research.Design/methodology– The type of research used is associative research. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the IDX official website (www.idx.co.id). Methods of data collection using the method of documentation. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. Findings - Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that interest rates had a positive effect on profitability and inflation had a negative effect on profitability.

Abstract

Purpose– This research aims to examine the direct and indirect roles of the relationship between the credibility and attractiveness of influencers on brand loyalty among young consumers in Indonesia, mediated by trust. Design/methodology– This research employs a quantitative explanatory approach with a non-experimental cross-sectional method aimed at examining the relationships between the proposed variables. The survey was conducted online using Google Forms, and respondents were selected using a non-random purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool utilized was SmartPLS version 3.2.9 Findings - The research results indicate that the factor of source credibility has no direct effect on brand loyalty. In contrast, attractiveness exhibits a significant positive relationship with brand loyalty. Additionally, influencer credibility and attractiveness are found to have a significant positive relationship with trust. Finally, trust demonstrates a significant positive relationship with brand loyalty. This research is expected to contribute to the existing literature on the role of influencers in marketing communication activities, particularly in terms of brand loyalty, for both academics and practitioners.

Abstract

Purpose– This study aims to measure the effect of leadership patterns on productivity, work environment on work productivity partially and simultaneously measure work environment leadership patterns on employee productivity in the Department of Transportation of East Kalimantan Province simultaneously Design/methodology– The type of research in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 79 employees with the status of civil servants at the Department of Transportation, East Kalimantan Province. The sample used in this study is the entire population, namely 79 employees. The sampling technique is a saturated sample technique. Data analysis techniques using Data Instrumentation Techniques, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques, Classical Assumption Techniques, Hypothesis Testing. Data processing used the SPSS (Statistics Package for Social Sciences) software program, version 25. Data collection techniques were conducted by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. Findings - The research results show that leadership patterns and the work environment both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee productivity

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee productivity at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication, to determine the effect of training on the work productivity of OPPO promoter employees at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication, to determine the effect of career development on employee work productivity at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication simultaneously and partially. The type of research used is associative quantitative Design/methodology –The population in this study were all promoter employees at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication totaling 112 employees and the samples taken in this study were 53 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used through interviews and questionnaires or questionnaires. The analytical method used is qualitative which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test and the coefficient of determination. Findings - The results showed that there was a significant effect of training and career development on the work productivity of PT.World Innovative Telecommunication employees, there was a significant effect of training on the work productivity of PT.World Innovative Telecommunication employees and there was a significant effect of career development on the work productivity of PT.World Innovative Telecommunication employees.
