Abstract

One of the leaders who once led the Libyan state was Muammar Gaddafi and his leadership period made him the longest-serving leader in Libyan history. However, in his 42nd year as leader in Libya, Muammar Gaddafi was impeached from office. This was none other than due to several factors, including the Libyan people being intervened by foreigners who had the aim of controlling Libya's abundant oil, the economic crisis where the natural wealth from the oil could only be enjoyed by Muammar Gaddafi and his family, the impact of the Arab Spring who have successfully impeached two other leaders, namely Ben Ali in Tunisia and Mubarok in Egypt, there is a motive for revenge from supporters of King Idris who was in a coup by Muammar Gaddafi. Several of these factors made the Libyan people increasingly eager to impeach the former colonel, Muaamar Gaddafi. Every event must have an impact, and the impact of the impeachment of Muammar Gaddafi must be borne by Libya itself and has an impact on the psychology of the people and leaders in other countries that have the same government system and their people have the same destiny. Abstract

ABSTRACT Marriage can be said to be valid according to Islamic law if it fulfills the conditions and pillars of marriage. One of them is the existence of a dowry. However, Islam has never made it difficult for its people, such as the dowry that has been regulated in Islamic law. However, each region has its own customs where it is obligatory for a man to give more than a dowry, namely pamugih. In this study using a qualitative approach with valid data sources. After that, proceed with the analysis process. The analysis process is supported by a literature review which will then be presented in a descriptive form. While the results of this study show a comparison of the community's point of view about pamugih because according to one man, this pamugih is very burdensome because it is in the form of luggage such as contents of cupboards, mattresses, kitchen equipment etc. Exceeding the dowry given, however, a woman really agrees because they feel valued and responsible for a woman. The results of this study show the pros and cons, but these customs have been passed down from our ancestors and cannot be eliminated. Keywords: Pamugih, Culture, Implications

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberadaan wali dalam suatu perkawinan yang merupakan salah satu rukun perkawinan dimaksudkan agar rumah tangga yang didirikan oleh sang pengantin tetap mempunyai hubungan yang baik dengan keluarga dan orang tuanya. Selain itu wali dalam perkawinan adalah orang yang melakukan akad nikah mewakili pihak mempelai perempuan atau memberi izin perkawinannya. Dalam praktek di masyarakat khususnya di daerah Bondowoso, ada kalanya orang yang berhak menjadi wali nikah enggan untuk menikahkan anaknya karena beberapa alasan, baik alasan yang dibenarkan oleh syar’i maupun yang tidak dibenarkan oleh syar’i. Oleh karena itu, yang menjadi pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap wali nasab yang enggan menikahkan anak perempuannya, dari pokok permasalahan tersebut terdapat tiga sub masalah yaitu apa yang menjadi alasan wali nasab menolak menikahkan anaknya, apa yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan permohonan penetapan Wali Adhal dan bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam tentang Wali Adhal. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field reseach) dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alasan wali nasab yang enggan menikahkan calon mempelai perempuan tidak berdasarkan hukum, sehingga hakim mengabulkan permohonan penetapan wali adhal dengan pertimbangan kemaslahatan berbagai pihak. Abstract

Inheritance is the distribution of property from one generation to the nex. But it can’t be called comprehensively considering the problem of inheritance has its own problems so that adoption of children in kandangtepus village makes inheritance into consideration. There are several factors that cause inheritance to adopted children. Sometimes children get inheritance and sometimes only get paid for the purchase school fees. It was decided by family deliberation. In this study, the subject of this research is the javanese people who adopt children. With using a qualitative (field reseach) approach and the type of phenomenological reseach. This study resulted in: 1) adopted children still get the inheritance. Because of the human factor. 2) there are two divisions of inheritance between biological children and adopted children, some are equated because they are like their own children, and some are through inheritance grants or wills. 3) the result of inheritance of the adopted cjild does not occur, because it has been discussed in advance.

Abstract

People in understanding religion are more compulsive on the instant ones available in digital services. Religious rituals that prioritize the process of cleansing the mental and soul are defeated with fast food religious services without having to be a long process. Religious values and traditions are often commodities that only benefit the owners of capital. This portrait of life then becomes a challenge for religious people, especially students who often convey religion by upholding processes and traditions. Based on this reality, the question that will be answered in this study is how students fight against religious Mcdonaldization in the digital age. This type of research is qualitative research with library research design or what is often referred to as library research. This type of research is qualitative research with library research design or what is often referred to as library research. Because the data obtained is in the form of documents derived from a book and other litelature. Data collection techniques used through literature studies. Data analysis uses George Ritzer's theory or social theory approach which divides the principle of mcdonaldization into four efficiency, calculation, predictive power and control. After analysis, several findings were made, including: First, the control or domination of capital makes religious authority fade among its adherents. Second, the dominance of digital-based global traditions and cultures undermines the roots of local traditions based on processes and rituals. Third, the open resistance of the santri began to be carried out through cultural management (daurah tsaqofah), namely the management of the potential of students rooted in the natural wealth of the motherland, and the treasures of pesantren in an organized manner.

Abstract

Higher education institutions are required to contribute to the development of science and solve social or economic problems faced by society by conducting collaborative research with industry partners or other institutions by involving lecturers and students and the community. Higher Education partnerships with related agencies certainly refer to the good relations that have been built with the concept of interconnection with the community. Guided by the Research and Community Service Road Map that has been designed by LP2M through an MoU with several institutions, including: BMT NU (Baitul Mall Wat Tamwil - Nuansa Ummat), NU Care - Lazisnu and Non-Governmental Organizations. Integration of partnerships built by universities with several institutions as academic activities of student lecturers in realizing the Tridarma of Higher Education such as KKN, PPL and Community Service and Research to develop scientific treasures. In the university's partnership with BMT NU or Baitul Mal Wattamwil NU in the management of Bumdesma funds, the PAR approach can be used to involve all relevant parties directly. Students and members of the local community can work together to plan strategies for using funds, find Bumdesma problems, and find creative solutions. The involvement and presence of universities in Bumdesma mentoring can provide benefits for campuses, financial institutions, Bumdes and Bumdesma managers and the wider community. The success of Bumdesma is largely determined by the ability of its management to manage the organization and activities carried out, so that the products and services produced have a comparative advantage over competitors. Therefore, good and careful planning is needed to be able to achieve Bumdesma's goals even in an uncertain business environment. Good planning Village business entities must be economical, efficient and effective.

Abstract

The form of implementation of the teaching and learning process includes intracurricular activities and extracurricular activities. Intracurricular activities are face-to-face learning activities in the allocations that have been arranged in the structure and content of the curriculum. One of the benefits is that it can improve the character, achievement, and learning of students at school. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation which is then also supported by secondary data taken from texts which are of course related to the theme of this research. Finally, this study resulted in the conclusion that religious extracurricular activities at MA Nurul Huda Management in extracurricular activities as the formation of the character of graduate students at MA Nurul Huda Peleyan Kapongan Situbondo have fulfilled their duties, namely, how can the head of an institution or madrasah have a plan, namely the performance of teachers and accompanying teachers or Institutional monitoring of graduate students under the control of the teacher or accompanying teacher involving the outside community so that it is really managed (managed) properly, how is the coordination of the Institution with the community that will be targeted in accordance with the agreed design or plan
