Abstract

Company performance as an achievement of finished tasks illustrates the company's financial condition, which can be analyzed by financial analysis tools. This study aimed to determine the impact of CEO compensation and audit opinion 'going concern' on the performance of banks listed on the BEI from 2014 to 2019, as well as to evaluate the performance using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) tool. Furthermore, this study also aimed to examine the effect of audit opinion 'going concern,' which was determined as the moderation variable to the relationship between the CEO's compensation and banking performance. The study used a quantitative type. Subjects examined were banks listed in BEI and reported their financial statements consistently from 2014 to 2019. The data analysis was using Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the study results, it is discovered that CEO's compensation positively and significantly affected banking performance on the studied year, audit opinion 'going concern' significantly affected banking performance, and the audit opinion 'going concern' that determined as the moderation variable could not strengthen or weaken the relationship between CEO's compensation and banking performance.

Abstract

Training assessment is a necessary endeavor if businesses want to assume that the training they offer has a beneficial effect on employee success and the organization as a whole. This study was conducted to elicit knowledge about flight attendants in the program creation phase at the Angkasa Training Center in Jakarta. This study attempts to analyze program execution beginning with the response, learning, behavior, and performance, which includes assessing the program's effectiveness, implementing the program, and assessing the program's effects. Interview tools and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques were used to collect data. Inter-views with flight attendant students, training participants' supervisors, and fellow trainees, specifically flight attendant students, were performed. The following are the findings of this study: 1). The level of appraisal of student reactions to the organizing committee and resource persons is very strong. You need just to focus on the planning of materials at the start of the session. 2) Evaluation of learning, specifically the ability of students' behaviors, abilities, and skills to have a significant assessment, 3). The behavioral assessment, namely the implementation of the evaluation, is conducted after the subjects return to their respective work environments. There was a substantial difference in behavior improvement during the pre-and post-training periods. Changes in behavior such as attendance discipline, dress code, driving, peer motivation, effective coordination, accuracy, and pace at which everyday activities are completed 4) Evaluation of the effect, specifically, there is a rise in the work of training graduates. Alumni will teach, mentor, and extend the experience learned through training to their colleagues, allowing for the development of more effective training approaches.

This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Through descriptive research, the effect of using XBRL with the IT knowledge of the audit committee on the quality of financial reports is obtained. The research object in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to know the effect of company profitability on timeliness and effectiveness concerning the progress of a company's financial statements PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk from 2016 to 2019. The method used in this research is the quantitative research method and the data obtained in this financial statement is downloaded from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The ratios used are liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio. Analysis has taken from 2016 to 2019 from liquidity ratio and precisely at the quick ratio, the company was able to pay its short-term debt smoothly despite a decrease in 2019, in previous years the payment of a short-term debt from the company is fairly smooth so that obligations can be met. But from the solvency ratio of the company PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk is less effective in managing the company's wealth/assets, proven from year to year because the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) is less than 100%. For profitability ratio can be seen from the net profit margin has a value of 13% over 3 years means, the result is more than 10% then the comparison between price and cost has been well set by looking at the profit results obtained.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to (1) evaluate the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the growth of the Indonesian capital market (IDX); and (2) assess the influence of externalities and social distancing policies on the dynamics of the Indonesian capital market's progress. The case study approach is paired with a statistical research methodology that allows the use of dummy variables in multiple regression. The dependent variable is IDX, while the independent variables are the amount of Covid-19 instances in Indonesia, China, and Spain, the FTSE100 (London), Hangseng (Hong Kong), and NASDAQ (New York) stock indices, as well as differences in Indonesia's social distancing policies (Satgas, WFH and PSBB). According to the study's conclusions, both internal and external influences influenced the IDX's push. Inside Indonesia, the financial market has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing policies. The Covid-19 pandemic in China and Spain had an impact on the ISHG index externally. Likewise, Hong Kong, London, and New York's capital markets.

Abstract

The advancement of the internet and emerging technology has altered the world of industry through sectors. Additional networks also emerged, altering buying preferences and purchasing behaviour. The omnichannel approach is a modern innovative method of marketing strategy in which, with the use of advanced technologies across networks, it is possible to integrate various channels for shopping to provide customers with a specific and comprehensive shopping experience. There is a disconnect in customers' omnichannel attitudes and businesses' ability to execute an omnichannel approach. The aim of this paper is to define and understand the factors that affect omnichannel consumers' actions during the shopping phase, specifically their adoption and usage of technologies. An initial model was created to explain omnichannel consumer behavior using the variables used in UTAUT2 and other previous research on omnichannel consumer behavior. Structural Equation Modelling was used to test the model on a sample of 495 customers of omnichannel restaurants (SEM). The findings suggest that the following factors significantly affect purchasing intention in an omnichannel context: habit, encouraging circumstances, personal innovativeness, hedonic drive, success expectancy, and social influence.
