Abstract

Tourist attraction management has several problems that must be considered. The lack of information about halal tourism in Bangkalan for tourists outside the region causes tourists to only visit famous destinations. Tourism management has not paid attention to the development of art and culture typical of the region. In addition, the managers do not yet have a suitable model as a foundation for developing art and culture to increase visitors to Bangkalan halal tourism. This is the main problem in this study. The main objective of this study is to find the best formula related to the art and culture development model to increase visitors to Bangkalan halal tourism initiated by researchers by getting input from stakeholders, namely tourism managers, art / cultural actors, surrounding communities, and tourism visitors, and district governments throughout Madura. The model to be used is the Structural Equation Model. Data in this study were collected through observation (questionnaire), interviews, and documentation. Latent variables considered in this model include Accessibility, Attraction, Amenity, Ancillary, and Tourist Visits. This strategy is handed over to the management of Bangkalan halal tour-ism to be implemented to Increase Visitors.

Abstract

This research is based on observations from Phonétique du français lectures which show that students still have difficulty understanding the content of the lecture material. This is due to the fact that most of the sources of lecture material are reference books and journal articles with a high level of French at a minimum level of B1, especially since the lecture language is in French. Meanwhile, students' French level is still low, equivalent to A2 level. For this reason, this research was conducted to overcome problems in Phonétique du français lectures by developing Phonetique du francais teaching materials for micro learning. To develop phonétique du français teaching materials, the EDDIE method is used which includes 5 stages, namely; analysis stage, design stage, development stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. In this research, only the analysis stage to the design stage was carried out. At the analysis stage, an analysis is carried out which includes: 1) an Analysis of the number of lecture hours, 2) Analysis of learning objectives, 3) an Analysis of the coverage of Phonétique du français lecture material, 4) an Analysis of the micro learning model used. The design stage includes learning objectives, lecture material content, selected assessment methods and frequency. Thus, this research is only at the design stage, namely the development of phonetique du francais teaching materials by CECRL which uses micro learning (infographics, explanatory videos, short videos, and podcasts). The results of this research have implications for the Phonétique du français lecture process which is designed according to CECRL and according to students' French language skills and microlearning methods that can motivate students to understand the content of Phonétique du français lectures.

Abstract

The government is mandated by disability legislation to ensure the employment rights of individuals with disabilities. To expedite the realization of these employment rights, the government must enact policies that facilitate the integration of disabled individuals into the labor market, one such approach being the provision of incentives to employers. These incentives aim to encourage the hiring of persons with disabilities and one viable option is wage subsidies. This research aims to investigate whether wage subsidies represent the most effective strategy for expediting the fulfillment of employment rights for individuals with disabilities. This study employs a qualitative approach, conducting a literature review based on legal regulations and relevant scholarly literature. The study concludes that wage sub-sidies indeed serve as a valuable mechanism to incentivize entrepreneurs' employers to hire disabled workers, as they allow for the implementation of programs that do not unduly burden employers while promoting the employment of individuals with disabilities.

Abstract

A career for someone is a record of patterns of professional work experience that influence all aspects of their life. This is in line with the views of Generation Z on careers. This generation views career development, career maturity, and career success realistically and rationally. Where they seek clear paths for their career growth and progress. They want stability and confidence in their careers. They have a principle that work life must be balanced with their personal life. Their career choices are always made by their hearts. They prioritize the principle of heart joy over being pushed by work. Generation Z will not hesitate to quit their job if it makes them uncomfortable. This article discusses the perspective of Generation Z on career development, career maturity, and career success using a systematic literature review approach. Abstract

Literacy and language are inseparable. When a person has acquired language skills, such as reading and writing, he is said to have good literacy skills. Literacy as the ability to read and write is the primary entry point for the expansion of literacy's broader meaning. Includes the ability to comprehend the explicit and implied meaning of sentences, paragraphs, and the overall text. This demonstrates that reading is a complex and time-consuming process. Therefore, literacy-based Indonesian language instruction is crucial for material mastery and solving students' everyday problems. Under the 2013 Curriculum's explanation that language is the driver of knowledge, Indonesian is a means of transmitting knowledge. In contrast, as we enter the 21st century, where the times are vastly different, the educational process requires the mastery of skills that are appropriate for the era. Schools must be able to teach students the future skills they will need. The 4 skills are the capacity for creative thought (creative thinking), critical thought and problem-solving (critical thinking and problem-solving), communication (communication), and collaboration (collaboration), also known as the 4Cs. Therefore, the implementation of literacy-based Indonesian language instruction is one of the processes for improving students' 21st-century skills.

Abstract

Creative potential is formed from experience, also influenced by various factors in the surrounding environment. Community service actions, especially in the arts, also play a role in influencing the creative process of a person or group of people. Community service is identical to activities in the form of workshops as a stimulation of the community's creative power, providing new experiences, and often as a means of entertainment. Creative activities maximally supported from various sides can maximize the work created. This paper aims to map the various things that influence creativity in human art, especially in art workshops, where people participate with creative awareness, and how these stages take place. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a relational aesthetic approach, that the work is not only understood as the creation of one person but also the relationship between the artist and the audience. In the workshop, the community acts as an audience that is also involved or participatory activities. The result of this study is a description of the various things that influence the creative process in the community, especially in workshop activities, as well as how the creative process is formed, related to the different characters of each workshop participant and also the abience that has been built in the workshop location environment.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the meaning embedded in the Puariti font and explore the visual literacy and ideological content in the Puariti font and its relevance in social practice. This study is a textual analysis using a cultural study approach especially on ideological theory in examining the Puariti font due to the solid cultural characteristics of the font and its long process of cultural transformation. According to the results, the Puariti font represents Pua Kumbu in the form of metamorphic letters. This font is composed of Engkaramba and anthropomorphic motifs belonging to the upper-class motifs of the Iban society. Further, Puariti can serve as a symbol of Iban culture amid globalization. This font embeds an essential meaning that connects the Iban people with the eternal meaning of their life and cosmology, history, and their relationship to the physical environment. That, taking part in maintaining the boundaries and construction of the Iban identity can help distinguish the Ibans from others. The cultural identity and expression of Iban religiosity are represented through Puariti font. Despite changing from the sacred Pua Kumbu cloth to the digital version of the Puariti font, the condition shows the same physical and metaphysical reality as the embodiment of reality and an ideology. The existence of the Puari-ti font can function as a visual literacy medium in art education inheritance practice, assisting the younger generation as agents of cultural production to revive traditional and cultural values.

Abstract

The system of regulating a relationship not only between humans and God, between humans and humans, but also between humans and their envi-ronment, this is what is called Islam as a universal religion. When it comes to moral teachings, such as Islamic religious education, Muslims frequently refer to the Qur'an and the prophet's hadith in their behavior. A descriptive qualitative method of library research is used in this study. The main source of data for this study is academic literature on Islamic and moral religious education, specifically books and periodicals. Data collection techniques in this study the author used the literature review method. While the data analysis technique the author uses data reduction tech-niques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This article discusses moral ideals. In other words, the extent to which the idealistic level of a moral allows a learner in his daily life. So here, social life can build civiliza-tion and progress a nation. A learner's morals can be developed in the edu-cational system at school through Islamic religious education in order to accomplish this purpose. Additionally, in relation to the idea of Islamic mo-rality as taught in Islamic religious education. Human resources are re-quired in educational organizations in order to accomplish the goal of achieving a moral ideal through Islamic religious education. Services, the application or implementation in each subject, is one of the manifestations of a systematic activity on how to plan an activity that always applies moral ideals.

Abstract

Digital marketing communication, communication through digital or electronic media among businesses or electronic media among businesses and consumers, is quickly rapidly. The purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing study trends in digital marketing communication research. Based on a review of numerous international scientific journals. The study used Publish or Perish with Scopus (Q1-Q4) as a database and conducted a thorough examination. Bibliometric technique using Vosviewer is being implemented on this research. Then, to categorize and discuss prospective future research, an input-process-output framework was applied. A Total of 111 articles published in journals from 2013 to 2023 were selected. This study highlights the evolving volume of studies, and keywords. This study provides future directions for research on digital marketing communication. This study reveals 5 findings, first, digital marketing communication research is integrated with digital marketing communication and competitive advantage, second digital marketing communication in the context of tourism should be improved, third research on digital marketing communication in developed countries is more advanced than in developing countries, fifth, most of the research is in the context of Business to Consumer, on the other hand, that the context of Business to Business is very necessary to be analyzed . Based on literature synthesis, the study provides insights into practical managerial implications and provides the groundwork for future studies. This study will help researchers understand the role and influence of digital marketing. These approaches can offer the insights that managers need to better formulate digital.

Abstract

Enhancing English vocabulary skills is one of the needs of Cisaat preschool children as Cisaat becomes a prominent tourism and educational destination. This initiative aligns with the increasing necessity to uplift English language skills with a digital-oriented approach for students and teachers as well at one of Cisaat’s preschools, Riyadul Jannah. Due to cultivating a more diverse, effective, and an enjoyable learning environment, this community service activity (PKM) aims to impart training in the utilization of YouTube video or audio-visual learning media, seamlessly, integrating a digital teaching materials or digital book (digital flipbook). The method used in this activity is qualitative, by focusing on the students and the teachers as the subject. The data were collected through observation and an interview. The results of the activities indicate that the use of nursery rhymes in YouTube video which integrated with flipbook based on Cisaat local cul-ture, particularly in English vocabulary learning at pre-school, has a posi-tive impact on both teachers and students. For teachers, it raises awareness on the YouTube positive impact and how to apply the flipbook’s material to students based on Cisaat local culture. For students, nursery rhymes offer an effective medium to boost vocabulary skills, motivation, and compre-hension abilities.
