Abstract

This study aims to to analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, tangibility asset, non debt tax shield, and sales growth to structure capital in the food and beverage company enrolled in indonesia stock exchange of 2013-2015.The sample from 12 company using a technique purposive sampling of the total number of 14 the food and beverage company in indonesia stock exchange 2013-2015. Data processing using data method regression panel and model’s estimation used is random effect with a significant degree 5 percent. The results of the study concluded that in partial variable profitability by return on assets (roa) have no influence to structure capital, liquidity significant negative to capital structure, tangibility asset has no influence to structure capital, variable non debt tax shield (ndts) has not been affecting the capital structure, and variable sales growth significant negative to capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information relating to the influence of organizational culture, and job satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. Research has been carried out using path analysis after all variables were entered into the correlation matrix. In this study, 300 employees of the third-level housing company in Jabotabek as a population were randomly selected as the analysis unit of 80 samples along with the four characteristics studied. The results showed that (1) organizational culture has a direct effect on organizational commitment, (2) organizational job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee work performance, (3) job satisfaction has a direct effect on organizational commitment. (4) Organizational culture has an indirect effect on organizational commitment through employee job satisfaction. The results of the study show that organizational culture, job satisfaction is an important determinant of employee work performance. Based on these findings it can be concluded that any changes or variations that occur in the organizational commitment of Perumnas employees have been influenced by organizational culture and job satisfaction. Therefore, organizational culture, and job satisfaction must be included in the strategic planning of human resource development in increasing the organizational commitment of Perumnas employees, but need to consider other variables needed to Organizational commitment is influenced by variations in organizational culture, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of performance analysis and mapping of employee competencies on the training needs of managerial and supervisory level employees in the offices of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of West Java and Banten. The research method used was explanatory and verificative explanation, with 79 respondents, and data analysis used path analysis to determine the influence between the variables. The results of the path analysis test partially show that there is a positive and significant influence from: (1) Performance analysis of the training needs of 90.25%; (2) mapping employee competencies to training needs by 0.25%; (3) Simultaneously performance analysis and mapping of employee competencies influence training needs of 98.01%. Suggestions, measurement tools for performance appraisal are continuously improved, soft competency of continuous learning and relationship building is improved through soft skills training, and job analysis through job description and job specifications needs to be reviewed.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the Effect of Competence, Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. ALNS Anglo Eastern Indonesia in Jakarta. The study population was 161 employees. The research sample was taken by census. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using correlation and multiple linear regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis show that competence, compensation and motivation have a positive effect on performance with a regression coefficient constant value of 39.781.Based on the results of calculations with the SPSS version 21 program, it was found that the R2 results were 0.549 or 54.9%, this means that 54.9% of the variables in employee performance were influenced by competence, compensation and motivation, while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by variables other. The results of the analysis also show that statistically, competency factors, compensation and motivation of the three variables in this study simultaneously and partially have an influence on the high and low performance of PT. ALNS Jakarta.Based on the results of this study, it turns out that competency factors, compensation and motivation can shape performance in the PT. Jakarta ALNS is good so that it can achieve the goals of organizational success effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to reveal the influence of supervision, commitment and discipline to employee perfomance. Sample of the research have 46 employees of the Cooperative Department and UMKM in West Sumatera Province, with applied a stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by a questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Results of the analysis proves that supervision has positive and significant influence to work discipline. Influence of the commitment is positive and significant to work discipline. Influence of supervision is positive and significant to perfomance of employee. Influence of the commitment is positive and significant to perfomance employee and work discipline, that positive and significant impact to perfomance of Cooperative Dapartment and UMKM in West Sumatera Province.

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how much influence the commitment of leaders on employee performance at PT. Dwi Sapta Pratama. 2) To find out how much influence the organizational culture has on employee performance at PT. Dwi Sapta Pratama. 3) To find out how much influence the commitment of leaders and organizational culture together on employee performance at PT. Dwi Sapta Pratama. This research is quantitative, descriptive and associative type. The population in this study is employees. Related to research, the authors use the technique of Simple Random Sampling. With simple random sampling technique, a sample of 75 employees of PT. Dwi Sapta Pratama as a respondent in this study. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is an influence of leader commitment on employee performance at PT. Dwi Sapta Pratama. 2) There is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Dwi Sapta Pratama. 3) There is an influence of the commitment of leaders and organizational culture together on the performance of employees at PT. Dwi Sapta Pratama.

Abstract

Human valuable resource in organization, because pass activities that done by human, organization can achieve the aim. Work satisfaction in official directly determine their willing to defends the career. To reach organization aim a lot of problem that faced by organization, one of them caused by blocked communication, stopped, retarded, confused or imperfect. human resource development very need in every organization in order to aim achievement that appointed. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Legality of Tax Planning on Income Tax. The method used in the writing of this research is the method of writing normative law, namely the way of writing based on the analysis of some legal principles and legal theory and legislation appropriate and related to the problems in this study. Tax Planning Legality on Income Tax is a general tax planning refers to the process of business engineering and taxpayer transactions Agency so that tax debt is in the minimal amount, but still within the frame of the regulation. With Tax Planning Legality on Income Tax is expected to perform the tax obligations and tax control can be done as well as possible. Collection and research on regulations are conducted to prove that tax planning can be done legally.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Pharmaceutical company PT Takeda Indonesia with the problem that the company was based on initial observations of motivation, compensation, and employee performance, especially in the sales division showing the level of employee motivation was still low, and it is also found that most employees were less satisfied with the compensation system in effect, so that the level of employee performance in PT Takeda Indonesia’s sales division has not been optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and compensation on employee’s performance in PT. Takeda Indonesia. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative and associative methods. The sample in this study was obtained through a response from 53 employees of PT. Takeda Indonesia in Team Established. The questionnaire was designed in such a way by using a Likert scale to obtain data from the three research variables namely motivation, compensation, and employee performance. Data analysis was done using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 18.00 program tools. The results show that motivation and compensation affect the performance of employees at PT. Takeda Indonesia, both jointly and partially.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand comprehensively of the evaluation of implementation policy ofMinimum Essential Force (MEF) in pertain of human resources focus on officers in the Indonesian Airforce, I was aqualitative recearch with an evaluative method of CIPP model, conducted in Ofiice of Ministry of Defence, IndonesianArmed forces Head quaters, and Indonesian Airforce head quaters, Jakarta.The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study, andrecording as well as focus group discussion. The data analysis and intrepretation indicates that (1) Indonesiandefence policy to build of minimum essential force by small and more effective with limited of budget; (2) ScopeDefence policy at minimum essential force: (a) Organization (b) Defence Budget (c) Human resources, Three of themare able to protect of the sourvergnity and territorial integrity in the border or in the flash point area; (3) MEF PolicyIn the Indonesian Air Force should be implemented particularly officers as backbond to catch up effectivity, efficiency,equity, and responsiveness of implementation management system in the The Indonesian Air Force organization wasfound to more effective.The findings of this evaluation by CIPP methode scored 3,24 as good result, and give some recommendation topractice continuous improvement to redesign of defence policy by involving of society and in practica to the AirForce organization to reconstruct human resources planning especially for officers.
