Abstract

This study is conducted to analyze the effect of Ownership Structure of LQ-45 firms’ performance. Both Ownership structure which is represented by Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Foreign Ownership are independend variables, with Retun On Equity is used as a proxy for performance valuation. This study used secondary data that consist of annual financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 to 2015, and the number of the samples are consisting of 23 LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used is a Multiple Linier Regression and hypothesis test namely model feasibility test (F test) and partial test (T-test). The research proves that managerial ownership has significant impact on firms LQ-45 performance, meanwhile institutional ownership and foreign ownership have no significant impact on firms LQ-45 performance. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect and contributed 22.54 percent to the firm’s performance in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2015, meanwhile the remaining 77,46 percent is influenced by other variables. Researcher suggests prolonging the research period, extending the sample criteria and doing a qualitative study on investor behavior in investing.

Abstract

Indonesia has limited budget to fulfill national defense posture, which cause unstable and fluctuation demand of main tool of weapon systems need. Industry in response to uncertain demand, requires good production planning for the ongoing business cycle. The research problem is how the ideal production strategy in response to fluctuating demand. Research question are analyzing user demand patterns, and production strategies, and ideal production management for industry in response to fluctuating demand. The research used qualitative method. The data obtained then analyzed by qualitative analysis techniques. The result show that user demand is based on availability of budget, which cause the user cannot provide certainly to the demand of main weapon system, the shortterm contract are complicate the industry to design their production plan. The Industry implements the MRP system, in its application, raw materials that are difficult to fulfill due to constrained policies and production machinery that often occur due to the old machine age becomes a problem in the application of MRP system, because MRP which will plan the production needs and the time required to stage of delivery. Implementation of the MRP should ideally be integrated with Just-In-Time and anticipated by the model of lowering risk with gradual change. Conclusions, marketing strategy has not been effective, so that it requires good coordination among relevant stakeholders, the fulfillment of production resources that also have limitations need to be anticipated with an effective production strategy, so that the production strategy is able to adjust the conditions that cannot be ensured, Strategy with the application of MRP system combined with Just-In-Time and method of lowering risk with gradual change, it is expected that the industry can survive the fluctuating demand and the policy that makes the limitations.

Abstract

Munir Azhari, Analysis of the Influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Matahari Department Store in Pejaten Village, Jakarta. In this era, the quality of the services offering has full attention for companies. Moreover,it’s can be use as a tool to achieve competitive advantage. Marketing is a social and managerial by which individuals and group obtain what they need what through creating, offering and exchanging product of value of with other. Customer satisfaction is defined as an evaluation that provides results where the experience in accordance with the as expected. Service quality is a term which describes a comparison of expectations with performance. Quantitative methods emphasize objective measurements and the statistical, mathematical, or numerical analysis of data collected through polls, questionnaires, and surveys, or by manipulating pre-existing statistical data using computational techniques. The resulted of Linear Regression Analysis show that the linear regression equation values are as follows: Y = 18.908 + 0.649 X and Y = customer satisfaction, X = service quality. The value of R Square (coefficient of determination) is 44.9%. Which means the influence of service quality variables (X) on customer satisfaction (Y) is 44.9%. Based on the results of the t test, the results of this study resulted in t 6.873 t table 2.002 so that it can be concluded that that X variable influence of on Y variable.

Abstract

Every company is required to be ready to face increasingly fierce business competition with other companies from around the world to face globalization which is often said to be an era of world without limits. Increasing customer satisfaction for companies in the service sector is very important, because it involves service quality and price which is one step in increasing customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is how much influence the price of customer satisfaction on tenants at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan. How big is the influence of service quality on building customer satisfaction at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan. How big is the influence of price and quality of service together (simultaneous) on customer satisfaction of building tenants at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan. Evident Judging from the results of the study that the relationship between price and customer satisfaction shows the relationship value 0.654 and the relationship of service quality with customer satisfaction shows the relationship value 0.720 both have a strong relationship between price and customer satisfaction and service quality with customer satisfaction has a strong relationship when viewed from the correlation coefficient. And Based on the results of other studies with R2 value of 0.587, the price and service quality have a large simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan, which is 58.7%. Judging from the t test the price is concluded to provide a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction because it has a value of t count (3.076) t table (2.002). As well as service quality, it is concluded that it has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction because it has a value of tcount (4.694) t table (2.002). And Judging from the F test produced a significance value of 0.000 0.05 means that the variables are jointly / simultaneously there is an influence on the dependent variable. While F count is 40,498 3.16 means that the independent variables are simultaneously / simultaneously there is an influence on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Research Objectives: To determine the effect of communication and leadership on the performance of tutor teachers in the Karawang District Learning Activities (SKB). Design / Method: using regression methods, to find the influence between the variables studied, namely; independent variables of communication (X1) and leadership (X2) on the dependent variable of the performance of the tutor teacher (Y). Subjects in this study were tutors as many as 36 people from the total sample. Primary data sources were taken using questionnaires / instruments: communication variables, leadership variables, and tutor teacher performance variables. Data analysis using inferential statistics with SPSS version: 22. Findings: there was a simultaneous significant influence between communication and leadership on the performance of the tutor teacher (F = 359.21, p 0.000). Implications: (1) communication skills in the learning process in the classroom to understand the state of students, appreciate various views, comfortable and healthy in discussion. (2) Communication in the learning process is suggested by using an assertive style that will be more effective in achieving learning objectives. (2) leadership in the learning process by classifying students based on low, middle and high intelligence levels to make the discussion process more effective. Originality: (1) indicators of communication: aggressive, manipulative, passive and assertive, (2) leadership indicators: working with adult, communication skills. collaboration team. knowledge of content and pedagogy. (3) civil service teacher performance indicators: program planning, implementation, quality control and reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of variables with the title “The Effect of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Wahana Logistics Achievement in Bekasi City”. This research was conducted on employees at PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik in the city of Bekasi. The sample used was 60 predetermined employees. Hypothesis testing uses validity and reliability test, regression analysis, correlation, determination coefficient, t test and f test by first testing classic assumptions. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the training variable partially (XI) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) where t count = 4.598 is greater t-table = 1.672 which means H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Work discipline variables (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), where t-count = 2.720 is greater t-table = 1.672 which means H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Simultaneously obtained the results of F-count 22,392 F-table which is equal to = 3.16 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that training variables and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The determination coefficient of 44% is explained by training and work discipline while the rest is explained by other factors outside the research variable.

Abstract

This research is intended to be published Institutional, Company approval, and Dividend Policy on Company Debt Policy towards manufacturing companies approved on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period used in this study is 5 (five) years, starting from 2012 to 2016.This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method. Based on the existing criteria, obtained 13 companies that became the study sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.Based on the results of data analysis, Institutional Ownership does not conflict with company lending policies as evidenced by a coefficient value of -0.095 at a significance value of 0.445. It is expected that the Company does not oppose a loan policy as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0,000 at a significance value of 0.998. Dividend policy determines the company's debt policy as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0.324 at a significance value of 0.007. Simultaneously Institutional Ownership, Company approval, and Dividend Policy are against the Debt Policy, this is evidenced by the calculated F value of 2.688 at a significance value of 0.054. Abstract

This study aims to examine servant leadership as a differentiator in Indonesian regional development bank. It investigates the role of Human Resource (HR) leaders as a differentiator to leverage performance. The methodology used is a soft system methodology-based action research (SSM-AR). This qualitative study was conducted at South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung Regional Development Bank (Bank BSB). The findings provide a challenge to maintain sustainable growth and performance improvement services to customers. According to servant leadership theory this research gives an alternative leadership model for regional development bank. In facing global business context, this model gives the bank competitiveness to respond dynamic market that it serves, including for customers, competitors, and supplier trends.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure Bank's ability to implement the Basel III and what strategies should be undertaken by Bank to meet the regulations and support business growth in terms of capital. This study uses secondary data by using the implications of the basel III on Bank capital and capital adequacy rate with the object of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Results There are significant changes of BNI KPMM prior to using basel II and after using Basel III ie changes in presentation templates, post changes and movements, changes in total capital and CAR, and additional buffers. However, it is able to contribute greatly to its business, among others, BNI is still able to cover the massive withdrawal from DPK due to capital and loan growth provide large space for credit expansion through good LLL, as well as capital ability to support profit growth supported from percentage of capital. But with so many risks that accompany it and the turbulent business climate and additional buffers, BNI still have to increase its capital again to be able to support the aggressive BNI business.

Abstract

The Effect of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variables in PD. Center Optikal Serang. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable in PD. Center Optikal Serang. The sample in this study as many as 50 respondents taken by census of the total population of employees in the PD. Center Optikal Serang  . The method of analysis used in this study is path analysis (path analysis) by testing the t-statistics. The analyzer uses SEM-PLS Version software. 20. The results showed that the compensation did not affect the employee's performance because t statistics (1,421 1,96) and p values (0,162) 0,05. Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction because the statistical t value (6,855) 1,96) and p values (0,000) 0,05. The physical work environment has no effect on satisfaction due to the statistical t value (0.846) 1.96), as well as the p values (0.401) 0.05. the physical work environment has an effect on the employee's performance because the statistic t value (2,83 6 1,96) and p values (0,007 0,05) job satisfaction influence to employee performance because of t statistic value (3,198) 1,96). Similarly, the value of p values (0.002) 0.05.
