Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) Creativity of students of class XI IPS Islamic Senior School Muthmainnah (2) Student achievement class XI IPS Islamic Senior School Muthmainnah (3) The influence of student creativity on student achievement subjects economic accounting material? Creativity of class XI student of IPS Private High School Muthmainnah Ende is in the high category. Indicated by the average value of student creativity (X) of 85.3. Student achievement class XI IPS Private High School Islamic Muthmainnah Ende is in the good category. This is indicated by the average value of learning achievement (Y) of 82.7. From the analysis there is a positive relationship beetwen the influence of student creativity and learning achievement. From result of calculation value = 25.516 bigger than = ± 2.048, it shows that there is influence of student creativity to learning achievement.

Abstract

The results showed that: (1) Wages are on holiday on the motivation of workers unloading the goods at PT. Satria main Bahari Ende No effect is shown by the multiple linear regression equation b1 F_ (count) greater than 3.145 of F_ (table) 3.20; (2) The provision of wages on a normal day on the motivation of workers unloading the goods at PT. Satria main Bahari Ende have no effect this is indicated by multiple linear regression equation b2 F_ (count) is smaller -.0,317 of F_ (table) 3.20; (3) The results of data analysis showed that there was no effect of the wage system of work motivation (Y) which is indicated by the test of significance ? = 0.5% and 0.1% with degrees of freedom (df) = 46 obtained F_tabel> F_hitung> F_ ( table) = shown in figure 3.20> -12.66> 5.10. To maintain the existing wage system, PT. Satria main nautical should maintain the existing remuneration and motivation necessary to further improve their bonuses in the form of THR in accordance with the ability of the company.

Abstract

One of discourse structure is the element of cohesion. Cohesion is the bonds and relationships that exist in the text. According to Halliday and Hassan, cohesion consists of two kinds, namely lexicaland grammatical elements.The grammatical cohesion is a device or a marker which involves the use of language rules elements. The grammatical cohesion devices that are used to connect the idea among sentences is fairly limited, that are pronouns, nominate, noun phrases, and clausa. While the lexical cohesion namely words or free phrases are able to maintain the cohesive relationship with the sentences preceded or followed. There are two kinds of lexical cohesion, namely reiterasi (repetition) and collocation of words that indicateda close relationship of the place (location).The source of datain this researchis the short storiesanthology“Wajah Indonesiaku”written by Senior High School Students in Lembata, Flores . The writer only focussing on two short stories, they areMutiara di Pantai Oa written by Karolina Karmalinda and Awan Hitam Selimut Bangsakuby Donatus Doni Koli. There were two kinds of cohession that are found in both short stories, they are grammatical and lexical cohesion. Grammatical cohesion consists of personal pronouns, additive (addition) and sequential (sequence) conjunction. While the lexical cohesion consist of repetition (reduplication), hyponymy and hypernymy. Lexical repetion (reduplication) consist of a full repetition, repetition with other forms, and repeat with the replacement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of science laboratory management at SMP Negeri 1 Mamboro Central Sumba Regency. The management of IPA laboratory is restricted to laboratory facilities and infrastructures based on Permendiknas no. 24, 2007, science laboratory management at SMP Negeri 1 Mamaboro, and practicum activities in science laboratory at SMP Negeri 1 Mamboro.This research includes evaluative research with qualitative approach. The research subjects are science subjects, students of class VII and class VIII. The data were collected by observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. The analysis used was descriptive analysis. The result of observation, interview and documentation analysis indicated that IPA laboratory facilities and infrastructures as supporting of IPA activities included in the appropriate category (S) have value of conformity with the overall standard of Permendiknas No. 24 of 2007 on facilities and infrastructure of IPA laboratory for 79. The results of interview analysis with science subject teachers and filling questionnaires by science subjects teachers on science laboratory management in SMP Negeri 1 Mamboro included in the appropriate category (S) with a value of 74.8. The results of the questionnaire analysis conducted by the students about the suitability of practicum activity showed the value of 66.8 and included in the appropriate category (S).

Abstract

The results of the study show that: The socio-economic life of the refiners moke community as a distinctive feature of cultural heritage, the moke drink is also one of the resources that can increase the economic needs of the community, although the results of moke distillation do not fully meet there is also an element of art. Art that comes from how the community how to concoct the moke into a typical preparation, the precesed society in the from of ancestral beverages. The impact of this moke distillation contributes substantially to social change and can elevate people’s live to a better standard of living.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the causes of bad loans in Credit Cooperative Syuradikara. To knows the more dominant factor of the influence of bad credit in Credit Cooperative Syuradikara. The type of research used in this research is comparative causal research. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. The result of the research shows that the cause of bad credit in Credit Cooperative Syuradikara Ende is caused by several factors which are grouped into 4 component of factors causing bad credit namely internal component 1 (income, customer jobs, family responsibilities, have other loans) as component with the percentage of causes (41,274%), composite component (external and internal: interest rate, disaster, season) as component with percentage of cause of medium category bad credit (13,081%), internal component 2 (intentional element and unresolved sanction) as component with the percentage of causes of bad category loans (10,915%) and the last internal component 3 (customer’s intention) with the lowest percentage cause of bad loans (10,192%).
