JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. Abstract

In this continuously evolving era of technology, the use of smartphone has become commonplace, including in the healthcare sector. However, there are still several issues such as long queues, uncertain appointment scheduling, and unexpected waiting times in the case of health care service such as in a hospital. Therefor, the aim of this research is to address these problems by developing a mobile application that utilizes multilevel queue and FIFO algorithms. The methods used in this research include data collection through questionnaires and documentation. A specific clinic is the subject of this study, involving both patients and clinic staff. The expected outcome is to enhance patient satisfaction through more efficient and expedited registration and queue processes. The result can enhance patient satisfaction because the registration and queueing process becomes faster and more efficient.

Abstract

eLMART sells various types of food and drinks. In the current digital era, many shops have difficulty marketing products that can be sold such as food and drinks. As a result, users who want to go to the store don't know what they will get. The aim of this research is to design an Android-based marketing application using agile development techniques which simplify the application design process. In this research, we use agile methodology to design an Android-based application marketing system that allows users to use this marketing application efficiently. Based on the results of research and testing of the Android-based eLMART marketing application as an online advertising medium at the eLKISI Islamic Boarding School which does not yet have a customer-friendly online information system, and efforts to introduce eLMART more widely. As an online advertising medium, there is an information system in the form of the Android-based eLMART marketing application. This marketing application also provides access to administrators. The administrator is the user who controls the application system. One of them is that administrators can add or change items available in the catalog.

Abstract

This research aims to create a web-based management information system of work program and budget in the Child Development Center (CDC) as a management tool of planning and controlling. This research was conducted due to problems caused by manual management with spreadsheets and desktop-based applications, as well as manual and separate management between planning and realization. The development of this web-based application applies the Scrum model, which consists of 7 sprints. This Scrum model has organized system development in detail and according to user needs. After completing the research stages, this system was successfully developed. This application can facilitate adminitrators of work program and budget to work effectively and efficiently. Adminitrators can work anywhere and anytime. The automation process in the system guarantees the accuracy of calculations and adequate management. Thus, CDC's need for a basic infrastructure, namely management information systems of work program and budget, has been achieved. This system is an important benchmarking for CDCs, since the same procedure applies on all CDCs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Government Agencies BAPPEDA In Province Of Western New Guinea Utilizes A Technology By Making A Mobile Application Laporkitong Which Useful To Inform Incompatibility Of Using Soil. The Youth Laporkitong Application And Lack Of Knowledge Regarding This Application Made A Problem In Use. So That, It Is Necessary To Held An Analysis Why Individual Wants To Access Laporkitong Application By Using Uses And Gratification (U&G) Theory In Order To Maximize Its Function. In This Study, It Is Found A Consented Hypothesis Namely H5, H7, H8, H9. While A Rejected Hypothesis H1, H2, H3, H4, H6, H10. From This Study It Can Be Concluded That Motivating People To Intent Of Using Laporkitong Application Are Exposure, Social Sharing, And Affection. Then, Towards Intention Of Continuing By Using Application Is Social Sharing Variable. Also, Things Which Need To Repair Is A Prove That Not Influent To Intention   Of Using Are Information Seeking, Entertainment And Intention Of Continuing Consume Are Information Seeking, Entertainment, Exposure, And Affection.

Abstract

In life, the search for the shortest route in finding a place always goes to the destination location is a study which has been studied a lot lately and has become a problem. This will be very useful to be implemented in several cases that require a high level of time efficiency such as route search, location search, and so on. Determining the shortest path can be obtained using Dijkstra's Algorithm. The use of Dijkstra's algorithm is widely used to find the shortest route because this algorithm calculates the path based on the shortest distance traveled in each path. This algorithm was chosen because it was developed as an efficient algorithm for finding the shortest path based on a positive weight, from a starting point to all other points using software used to help describe the system, namely DFD.

Abstract

Earthquakes are natural disasters that can have devastating impacts on society. Indonesia needs education about areas that often experience natural disasters. This research was conducted to produce a visualization dashboard regarding mapping of earthquake areas in Indonesia, by applying the Business Intelligence method. This research resulted in the areas with the most earthquakes being the Minahasa Peninsula with 9,408 events with an average of 3.3 Mg, the island of Java with 6,772 events with an average of 3.4 Mg and North Sumatra with 5,920 events with an average of 3.3 Mg.

Abstract

Diabetes is one of the major health issues worldwide, affecting 10.5% of the total adult population (20-79 years old). Often referred to as the silent killer, nearly half of those affected by diabetes are unaware of their condition. Diabetes is categorized into several types, namely type 1 diabetes mellitus, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and gestational diabetes. Detection of diabetes can be carried out through various methods, including blood sugar level tests, Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) tests, oral glucose tolerance tests, as well as physical examinations and medical history reviews by doctors. Interpreting the results of these tests can be used to identify the potential for an individual to have diabetes, employing a machine learning approach as a decision support system for doctors to make informed decisions, and also providing patients with reminders to consult with a doctor. In the machine learning model we've developed, we trained and tested algorithms using the 'Diabetes prediction dataset,' consisting of 8 variables: age, gender, Body Mass Index (BMI), hypertension, heart disease, smoking history, HbA1c level, and blood glucose level. The algorithm employed was the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) with the optimizer using Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD). This application is intended to serve as a decision support system for doctors and the general public. It's designed using Anvil for 8 types of input variables, providing 2 output variables: the percentage of an individual's potential to have diabetes and suggestions for preventing such risks.

Abstract

In today's competitive business environment, an effective and efficient sales process can increase revenue and customer satisfaction. This study presents a web-based SiJua engineering designed to assist sales management. SiJua was developed to simplify the sales process, expand sales areas and promotions. The web-based SiJua on BjStuff is equipped with a Home Menu, Shop Menu, About Us Menu, Contact Us Menu, Order Tracking Menu, Wishlist Menu, User Dashboard Menu and Shopping Cart Menu to support sales operational functions, real-time reporting, simplify sales workflows, reduce manual errors, and provide the tools needed by the sales team to make data-driven decisions. The web-based architecture ensures accessibility from any location, allowing sales staff to manage prospects, track orders, and complete transactions. In making SiJua, the Waterfall Methodology was used with the stages of analysis, design, implementation and testing. The test results stated that the pages implemented from previously created designs can be run well through the menus on SiJua.

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the factors of problems in the economic field, this will have an impact on the balance of the economy. A person can be said to be unemployed if the person does not meet the requirements as a workforce. Open unemployment is a workforce that does not actually have a job. Therefore, this study will classify the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in Indonesia in the 2020-2023 period. This study will use the Naїve Bayes Classifier (NBC) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. In the SVM algorithm method, for the negative class consists of a precision value of 62%, a recall of 80%, an F1 Score of 70%. While for the positive class consists of a precision value of 87%, a recall of 72%, an F1 Score of 79%. In the NBC algorithm method, for the negative class consists of a precision value of 71%, a recall of 50%, an F1 Score of 59%. While for the positive class consists of a precision value of 76%, a recall of 89%, an F1 Score of 82%. Based on these calculations, the accuracy value of each algorithm has the same accuracy value, which is 75%.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence which is developing increasingly rapidly makes it possible to make predictions. Predictions are made using one of the Artificial Intelligence systems, namely Artificial Neural Networks. Predicting the need for drug use is a problem currently being faced by RSUD dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh so that the service is not optimal. This research aims to design an Artificial Neural Network architecture and determine the resulting level of accuracy in predicting the need for drug use. The method used in this research is the Backpropagation method. The stages in the Backpropagation algorithm include the initial weight initialization process, activation stage, weight change and iteration stage. The data processed in this research is drug use data obtained from the Pharmacy Installation at dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh Hospital. The results of this research show that the best network architecture is 12-12-1 with a relatively small Mean Squared Error (MSE) value of 0.00685, a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 0.1696% and a high level of accuracy reaching 99 .83% for the prediction of Paracetamol 150 mg. The results of this research can help health service centers optimize their services
