JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. Abstract

In the era of increasingly advanced information and network technology, the need for communication and information exchange has become very important. Modern networks transfer data in a variety of applications such as voice, video, and data, which have different requirements in terms of speed, constraints, and service availability. Quality of Service (QoS) is a technology used to ensure that the Internet provides good and stable service quality to users. Wireshark is a network analysis tool used to monitor and analyze Internet network traffic. This research aims to analyze network quality when accessing the Satya Wacana Christian University Flexible-Learning website using Wireshark. QoS parameters such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss are measured to evaluate network performance. The analysis results show that while throughput, delay, and jitter are relatively stable, the high packet loss rate indicates instability in data transmission. Therefore, network infrastructure improvements are needed to improve overall service quality

Abstract

As awareness of the importance of mental health increases in society, it unfortunately has not been fully implemented across various industry sectors, including technology. The Open Source Mental Illness (OSMI) survey data measures the level of awareness of mental health among technology industry workers, a group often overlooked. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a classification model to identify patients, which can help doctors initiate early medical treatment. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the LightGBM algorithm model in terms of its accuracy. The dataset used consists of 1259 data points from the OSMI survey. The study found that the best accuracy ratio was achieved with a 90:10 split. The results indicated a training data accuracy of 93%, while the testing data accuracy was 82%.

Abstract

Cemerlang Laundry is a company engaged in the field of laundry services in Ujung Serdang Village. The number of customers who use Cemerlang Laundry services continues to increase. However, the processing of laundry service data at Cemerlang Laundry is still using a conventional ledger data recap system. So that it causes a continuous accumulation of files which can make it difficult for Cemerlang Laundry employees to search for certain files quickly and easily when needed. The purpose of the study was to determine the procedure for managing laundry service data at Cemerlang Laundry, design a web-based laundry service information system at Cemerlang Laundry and build a web-based laundry service information system at Cemerlang Laundry. With this, it is necessary to have tools to build a laundry service information system such as PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor, MySQL, and Sublime Text. The results of this study conclude that the web-based laundry service information system implemented is able to help solve the problems that occur in the Cemerlang Laundry business, so a tool is needed in the form of a computerized information system.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious problem in children's health in Indonesia, so more in-depth knowledge is needed. Based on the results of the 2019 Ministry of Communication and Information survey, it shows that the Indonesian people have a poor understanding of stunting. A system is needed that can make it easy for the public to get stunting information accurately and quickly, so this research proposes the development of a dialogue-based chatbot that is integrated with the Telegram platform, which can be used as a step to increase public accessibility regarding stunting information. Chatbots are able to effectively assist humans in providing automatic answers to questions from various topics. This research aims to provide stunting information to the public and provide access to stunting information easily and quickly. The stunting information chatbot was developed using the Dialogflow platform by applying natural language processing (NLP) which is integrated with the Telegram application. The chatbot testing results using the black box test obtained an accuracy of 90%, which shows that the output provided by the chatbot is appropriate. The test results using the user experience questionnaire (UEQ) showed that the attractiveness score was 1.80, clarity was 1.17, efficiency was 1.81, decision was 1.74, stimulation was 1.59 and novelty was 1.14.

Abstract

In order to face increasing competition and improve operational efficiency, Mobile Cell plans to use the Laravel Framework as the development framework. The purpose of this research is to provide technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience. The implementation of the system involves the creation of Use case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and system page views. Laravel applies the MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture pattern, which simplifies the development and maintenance of applications. The Testing of the system shows success in key functions such as registration, login, adding to the shopping cart, checkout, payment, and viewing order history. This can be inferred from the 100% validity of the test results for each function.

Abstract

Barbershop is an innovation in the deveӏopment of fashion. Previousӏy, we knew him as a barber, where the barbers worked on a reguӏar basis or settӏed in a certain ӏocation. But in March 2020, Indonesia was shocked by one pandemic, nameӏy Covid 19. The Corona virus is spreading ӏ wideӏy throughout the worӏd which has an impact on aӏӏ areas of the economy. One of the business fieӏds affected by the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the barbershops affected is Pangkas 88 barbershop. Pangkas 88 experienced a decrease in customers caused Barbershop; COVID-19; Booking onӏine; Extreme Programming; Fӏutter by many customers who did not want to queue for too ӏong. To overcome this probӏem, Pangkas 88 took the initiative to deveӏop an onӏine booking appӏication. This appӏication aӏӏows customers to book barbershop queues onӏine and can set hours according to their wishes. This appӏication was deveӏoped using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. Extreme Programming is an object-oriented software deveӏopment method often used for the software deveӏopment process. This appӏication is designed using the Fӏutter framework, fӏutter is a framework deveӏoped by Googӏe. The Fӏutter framework aӏӏows appӏication makers to create appӏications that can run on various pӏatforms so that they can reach more customers.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is the process of analyzing an opinion or public opinion regarding a phenomenon that has occurred, is currently occurring or will occur. Sentiments that are commonly discussed are the public's assessment of an object positively, negatively or neutrally. Twitter is the most popular media used to express all forms of public emotions and opinions in the form of tweets or text. The issues discussed in it include many events, such as the 2024 general election which will be held in Indonesia. This media is easily accessible to many people to show other people's opinions regarding existing phenomena. This research discusses the topic after the 2024 general election with opinions based on three sentiment classes, namely positive, neutral and negative. The aim of this research is to build a sentiment analysis system by applying the Probabilistic Neural Network algorithm as a classification model. The method used is data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, TF-IDF word weighting, labeling, classification models, and evaluation of results. The data used amounted to 2002 data with a division of 1035 positive tweets, 693 neutral tweets and 274 negative tweets. The program was built using Google Colaboratory and the Python programming language. Testing was carried out with 3 (three) comparisons, namely 90:10, 70:30, and 50:50. By comparing 90% training data and 10% testing data, the greatest model accuracy was obtained with a value of 88.42% and taking into account the evaluation using the confusion matrix and precision parameters of 89%, recall of 88%, and f1-score of 88%. Evaluation was also carried out for website-based applications on new data with an accuracy value of 66%.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the process of assessing employee work quality at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Tual using the clustering method. This research method involves analyzing historical data on employee performance assessments as well as applying clustering techniques to group employees based on their performance characteristics. The data used includes employee performance evaluations over the past year, including employee performance, competency, productivity and projects. The clustering method used is K-means clustering to group employees into categories according to the level of quality of their work. The results of this research indicate that the use of the clustering method can optimize the process of assessing employee work quality by allowing the identification of groups based on their performance. In this way, management can provide more appropriate and fair recognition and rewards, as well as design skills development programs that suit each group. The case study at RRI Tual indicates that implementing the clustering method can increase efficiency and objectivity in assessing work quality, strengthen employee motivation, and support strategic decision making for human resource development. These findings can contribute to the improvement of performance appraisal systems in organizations as well as provide a basis for further research in this area.

PT. Hartono has a problem with making a work certificate where the letter requires a signature from the leadership, and if the leader is not present there will be a delay. Abstract

Startups are companies that have not been running for a long time, and some of these companies or startups have just been established and are in the phase of developing and exploring the market. The development of startups in the world started from around the '90s to the 2000s. Sangkara is a startup operating in the environmental sector. Sangkara was formed on December 29. Sangkara currently has an official website, but Sangkara plans to develop its technology by creating a mobile application. Mobile applications usually have an attractive and simple user interface so they can provide fast and easy service. Before developing a mobile application, designing the user interface and user experience needs to go through the prototyping stage. To support the creation of the Sangkara mobile application prototype, the Lean UX method was used which contains 4 stages, namely declare assumption, Create an MVP, Run an Experiment and feedback and Research. This method was chosen because it focuses on user satisfaction with the prototype design of the mobile application that will be designed. After going through each stage of Lean UX and testing using the usability scale (SUS) system, the UI/UX design of the Sangkara mobile application has been accepted by users, potential users and Sangkara staff with avegare SUS score is 89.
