JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. Abstract

Elections are a crucial democratic procedure as they offer citizens the privilege of exercising their rights. Consequently, there is a wide range of contrasting responses on social media, particularly on Twitter. Twitter is a platform that facilitates sentiment analysis, a valuable tool for comprehending the public's perception of leaders and the topics addressed in a campaign. This analysis encompasses both positive and negative opinions, which are of particular importance for study. Sentiment analysis can be used to determine the propensity of Twitter users to publish material. This study commenced with gathering data from Twitter, followed by data modeling utilizing the LSTM technique and real-time implementation, resulting in the classification of individuals into supporters, non-supporters, and neutrals. LSTM, short for Long Short-Term Memory, is a sophisticated deep learning technique that serves as the foundational framework for the research project titled "Sentiment Analysis of Twitter Users towards the 2024 Election using the LSTM Method". LSTM has the benefit of being capable of retaining and manipulating long-term knowledge, as well as accessing and modifying past information. The objective of this study is to ascertain the sentiment analysis of Twitter users on the 2024 election, categorizing it as favorable, negative, or neutral. The study yielded an accuracy rate of 78% utilizing the LSTM approach.

Abstract

In the digital era, e-commerce applications like Lazada facilitate online shopping for millions of users and gather reviews that assist both buyers and sellers. With the large volume of reviews, machine learning techniques, particularly sentiment classification, play a crucial role in automatically interpreting and classifying these sentiments. This study aims to apply and evaluate the effectiveness of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model in classifying sentiments of Lazada app reviews. Utilizing text preprocessing methods, including the removal of stop words and vectorization using TF-IDF, the study successfully processed text data for the SVM model. Experiments were conducted with various test set sizes (10%, 20%, and 30%) to assess the model's performance under different conditions. The results show that SVM can classify review sentiments with the highest accuracy of 84.33% and an F1-score of 78.14% at a test size of 0.3. This research reveals that increasing the test set size contributes to better stability and accuracy in classification..

Abstract

Scale is a type of disease caused by the presence of mites on the underside of leaves, multiplying by consuming vital fluids in Aglaonema. Diseases in Aglaonema leaves can be caused by various factors, including pathogenic microorganisms, environmental disturbances, or other factors such as care mistakes. This research aims to detect diseases in Aglaonema leaves using several stages and processes. The first stage involves converting RGB images, followed by feature extraction using convolutional neural network methods to separate areas of diseased and healthy leaves. The obtained results are then used to classify the types of diseases using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) methods. The research findings indicate that the system is capable of identifying disease types with an accuracy rate of up to 80% with a dataset of 100 images tested on 20 images.

Abstract

Technological progress is progressing very rapidly. Almost all activities use information technology to achieve maximum results. In educational institutions, the presence of information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness is very important. So far, the management of the Al Fadl Wal Fadillah Kaliwungu Islamic Boarding School is still manual. The weakness is that the data is inaccurate, the data is difficult to find, and the process is very time consuming and slow. Therefore, Pondok Pesantren Al-Fadlu wal Fadilah Kaliwungu needs a web-based santri administration information system, which provides solutions so that santri parents do not have to make direct payments to come to the lodge but make payments through the available web and can do so effectively and efficiently. This system using the Agile method from this study resulted in the administration system of Pondok Pesantren Al Fadl Wal Fadillah Kaliwungu to make it easier for users to access this system and run according to the needs of Pondok Pesantren Al Fadl Wal Fadillah Kaliwungu.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a web-based application for monitoring stock that is integrated with Google Spreadsheet. The research uses the Prototype Method to develop an initial system prototype, which is then followed by Usability Testing to assess the effectiveness of the user interface and user experience. This application allows warehouse staff and technicians to monitor the availability and status of devices in real-time, thereby improving device stock management. Through iterative testing and prototyping, user feedback is incorporated into the design to enhance functionality and usability. This study demonstrates that combining these methods results in a user-focused design, improving the efficiency and usability of the application in stock management

Abstract

Apotek Mulya Farma Kudus, like many other businesses, faces challenges in managing employee data, especially related to payroll and attendance. The manual process that is still applied often results in inaccurate data, is time consuming, and has the potential to cause calculation errors. To overcome these problems, this study aims to develop an integrated computer-based payroll and attendance information system. This system is expected to automate the process of recording attendance, calculating salaries, and producing accurate and fast reports. The system development method used is by referring to the relevant information system development methodology. The stages that are passed include needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. This system is built using the PHP programming language using the Codeigniter framework and the waterfall development method. The results of this study are an information system that is able to manage employee data effectively and efficiently. The features contained in the system include: online attendance recording, automatic salary calculation based on various salary components, making pay slips, and various reports required by management. With this information system, it is expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing employee data at Apotek Mulya Farma Kudus based on the website. In addition, this system can also reduce the potential for human error and provide more accurate information for decision making.

Abstract

This study explores the selection of the optimal e-commerce platform for Djapuri Farma2 Pharmacy using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In this context, the five main criteria considered are Cost, Security, Completeness of Features, Ease of Use, and Community Support. The AHP method is used to carry out pairwise comparisons between available alternative e-commerce platforms. After going through an evaluation process, WooCommerce was chosen as the platform that best suited the pharmacy's needs. The novelty of this research lies in the application of the AHP method in the specific context of the pharmaceutical industry, which has not been widely discussed in previous literature. By focusing on criteria relevant to pharmacies, this study provides a new contribution to the e-commerce platform selection literature with an approach that can be directly applied in the healthcare industry. Opportunities for future research development include expanding evaluation criteria, such as including sustainability factors, as well as combining AHP with other methods such as TOPSIS or ANP to obtain more comprehensive and robust results. This study is expected to become an important reference for other pharmacies who want to carry out digital transformation through choosing the right e-commerce platform.

Abstract

Digital marketing is one of the important elements in the product sales strategy in the digital era. Developing technology and increasing internet penetration allow MSMEs to reach a larger audience. An effective digital marketing strategy can increase product visibility, attract potential customers, and increase sales. Widely used social media such as Instagram is very effective as a means of marketing communication, building brand awareness and engagement with customers, as well as expanding business networks through attractive and interactive content. This research applies the Systematic Literature Review method. Based on the results of the systematic literature review, the authors found 30 selected articles for descriptive analysis. By examining the research that has been done previously on the influence of Instagram social media on the world of digital marketing, the author will conclude how much impact Instagram social media has on the current digital marketing world.

Abstract

Wingko Babat Pratama is a typical Semarang souvenir producer located at Jalan Tumpang XIV, Gajahmungkur, Semarang City. Currently, the ordering system at Wingko Babat Pratama still uses traditional methods to serve customers, including stock management, ordering, and generating sales reports. This research aims to develop a more modern ordering website by utilizing the CodeIgniter 3 Framework and applying the Pending Order method. This method gives buyers the opportunity to get a service schedule, with priority given to customers who place orders early within a certain time limit. The result of this research is a system that includes stock management, ordering, and sales report generation, which is expected to improve service quality at Wingko Babat Pratama Semarang

Abstract

This research investigates the application of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology in enhancing inventory management practices within construction companies. The study emphasizes the importance of stakeholder collaboration in defining clear project objectives and ensuring alignment with the company's operational needs. Through comprehensive data modeling, key data entities were accurately identified and structured, supporting effective inventory control. The process modeling phase demonstrated significant improvements in operational workflows by automating key processes, thereby reducing order processing time and enhancing efficiency. The RAD approach facilitated the rapid development of a functional prototype, enabling continuous user feedback and iterative refinement. The final application significantly improved inventory accuracy, reduced material wastage by 10%, and increased procurement efficiency by 20%. The successful implementation and refinement of the application, including data migration, system integration, and user training, validated the effectiveness of the RAD methodology. This research provides valuable insights into the potential of RAD to develop tailored inventory management solutions for construction companies, leading to improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
