JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. Abstract

Spam emails, sent en masse to numerous addresses, are a major annoyance. To combat this, effective filters are necessary, such as classification to separate spam from non-spam. This can be achieved through an anti-spam model utilizing text mining like TF-IDF. Using the KDD process, a study analyzed a dataset of 6046 entries, split 77.2% non-spam and 22.8% spam. Logistic Regression showed the best accuracy at 98%, outperforming Decision Tree (59%) and Support Vector Machine (95%). Thus, Logistic Regression emerged as the optimal algorithm for email classification.

Abstract

Digital banking is one of the digital transformations in the banking sector that is still relatively new in Indonesia. However, digital bank users are still far away when compared to conventional banks that have physical offices. Bank Jago is one example of a digital bank in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the intention to use Jago digital bank technology. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) conceptual model is used in this study by adding the Perceived Risk variable. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through social media (Twitter and Instagram) with the criteria that respondents were users or had used the Jago application. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that the intention to use the Jago digital bank was significantly influenced by hedonic motivation, habit, performance expectancy, price value, and perceived risk; while effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and social influence did not have a significant influence on the intention to use Bank Jago

Abstract

In the development of information technology which is an important means for everyone, information is one of the important parts for companies in the business field. Every business needs accurate data information so that the decision-making prosess for the company is not wrong and does not harm the company. The accuracy of a data makes it a competitive advantage for companies. For example, data warehouse technology can help companies in dealing with problems. Because companies must have a large amount of data. So, making the company confused. The existence of a data warehouse makes the company an accurate means of decision- making. The purpose of this study is to show how data warehouses work that have potential for companies. So, companies get more structured information. Not only data warehouse, this study also uses the Kimball nine-step method to collect data related to the design made by the author regarding the stock of goods. As a result of this study, the company can analyze each item using a data warehouse system and also use the Kimball nine-step method in order to make the arrangement of a series of types of goods structured and make good decisions about the stock of goods

Abstract

In carrying out the vaccination work program, the government is required to be able to take fast and appropriate policies while maintaining efficient use of funds in each work unit. One of the government work units that also focuses on vaccination is Kodam V/Brawijaya. The factors causing vaccination data to be uninformative in Kodam V/Brawijaya's ranks are that there are many 38 Kodam V/Brawijaya work units, Kodam V/Brawijaya does not yet have an integrated vaccination information system, the time and place for carrying out vaccination activities is short and moving. moving on, the presentation of data obtained from work units is still raw and uninformative data. Based on these problems, this research aims to design a vaccination dashboard application that suits the needs of users within the TNI Kodam V/Brawijaya area. The design of the vaccination application in this research used the design sprint method. The design sprint method was chosen because based on previous research it can be relied on to produce designs quickly and in accordance with user needs. In the stages of the design sprint method in this research, it will be combined with the persona, crazy 8's, and minimum viable product (MVP) methods. This research contributes to producing a new combination of methods to solve research problems in the field of application design. Finally, the combination of the design sprint method with persona, crazy 8's, and minimum viable product (MVP) is expected to produce a vaccination dashboard application design that meets the needs of Kodam V/Brawijaya.

Abstract

Indonesian government seeks to improve people's welfare by holding various poverty reduction programs, one of which is providing assistance to uninhabitable houses (RTLH). Equitable development of the welfare of Indonesian society must be comprehensive and even, starting from the smallest scope, namely the village. One of the villages in Indonesia that has implemented a program to provide assistance for uninhabitable houses is Nagari Lunang Selatan which is located in Lunang sub-district, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province. The implementation of the uninhabitable housing assistance program in Nagari Lunang Selatan has so far still used a manual system so it is not effective because the final results are not objective. There are 5 criteria and 10 alternatives as sample data used in this research. These criteria include the number of dependents, total expenses, total income, land ownership status, and condition of the house. For this reason, this research provides a solution by implementing a decision support system for providing assistance for uninhabitable housing using the Technique For Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method, known as TOPSIS, the TOPSIS method is suitable for solving semi-structural problems such as the problem of providing assistance for inadequate housing. inhabit. The aim of this research is to produce a system that can facilitate decision making regarding providing assistance for uninhabitable housing. The results obtained from the test calculation process on sample data of 10 alternatives with 5 criteria provide accurate results. From this test, the results obtained for 3 alternatives as recipients of house renovation assistance

Abstract

Tourism is an important sector in the economic growth of a region. In the current digital era, chatbot technology based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) has become an innovative solution to facilitate interaction between humans and machines. This research aims to develop a chatbot that can help tourists find tourist destinations located in Semarang Regency. This Chatbot development method involves analyzing user needs, collecting tourist destination data, and implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms to understand tourist questions and requests. This chatbot is designed to provide accurate and relevant information based on tourist questions, thereby improving the user experience in searching for tourist destinations in Semarang Regency.

Abstract

In the learning process, library sources or teaching references are one of the main components needed for a lecturer. The large number of textbook references available for a course can make it difficult for a lecturer to determine which option is appropriate or widely used by lecturers for the same course. The importance of selecting textbook references allows a lecturer to search for information to determine whether the reference is the main reference or an additional reference. Digital literacy is one way that a lecturer can use to search for information related to textbook references by using computers or smartphones. The problem is that the available digital literacy is not yet able to provide recommendations for textbooks that teachers widely use for a course based on certain criteria. Several criteria can be used as determining indicators for a recommended book, for example, popularity due to the highest rating used, author's name, publisher's name, content or material, and year of publication are usually the determining indicators for using a book as a reference.  In fact, in cyberspace, a lot of textbook reference information is provided, but it has not been grouped based on use. By utilizing a database of books published or sold online, you can find out what textbooks are the most popular and can be used as teaching materials. Still, a lecturer needs to find out one by one in each available online shop. The method in this research is data mining for textbooks that can be used as a reference for a lecturer using text mining techniques by clustering book titles in several online stores and based on semester learning plans from several campuses to map textbooks that are widely used. as reference material for 500 book titles from several publishers. Using 6 variables consisting of a book title, use for courses or fields of science, publisher, author, year of publication, and material, analysis will be carried out to obtain a data pattern. This research aims to apply a text mining concept to provide textbook recommendations for lecturers in the Informatics field of artificial intelligence courses using clustering techniques so that they can recommend reading books using 6 variables. The aim of this research is achieved in the form of software as a form of application of theory that has been tested in the laboratory for accuracy. The benefit of this research is providing lecturers with a list of textbooks that have been ranked automatically and are widely used in the same field of science.

Abstract

In today's sophisticated era, bicycle rental is a popular transportation solution in many cities, and bicycle rental has become part of today's business. Recording user data is still done manually/conventionally, calculating rental time, total rental costs, knowing the coordinates of the location of the bicycle being rented. Based on this description, an IoT and Android-based bicycle rental monitoring system was created. Bicycle rental monitoring system to monitor the whereabouts of rental bicycles such as location coordinates connected to the Firebase server. The system was created using an Arduino Uno microcontroller, RFID MRC522, Wemos ESP 8266, and GPS Neo 6M.   The RFID card functions as a registered user ID, when the RFID tag is read by the RFID reader, the Wemos ESP8266 must be connected to WiFi so that the recorded coordinates of the GPS Neo 6M will be sent to the server, as well as the registered user, rental date , rental time, rental costs can be seen in real-time in Firebase, can be seen in the Android application that has been connected to the tool. In this way, it can help bicycle rentals in monitoring the bicycles they rent, as well as processing this rental data so that it is not manual

Abstract

Quality education relies on effective learning methods. However, some students struggle to grasp the concepts taught in basic physics courses, often due to the lack of innovative teaching approaches in physics education. Traditional teaching methods can lead to student disinterest and difficulty in understanding the material. To address these challenges, integrating engaging technology into education is essential. Augmented Reality (AR) technology, which blends virtual elements with the real world, has emerged as a popular learning tool. But can AR effectively enhance learning experiences at FKIP UNIPA? To explore this, research was conducted to develop AR teaching materials using the Design Science Research method and gauge student interest in AR. Hypothesis testing using the Hedonic Motivation System Adoption Model (HMSAM) revealed that students at FKIP UNIPA responded positively to the AR teaching materials. The results showed that factors like perceived usefulness, curiosity, and enjoyment significantly influence students' willingness to use AR by 53.5%. In summary, the findings suggest that AR technology holds promise in improving learning outcomes and student engagement in physics education.

Abstract

Population data collection is an activity of recording population data carried out by data collection officers under the supervision of the village head. The census officer has task of collecting and processing population data. When the data collection officer wanted to process population data, the officer experienced difficulties in finding data. With the development and advancement of information technology, it has a positive impact, namely in social life. This study aims to solve problems with data collection officers, namely searching for and processing population data using an information system designed based on Android. Information system designed with the Extreme Programming method. In this research, there is an information system using the Dart Programming language with the Flutter Framework. The database used is MySQL implemented as RestAPI. Blackbox testing is used to test information systems that aim to determine the function of the information system. The objective of this research is to be able to shorten the time of data collection officers in collecting data and managing population data.
