JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. Abstract

Web SIKUSA has handled various web-based information systems with its 9 main pillars of service. There are various possibilities of risks, but SMK Saraswati has never analyzed the risks. This research aims to analyze risk management in the use of SIKUSA web. The focus of this research is a qualitative approach that uses the ISO 31000:2018 method. In the research, researchers found 19 possible risks, consisting of 13 possible risks with medium risk level and at low/low level there are 6 possible risks. Therefore, in the research conducted, a conclusion was obtained that in this regard there is no risk that is likely to endanger or potentially have an unfavorable impact on SMK Saraswati on the use of the SIKUSA web. Although there is a medium level risk, the risk can be overcome if there are recommended technical risk handling actions. For risk handling, it is recommended to conduct structured handling through gradual maintenance, as well as additional supporting activities in the form of socialization or training for employees. SMK Saraswati is expected to always be vigilant and prepared for any risks that will arise by conducting proper risk management and risk handling

Abstract

The development of tourism in Indonesia offers vast business opportunities for tourism stakeholders, especially in Yogyakarta, which is rich in natural tourist destinations. However, visitors often face difficulties in selecting suitable destinations due to limited information. This study aims to develop a tourism recommendation system in Yogyakarta by utilizing the Naïve Bayes Multinomial algorithm to improve the accuracy of recommendations and the overall tourism experience. The system leverages word frequency information from textual data to generate better recommendations. Data from 40 tourist destinations, including descriptions, locations, ratings, categories, and facilities, is used in this study. The model's results show an accuracy of 81.2%, precision of 62.5%, recall of 62.5%, and an F1 score of 62.5%. Testing with the keyword "photo spot" yields an accuracy of 50%, precision of 25%, recall of 50%, and an F1 score of 33.33%, while the keyword "natural scenery" achieves 100% accuracy, 100% precision, 100% recall, and an F1 score of 100%. These results demonstrate that the system can provide accurate and useful tourism recommendations for users.

Abstract

The existence of information technology has provided various conveniences and opportunities for conducting business online, one of which is the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry. PT XYZ is one of the startups focused on the SaaS business as a provider of integrated school management system (ISMS) solutions. IT plays a vital role in the operational activities of ISMS. PT XYZ is aware of this and has implemented a zero-security incident policy for its ISMS. However, the ISMS still experiences security incidents due to vulnerabilities in the system that result in losses for PT XYZ. This indicates the need for information security risk management for the ISMS. The purpose of this study is to obtain a design for information security risk management for ISMS. This study uses a qualitative method where data collection is conducted through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. SNI ISO/IEC 27005:2022 is used as the information security risk assessment, while risk control recommendations utilize SNI ISO/IEC 27001:2022. This study resulted in 28 risk scenarios, namely: 12 High risks, 10 Moderate risks, two Low risks, and four Very Low risks. The outcome of this study is the design of information security risk management for PT XYZ's ISMS.

Abstract

This research aims to design a website-based sales invoice printing system to overcome the problems of complexity and limitations in using MS. Excel at PT Akusara Mitra Sinergi Semarang. This research uses the Waterfall system development method and also the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model in designing a sales invoice printing system. In this design, using the CodeIgniter framework program or in the PHP programming language, HTML, and MySQL database to store data. The main features provided include creating, managing, printing invoices, and setting invoice numbers. Based on the results of the design, the system succeeded in increasing the speed and accuracy of the invoicing process, as well as minimizing human error. Thus, this system is expected to support PT Akusara Mitra Sinergi Semarang in achieving higher operational efficiency and strengthening overall business performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to design and build a web-based computer accessories information and sales system at Toko Sarjana Komputer. This system is expected to facilitate the sales management process, inventory, and customer service more effectively and efficiently. The methodology used in developing this system is the waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system was built using the PHP programming language by utilizing the Laravel framework, with Visual Studio Code as the Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and MySQL as the database. PHP was chosen because of its flexibility and good ability to process data and easily integrate with various types of databases. Visual Studio Code provides a development environment that supports various extensions to simplify coding and debugging MySQL is used to manage large-scale data and support complex transactions. With this system, it is hoped that Toko Sarjana Komputer can improve operational efficiency and provide better service to customers. This system also provides a platform that is more accessible to customers to purchase computer accessories online.

Abstract

The development of technology has a tremendous impact on human life. Work that previously required many large devices and was done manually, then with the development of technology, the work only requires a small tool and can work automatically, namely a microcontroller. The use of microcontrollers is very influential in the development of technology, many new tools have been created which are updates from previous tools, one of which is the process of making Printed Board Circuit (PCB) paths or also called the etching process. The etching process is carried out manually by immersing the PCB in FeCL3 liquid and then moving it manually for a few minutes, this is inefficient and can endanger users if it comes into contact with their hands. This study aims to develop the etching process so that it can work automatically and users can see the process through the Telegram application on their Smartphone. There are several factors why ESP32 - Cam is chosen as a microcontroller, including the camera feature that allows users to monitor directly in different places, besides that the ports are quite numerous and easy to connect to the telegram application

Abstract

Effective Master Data Management (MDM) is essential for organizations to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility, particularly within intricate operational settings. This study assesses the maturity level of MDM for human capital data at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Indonesia’s leading state-owned toll road developer and operator. Human capital data is currently managed through two primary applications: SAP for the main company and the JM-Click Human Capital Information System (HCIS) for its subsidiaries. This separation has led to data silos and inconsistencies, diminishing the reliability and accessibility of critical human capital data. Utilizing the Master Data Management Maturity Model (MD3M) by Spruit and Pietzka, this research investigates five main topics and 13 focus areas within the organization. Data collection involved questionnaires and interviews with key experts. Results indicate that PT Jasa Marga has implemented 76.92% of necessary MDM capabilities, with Data Protection and Usage & Ownership scoring the highest maturity level of 5. However, Data Quality is at level 2, indicating a need for major enhancements in data maintenance and consistency across subsidiary data models. This study provides actionable recommendations for improving data quality, aligning data models, and integrating advanced technologies, stressing the importance of continuous MDM improvements to better support the organization’s strategic objectives and operational demands.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have significantly impacted various aspects of life, including the payment sector. Innovations such as digital payments and e-wallets have transformed the way financial transactions are conducted. In Indonesia, the fintech sector is rapidly growing, with payment applications like DANA being one of the contributors. However, at OPI Mall Palembang, there is a gap between expectations and reality in the use of the DANA fintech application by tenant users. Although users hold a positive view of the application, cash usage still dominates. This research aims to analyze the level of tenant user acceptance of the DANA fintech application at OPI Mall Palembang using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) framework. Through this study, it is expected that the causes of low utilization of the DANA fintech application can be understood, and solutions and recommendations to enhance its usage in the future can be provided. A deeper understanding of the acceptance and usage levels of this application is expected to result in strategic steps to increase user awareness, comfort, and confidence in using the DANA fintech application.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the utilization of a Decision Support System (DSS) in the loan application approval process using the SMART method. DSS helps identify, assess, and mitigate various types of risks associated with loans, enhancing the efficiency and productivity of loan processing operations. By automating repetitive tasks, streamlining workflows, and reducing manual intervention, it improves customer satisfaction by providing faster response times. DSS also helps lenders comply with applicable laws and regulations by incorporating compliance checks, regulatory guidelines, and audit trails into the loan processing workflow, thereby reducing the costs and risks associated with manual processes, errors, and inefficiencies in loan processing. Traditional loan assessment methods often require manual processes, leading to delays and inaccuracies. The SMART method (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) offers a structured approach to implementing DSS with clear and measurable outcomes. By leveraging DSS, lenders can streamline the loan application process, enhance decision-making accuracy, and improve customer satisfaction. This study will investigate the use of a SMART-based DSS in the loan application workflow and provide insights into best practices for implementing a SMART-based DSS solution in lending institutions. The findings of this research will contribute to the optimization of loan application processes and the improvement of decision-making capabilities in the financial industry, consistently, objectively, and more quickly. The system has the capability to collect, store, and manage data related to loan applications.

Abstract

Cyber security is paramount to the sustainability of higher education institutions as more institutions move their information system to the cloud and allow stakeholders to access their information technology services from on-campus WIFI and mobile devices. This study aims to understand Indonesian higher education's current cyber security landscape by analyzing recent cyber-attacks that hit all sectors, notably higher education. Recent news articles and government reports related to cyber-security were analyzed using document analysis. This study found that data theft attacks were the number one cyber threat that higher education institutions faced, followed by attacks on institutional websites, social media pages, and personal mobile devices. This study found that the nature of recent cyber-attacks was consistent with the assessment posed by previous literature that stakeholders’ recent level of ability in cyber-security is not where it is supposed to be. The potential impact of future cyber-attacks on institutions and stakeholders is significant, underscoring the importance of this new understanding, which can help institutions prepare their stakeholders better to mitigate such threats.
