JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. Abstract

Tourism plays an important role in the development of a region. Apart from introducing the area to a wider audience, tourism is also a major source of creating jobs and encouraging local economic growth. Pesawaran Regency, which was previously part of South Lampung Regency, is now a newly formed region. Its location close to Bandar Lampung City, the capital of Lampung Province, provides strategic value that can accelerate the development of the region. Distance problems and uncertainty in finding routes often become obstacles for many people when visiting various locations. Pesawaran Regency has a number of interesting tourist destinations, one of which is Pahawang Island, which is one of the leading tourist destinations. To make it easier for tourists, both local and international, the fastest route to these tourist destinations is needed. This research uses the Dijkstra algorithm to calculate the shortest distance from one point to the selected tourist destination in Pesawaran Regency. This article will review the application of the Dijkstra algorithm in finding the most efficient route for searching tourist locations in Pesawaran Regency. The research results show that this system can help tourists reach tourist locations more quickly.

Abstract

Technological developments are growing rapidly, making it easier for everyone. Technology has developed and produced internet-based information technology, in this concept the business world has also penetrated the world of technology in various fields including the service sector. However, in one company there are still those who schedule elevator and escalator repairs manually using the elevator and escalator repair scheduling form sheet. This manual system can sometimes cause several problems. In order to deal with teirseibuit problems, the proposed system will address teirseibuit problems in a comprehensive manner. The proposed system will simplify the process of scheduling repairs for elevators and escalators by utilizing web technology, as well as increasing time efficiency and constraints on damaged elevator and escalator repair schedule forms. The method used is to use the stages of the RAD (Rapid Application Development or Rapid Prototyping) method, which is a process model for balancing software devices which is classified as an incremental (multilevel) technique. The results of feature testing using the Black Box Testing method show that the system has been validated and meets the desired needs.

Abstract

Sistem pakar telah lama digunakan untuk sistem keputusan diberbagai bidang. Produk serum Somethinc memiliki banyak pilihan produk. Akibat keberagaman pilihan produk yang tersedia maka dilakukan hasil survei terhadap 18 responden pengguna Serum Somethinc dengan usia di atas 22 tahun. Hasil survei menunjukkan sebanyak 88,9% responden mengungkapkan kesulitan dalam memilih. Data penelitian menggunakan 27 produk serum Somethinc, 30 gejala atau kondisi kulit, dan 6 jenis skin concern pada serum Somethinc. Sistem pakar berbasis web dengan python framework diusulkan untuk membantu pengguna. Sistem pakar ini menggabungan metode certainty factor dan teknik inferensi forward chaining untuk membantu pengguna dalam memilih serum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil uji sistem dilakukan dengan 101 sampel kasus yang menghitung kesesuaian antara kesimpulan sistem dengan pakar menggunakan recall untuk multi-label model. Evaluasi kinerja menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki nilai Recall Multi-Label sebesar 87,1% dari label relevan yang ada dalam ground truth

Abstract

Nasi Liwet Mak'E is an MSME that serves Sundanese liwet rice dishes, founded in 2021 at Villa Mutiara Gading 2 Housing. The main focus of this business is still on production and does not yet have a clear branding strategy, as can be seen from the absence of a logo as the main identity. MSMEs need to do branding so that their business can grow big and have competitiveness. To overcome this, the Nasi Liwet Mak'E logo design process followed Alina Wheeler's procedural steps, which consisted of five steps, namely Conducting Research, Clarifying Strategy, Designing Identity, Creating Touchpoints, Managing Assets. The process begins with conducting interviews, observations and document reviews, as well as SWOT analysis. Next, the logo design concept began to be developed, which included typography and color selection, guided by the moodboard resulting from previous mindmapping. Touchpoints were then identified to improve the customer's visual experience, taking into account the internal and external needs of Nasi Liwet Mak'E MSMEs. Finally, the graphic standards manual includes guidelines for the use of logos, supporting graphics, and how to use them in various visual communication media.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis, a natural language processing technique, plays a key role in identifying opinions or sentiments from textual data. Accurate sentiment labelling within a dataset significantly impacts the performance of sentiment analysis models. However, manual labelling can be time-consuming. Many researchers utilize lexicon-based methods for sentiment labelling, but lexicons are often limited in reflecting topic-specific nuances, potentially leading to inaccurate sentiment representation. This inaccuracy can negatively affect classification models. Inset Lexicon (Indonesia Sentiment Lexicon) provides a pre-weighted list of sentiment words for sentiment analysis in Indonesian. This study aims to explore the use of K-means clustering as an automatic sentiment labelling technique and compare it to the performance of Inset Lexicon. For K-means clustering, IndoBERT is employed as the embedding model. The objective of this research is to evaluate the accuracy of automatic sentiment labelling by comparing it with actual data to assess the performance of both methods. The experiment accuracy shows that K-means with IndoBert achieves 74.79%, higher than Inset Lexicon that achieves only 59.82%

Abstract

This research aims to assess the level of satisfaction of teachers at PC HIMPAUDI Kedungbanteng regarding the use of the Merdeka Mengajar application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was chosen because it has been proven effective in assessing user satisfaction and can explain various aspects of usability and ease of use in advances in information technology. Analysis using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) involves five variables, namely Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU), Actual Usage Behavior (AUB). The sample for this research was determined using the Slovin formula, involving 38 teachers at PC HIMAPUDI Kedungbanteng. Data obtained through distributing questionnaires was measured using a Likert scale. The test results for the five variables stated that the user was satisfied. However, several problems were discovered in order to gain a deeper understanding and solutions to improve the user experience in the future as well as improving infrastructure and application performance to ensure the Merdeka Mengajar Application can be used optimally by teachers, especially in areas with limited internet connections.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the food and beverage (F&B) industry has encouraged cafes to adopt technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Sunday Coffee Kudus faces operational challenges, such as errors in order recording, long queues, and suboptimal management of services. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system using the CodeIgniter framework with a waterfall development methodology. The system includes a self-ordering feature that allows customers to independently place orders through a user-friendly interface, reducing waiting times and queues. Additionally, the system supports automated transaction recording and efficient customer data management. The implementation results show improved operational efficiency, increased customer satisfaction, and higher order volumes, reflecting the convenience and ease of the service. The system also reduces the workload of cashiers and streamlines operational processes. This study provides significant contributions to the digitalization of the local F&B industry by offering an adaptive and effective technological solution, serving as a strategic step to enhance business competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Currently, the financial technology sector growing rapidly. Digital payments significantly drive the digital economy. Payment Service Providers (PSPs) play a crucial role in offering digital payment services and identifying eligible merchants for loan recommendations. The data need further analysis to get accurate load recommendations. This study focuses on supporting the development of merchant businesses, particularly Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), by enhancing loan eligibility analysis through the use of machine learning. Information Gain applied to find the best factors to classify merchant eligibility. The factors obtained were then classified using two machine learning algorithms that are Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). The experiment result shows that classifying merchant eligibility using naïve Bayes and KNN based on selected factors obtained from information gain has better accuracy than based on all factors. These findings demonstrate the importance of selecting relevant variables for more accurate analysis. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of machine learning applications in financial decision-making, offering real solutions for merchant eligibility analysis and supporting the growth of the digital economy

Abstract

Service and safety for toll road users are two crucial aspects in the operation of toll roads. This research aims to evaluate and analyze toll road users feedback after receiving assistance by officers and determine the dimensions of Service Quality that have been fulfilled from the distribution of topics obtained. The method applied is Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), a topic modeling technique that can analyze thematic patterns in text collections. By applying LDA to the dataset of toll road user suggestions, this research seeks to uncover the main topics related to improving service quality in toll road operations. Through this analysis process, the company can recognize common problems that are often emphasized by toll road users and understand their needs and expectations for improving toll road service quality. This research shows that the company has fulfilled four service-related dimensions namely reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and tangibles. This shows that the company has carried out the duties and responsibilities of service to road users well. With this research, the company is expected to be able to improve service-related performance in order to maintain positive sentiment for the company's performance in the eyes of the community.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the HNI (Halal Network International) Cilacap 1 Business Center with a focus on analyzing the user experience of E-Commerce sites using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The background of this research is the progress of the industrial era 4.0 and the increasing use of the internet in Indonesia which changes consumer behavior. The goal is to evaluate aspects of user experience, including attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty on the BC HNI 1 E- Commerce website. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of users or consumers who access the website. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaire surveys, and literature studies. The research instrument is a UEQ questionnaire consisting of 26 items divided into 7 scales. Data analysis includes demographic analysis, validity test using Pearson Product Moment, and reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72%) and young individuals under 30 years old (64%). All statements were declared valid and the research instrument was declared reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.777. The user experience evaluation showed that all measured aspects, including attractiveness (mean 1.443), clarity (mean 1.830), efficiency (mean 1.710), accuracy (mean 1.815), stimulation (mean 1.595), and novelty (mean 1.560) received positive evaluation scores. The benchmark results show that attractiveness scored above average, clarity and efficiency scored good, and accuracy, stimulation, and novelty scored excellent.
