JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. Abstract

The Vendor Selection Process is a procedure in which a company compares materials from several vendor suppliers and determines which vendor has the best score and is most suitable to be selected and partnered with for the procurement of production materials. PT Astra Komponen Indonesia has encountered several issues within this vendor selection process, including inefficiency due to the high manpower requirement and several obstacles that hinder timely approvals among parties involved. Therefore, an online vendor selection approval system is needed. This research adopts the Waterfall development method. The system is designed and implemented as a web-based application using the Django framework, which is based on the Python programming language, and utilizes PostgreSQL as its database system. The results of this research and system development have significantly improved the material procurement process in the company, particularly in terms of workforce efficiency, time savings, equipment asset usage, and minimizing approval process delays.

Abstract

The integration of Metaverse technology into vocational education introduces an immersive and contextual approach to learning. This study evaluates the quality of User Experience in a Solar System learning system developed on the Spatial.io platform, implemented for Grade XI students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering at SMK Immanuel Pontianak. The evaluation was conducted using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), which assesses six core dimensions: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The analysis revealed positive scores across all dimensions, with the highest ratings in Stimulation (1.99) and Attractiveness (1.90), and the lowest in Dependability (1.23), which nonetheless remained within the favorable range. Reliability testing resulted in Cronbach’s Alpha values above 0.70 for all dimensions, indicating strong internal consistency and trustworthy measurements of User Experience. These findings suggest that the Spatial.io-based learning system is both adaptive and engaging as a digital learning medium. Future development opportunities include improving system precision and content novelty, as well as expanding implementation across different topics and educational levels. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the advancement of Metaverse-based learning systems within the field of Informatics, with a focus on user-centered design and experience.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology in today's digital era has had a significant impact on many aspects of life, including the property sector, particularly in the rental of boarding houses and rented houses. Bangkalan Regency, located on Madura Island and experiencing high demand for housing, still faces challenges in providing information related to rental properties. Until now, such information is generally disseminated through printed media, which has limited reach and is less efficient. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for renting boarding houses and rented homes, named Hunikita. The system is developed to assist users in searching, booking, and making rental payments online. Key features include property search based on location and price, direct communication with property owners via WhatsApp, and digital verification of payment proofs. The system was built using the Waterfall development method, which consists of sequential phases: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Black Box Testing was applied during the testing phase, and the results showed that all system features functioned properly. The presence of the Hunikita system is projected to provide an effective and time-efficient solution for the property rental process in Bangkalan Regency, particularly for students, university learners, workers, and the general public. The system is also expected to accelerate transactions and offer convenience for both parties involved tenants and property owners

Abstract

Shopee and TikTok Shop are companies engaged in online shopping, commonly referred to as e-commerce. With the rapid advancement of technology, both platforms continue to grow and compete by offering features that aim to enhance user convenience. Among the two, Shopee demonstrates certain advantages over TikTok Shop. This raises the question of what factors contribute to Shopee’s superiority whether it is due to its product recommendation algorithm or overall usability. This study aims to examine the accuracy of product recommendation algorithms and evaluate usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the ISO 9241-11 usability framework. The results show that the average SUS score for Shopee is 69.50, placing it in the "marginal" acceptability range with a grade of C, while TikTok Shop scores 67.43, also in the "marginal" range but with a grade of D. Based on usability testing aligned with ISO 9241-11, the effectiveness score for Shopee is 58.89% compared to TikTok Shop's 55.78%; efficiency is 51.33% for Shopee and 48.00% for TikTok Shop; and satisfaction is 16.00% for Shopee versus 14.67% for TikTok Shop. Additionally, the accuracy of Shopee’s product recommendation algorithm is 78.83%, outperforming TikTok Shop’s 73.33%. These findings indicate that Shopee surpasses TikTok Shop in both recommendation algorithm accuracy and usability aspects.

Abstract

Efficient production planning is crucial in the manufacturing industry, including in the paper sector, where fluctuating demand and limited production capacity pose significant challenges. This study introduces an intelligent optimization system that integrates demand forecasting using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) with production scheduling optimization through Linear Programming (LP) in Pyomo. The LSTM model processes historical order data to predict demand for the next 30 days, which is then used as input for the LP model to generate an optimal production schedule while considering machine capacity and operational time constraints. The experimental results indicate that the LSTM model achieves a prediction error (loss) of approximately 0.032, demonstrating high accuracy in capturing demand patterns. Meanwhile, the LP model implemented in Pyomo efficiently allocates production time, ensuring that machine utilization is optimized without exceeding the available working hours. By integrating these approaches, companies can minimize the risks of overproduction and stockouts while maximizing resource efficiency. Furthermore, this method enhances decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights into production scheduling and inventory management. The proposed framework offers a scalable solution for improving operational performance in the paper industry, enabling companies to respond more effectively to market fluctuations and optimize their supply chain strategies.

Abstract

Movie recommendation systems often face challenges such as data sparsity and cold-start. This study compares three Collaborative Filtering (CF) approaches: User-Based, Item-Based, and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) on the MovieLens dataset. Evaluation is performed using RMSE, MAE, Precision@10, and Recall@10 metrics. The results show that SVD with n_factors = 50 provides the best accuracy (RMSE 0.8695; MAE 0.6682), while Item-Based with k = 10 excels in recommendation relevance (Precision@10 0.5510; Recall@10 0.6267). This study provides a reference in selecting a recommendation algorithm based on the context of system needs.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic health issue caused by prolonged nutritional deficiencies, influenced by various risk factors such as economic conditions, sanitation, education, and diet. Margaluyu Village reported a stunting rate of 24.5% in 2023. This study proposes a web-based system that utilizes the Decision Tree algorithm to classify stunting risk among toddlers using attributes like age, weight, height, maternal nutrition status, and environmental sanitation. The model achieved 91.2% accuracy and was implemented using the Laravel framework. The resulting system enables faster and more accurate identification of at-risk toddlers by health workers.

Abstract

Digital transformation in human resource (HR) management within government institutions requires innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and transparency. The HR Bureau Division of the Bangka Belitung Islands Police (Polda Kep. Bangka Belitung) currently faces challenges with its manual complaint management system, leading to delays in grievance handling. This study aims to develop and implement an Android-based complaint service application to facilitate effective reporting and monitoring of complaints. The system development methodology employs the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing planning, requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The results indicate that the developed application successfully meets user needs with key features such as complaint submission, complaint history, and user guidelines. Blackbox testing confirms that all functions operate as expected. This application is expected to improve accountability and efficiency in the complaint handling process within the HR Bureau Division, while also supporting e-government policies.

Abstract

Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Buleleng is a branch of the Central KONI which functions as managing, fostering, and developing sports in Buleleng Regency. To create modern operations, KONI Buleleng hopes to implement appropriate information systems and information technology (IS/IT). The purpose of this research is to realize the appropriate implementation of SI/TI KONI Buleleng for the future through the practice of strategic planning. Strategic planning of IS/IT KONI Buleleng is implemented through Ward and Peppard method approach which consists of internal business analysis, external business analysis, internal IS/IT analysis, external IS/IT analysis, SI business strategy, IT strategy, IS/IT strategy management, and IS/IT portfolio. Through all these stages, various strategic proposals were obtained such as data integration into the Management Information System and developing chatbots and athlete/coach data visualization dashboards. It is also proposed to procure devices that can help the athlete coaching process such as HR Monitor. KONI Buleleng needs to conduct audits and evaluations of strategic planning and implementation of IS/IT on a regular basis.

Abstract

This study examines the application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology and ArcGIS software in mapping orange orchards in Samabusa, Nabire Regency. The goal was to improve the efficiency and accuracy of farmland mapping by producing high-resolution aerial imagery. The obtained geospatial data were used to construct orthophoto maps, detect the location of citrus and non-citrus plants, and analyze the spatial distribution and topography of the land. The results showed that the integration of UAV and ArcGIS was able to precisely identify 207 citrus plants and 125 non-citrus objects, providing a basis for data-driven decision-making. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of UAVs as a solution to the limitations of conventional mapping and support more precise and sustainable plantation management in the Nabire Regency area.
