JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. Abstract

Managing services in the transportation sector such as vehicle rentals requires a structured and efficient system. Currently, the car rental booking and payment process at PUSKOPKA JATENG is still via WhatsApp or Instagram Direct Message, making it difficult to manage data and communicate with renters. The purpose of this research is to focus on designing a web-based car rental booking and payment information system at PUSKOPKA JATENG using the Waterfall model. This system is designed to provide convenience to renters in the process of booking and paying for car rentals online, as well as providing convenience to admins in managing data such as renter data, cars, rental packages, bookings, payments and transaction reports. The interface design was designed using Figma, while for system development using HTML, Laravel and MySQL as the database. To ensure all features run properly, testing is required, in this case the researcher used the Black Box method as a method in system testing.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who need to communicate with each other. In this regard, it is necessary to provide comfort in a conversation. To provide this comfort, you can use perfume. Imshop Parfum is a shop that sells various choices of perfume scents, but of the various types of perfumes sold, of course there are perfumes that are the most popular and rarely purchased, this is certainly a problem if the stock of the item runs out or provides too much stock. The purpose of this study is to predict the stock of goods at Imshop Parfum. The method used in this study is the Weighted Moving Average with periods 3 and 5. The forecast results from the perfume study in June 2025 were 215 for period 3, and 212.86 for period 5. MAPE is 1.98% for period 3, and the MAPE value is 2.74% for period 5. It can be concluded that period 3 is the best and most accurate result because it has the smallest MAPE value.

Abstract

Sukabumi City experiences an annual increase in electricity consumption, especially in subsidized and non-subsidized categories. However, the energy distribution planning process remains manual and reactive. This research developed a web-based electricity consumption prediction system using the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) method integrated with the Laravel framework. The development process applied the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and system modeling using UML. The RNN model achieved a prediction accuracy of 92.4% with an MAE of 12.38 kWh and RMSE of 16.12 kWh. The application provides interactive prediction visualizations to support more efficient energy planning.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is an important indicator for assessing the success of regional development, particularly in the aspects of health, education, and economy. However, as an aggregate indicator, HDI cannot yet specifically represent the unique development needs of each region. Therefore, a decision support system (DSS) approach is needed to analyze HDI components more deeply and objectively. This study aims to compare two multicriteria decision-making methods-Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)-in ranking the HDI of regencies/cities in Central Java Province in 2024. The HDI data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) 2024, covering the three main dimensions of HDI. The analysis results show differences in ranking orders between the two methods, indicating that the choice of analytical method can influence development interpretations and priorities. This study makes a significant contribution by providing a data-driven approach to support more targeted regional development policies.

Abstract

Academic-related stress is a critical issue that can adversely affect students’ mental health and academic performance. This study wants to create a system that can predict how stressed students are. It uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm. Naïve Bayes is a way of classifying things using probabilities. It is based on Bayes’ Theorem and makes a key assumption that each feature is independent. It works by calculating the chances of different outcomes to decide which category something belongs to. Primary data were collected from 117 students of Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara through a questionnaire based on the Transactional Model of Stress and Coping by Lazarus and Folkman, covering academic, emotional, social, and psychological factors. The research stages included data cleaning, feature selection, training-testing data splitting, model training, and performance evaluation. The results indicated an accuracy rate of 95%, with optimal performance in predicting low and moderate stress categories. The model was implemented in an Android-based application developed using Flutter and integrated with a Flask API, enabling users to perform self-assessment and receive stress management recommendations according to their predicted category. This study makes a practical contribution to the early detection of student stress levels, supporting preventive interventions and enhancing the effectiveness of mental health services in higher education institutions

Abstract

Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage with diverse patterns and deep philosophical meanings. The advancement of artificial intelligence enables automatic recognition of batik motifs, supporting cultural preservation. This study develops a batik motif classification system using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture, specifically ResNet18. The dataset consists of 1,427 images from 14 types of batik motifs, including Parang, Priangan, Pring-Sedawung, Kawung, and Megamendung. Preprocessing steps involved resizing images to 128x128 pixels and splitting them into training and testing sets across five scenarios. Experimental results indicate that the fourth scenario (60:40) achieved the best performance with 80% accuracy. These findings demonstrate that ResNet18 is effective for batik motif classification, although further improvements may be achieved with larger datasets and advanced augmentation techniques.

Abstract

At present the development of technology is very rapid and has succeeded in creating new technologies, especially in the field of internet technology. The presence of internet technology has a good impact on human life. Therefore, with the existence of internet technology, everyone can connect between regions in one internet network which is quite large and there are no other regional boundaries. The internet is a combination of computers that are connected to each other with the help of cables or fiber optics, telephone lines, and satellites. PT Solo Jala Buana is an internet service provider that can be used in Indonesia, offering various internet packages with speeds ranging from 1 Mbps to 100 Mbps which can be used both wirelessly and via LAN. Service standard or Quality of Service (QoS) is the ability of a network to provide data traffic services with delay, throughput, and packet loss parameters. QoS can be used to check This research found QoS measurement results on 50 Mbps services which were analyzed by live stream, which resulted in the conclusion that the service is quite stable when used when users are busy or quiet, but improvement is still needed to achieve the desired results

Abstract

Technological advancements in the digital era have transformed personal financial management, yet many individuals still struggle to track their income and expenses regularly. For instance, students at PTKIN in East Java often face financial leakage due to consumptive lifestyles and lack of control. While mobile applications could offer an effective solution in this digital age, most people still rely on conventional spreadsheets, as depicted in the film Home Sweet Loan. Therefore, this study aims to develop M-Cyber, a Flutter-based application designed to help users record transactions, monitor finances, and plan savings. Leveraging Flutter, the app can operate efficiently across multiple platforms (Android/iOS), supported by Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and the Dart programming language, which ensures consistent and functional interface development. Using a qualitative case-study approach, this research is expected to provide a solution for uncontrolled financial management while promoting users' financial stability.

Abstract

PT Menara Kudus Indonesia is a printing company with a long production flow, starting from ordering, prepress, production, to delivery. All processes are interconnected, but data recording is still carried out manually using spreadsheets, making it difficult for management to monitor the overall production status. This condition causes communication barriers between divisions, delays in information delivery, and production mismatches. Monitoring processes should assist management and related divisions in tracking order status and providing notifications for problems, but they are not yet optimal due to the absence of an integrated system. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based production monitoring system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to support supervision, accelerate communication, and improve productivity. The RAD methodology was chosen because it involves users actively through iterative stages, ensuring the system meets company needs. The results show that the designed system can display real-time production status, provide automatic alerts when issues occur, and support management in decision-making. With this system, PT Menara Kudus Indonesia can optimize production monitoring, improve timeliness, and minimize workflow disruptions

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a Web-Based Information System for Selling Laptops, PCs, and Tablets using the Prototype method to support Cash on Delivery (COD) services in Nabire Regency. The objective of this study is to create an effective, efficient, and secure sales system that enhances customer convenience and trust in transactions. The Prototype method was applied to ensure the system development process remained adaptive to user requirements through iterative design and testing cycles. The system includes key features such as a homepage, login page, user registration (sign-up), order confirmation, order list, and an order information page that can be printed. System testing was conducted using the black box testing method based on scenarios derived from the use case and activity diagrams. The results indicate that all system functionalities work as expected. This system not only simplifies the electronic device purchasing process but also provides a solution tailored to the local community's preference for COD transactions.
