AbstrakÃÂ Keraton Surakarta Hadinigrat merupakan salah satu tempat di Surakarta yang memiliki banyak warisan kebudayaan, baik fisik maupun non fisik, yang masih dipelihara oleh Keraton hingga saat ini. Kebudayaan non fisik yang masih dipelihara, antara lain kesenian adat dan upacara-upacara adat. Namun, Keraton Surakarta belum memiliki sistem yang memadai untuk mengelola manajemen pengetahuan kebudayaan yang dimiliki Keraton tersebut. Sistem Informasi Kebudayaan Jawa ini dibangun dengan tujuan untuk membantu pengelolaan manajemen dan melakukan pendataan seluruh kebudayaan yang dimiliki oleh Keraton Surakarta yang bersifat non fisik. Sistem berisi data, gambar, dan video tentang kebudayaan apa saja yang terdapat di Keraton Surakarta. Sistem Informasi ini menerapkan teknologi HTML5, khususnya pada penerapan canvas dan penerapan tag baru. Sistem ini sudah memenuhi kebutuhan Keraton sebagai basis pengetahuan dan bermanfaat untuk mengelola pengetahuan kebudayaan di Keraton Surakarta.ÃÂ Kata kunci: Keraton Surakarta, Sistem Informasi Kebudayaan, HTML5ÃÂ ÃÂ AbstractÃÂ Keraton Surakarta Hadiningrat is one of places in Surakarta which has a lot of physical and non-physical cultural heritage, which is still maintained until now. Non-physical culture heritage is still preserved, such as indigenous art and traditional ceremonies. However, Keraton Surakarta does not have an adequate system to manage its culture knowledge. This Culture Information System is built to help managing the non-physicals culture knowledge. This system contains data, images and videos about what cultures is in Keraton Surakarta. This Information System is developed by applying HTML5 Technology, particularly by applying canvas and new tags. E-Journal memiliki peran penting dalam membangun budaya berbagi pengetahuan pada Univeristas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW). Mengacu pada pemahaman tersebut, maka kehadiran  ejournal di UKSW diletakkan sebagai basis mengembangkan dan distribusi pengetahuan yang  terdapat dalam kalangan sivitas akademika. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana peran E-Journal sebagai basis pengembangan Knowledge sharing pada UKSW. Guna mendapatkan data dan informasi dalam penelitian ini, maka digunakan pendekatan kualititatif, melalui proses wawancara. Adapun temuan yangdiperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah kehadiran E-journal memiliki peranan penting dalam mengembangkan budaya berbagi pengetahuan dengan memanfaatkan kehadiran teknologi informasi yang mendorong adanya efisiensi aksebilitas. Ejournal di UKSW memiliki peranan dalam melakukan diseminasi pengetahuan sebagia bentuk ineternalisasi terhadap pengetahuan yang ada.

Tourism is a potential economic sector that contributes to more sustainable economic growth. Not only focusing on economic growth, tourism has also been proven in improving livelihoods as well as increasing benefits for local communities. Tourism can however be a field of rivalry or tension in the society. This article aims to analyse rivalry and clash happen among tourism actors and other elements of the society in Kinahrejo, also with government, which is caused by the growth of tourism in Kinahrejo. Emerging dark tourism in Kinahrejo has stimulated the growth of relevant businesses. However,the growth of tourism has also led to competition and friction in the management of local resources. This study looks at three forms of friction that occur in the management of Kinahrejo tourism assets. First, friction between the tourism actors in Kinahrejo caused by the desire to control the tourism resources. Second, friction between tourism business and stone sand mining business, caused by the lucrative offer of income. Third, friction with the government related to the relocation policy of the people of kinahrejo to a safer place and avoid the eruption of Mount Merapi. Completion of friction is done by optimizing the role of the community association in facilitating relationships between the various groups involved in tensions.

East Sumba district has big tourism potency. However this potency has been ignored by tourist, because the lack of information. Currently information provided is only in static character. This research aims to determine tourism potency in East Sumba District with WebGIS implementation using Mapserver Opensource, PHP/Mapscript, and Arcview. This research found that: 1) a simple data structure in MS4W was made to solve loading time problem; 2) in order to give detail information for tourist, data structure in Arcview covered village view or position; 3) an attractive facility in Tourism WebGIS of East Sumba District is searching facility (search). This facility could assist the consumer in order to get detail information about the tourism WebGIS database location, 4) no resistance found when Tourism WebGIS of East Sumba District tested in various browsers. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia: Sumba Timur merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki potensi pariwisata yang besar. Namun potensi pariwisata ini tidak dapat diketahui oleh wisatawan, dikarenakan kurangnya informasi tentang pariwisata Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Disamping itu, Informasi yang disediakan selama ini hanya bersifat statis. Mengacu pada pemahaman tersebut maka penelitian ini mengkaji Potensi Pariwisata Kabupaten Sumba Timur memanfaatkan WebGIS dengan menggunakan MapServer OpenSource, PHP, MapScript, dan ArcView. Berdasarkan pemahaman diatas, maka temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Struktur penyimpanan data dalam MS4W dibuat sesederhana mungkin; 2) Struktur tabel dalam arcview, perlu dibangun sampai tingkat desa untuk menberikan informasi posisi daerah wisata secara lebih detail; 3) Salah satu daya tarik dalam WebGIS Pariwisata Kabupaten Sumba Timur adalah fasilitas search (pencarian). Kehadiran fasilitas search pada dasarnya untuk membantu pengguna dalam mendapatkan informasi dalam lokasi database WebGIS pariwisata secara detail; 4) Berdasarkan pengujian pada berbagai browser, maka WebGIS Pariwisata Kabupaten Sumba Timur pada prinsipnya tidak memiliki kendala yang berarti. Noticing the development of technology is developing rapidly increasing, companiesneed information systems that can support decision-making requirement. The existenceof a bank's lending activities is certainly one advantage for the bank including also thecustomers. In need of credit ratings as a material consideration for the prospectivecustomer before the bank decides to accept or reject the request of prospectivecustomers, this is done given the risk of uncollectible big enough. To assist indetermining a person's determination would be eligible for a loan then takes a decisionsupport system. This study aims to design and build a Decision Support System forSelecting Candidates for Loan using TOPSIS method. The criteria used in determiningthe decision, among others, ability to repay, collateral value, duration and status of thehouse. The benefits of this application are to provide an alternative form of reference tothe bank in determining the prospective customer who deserved the loan.

The importance of a system not only helping the work done quickly and easy but also could result accurate information. Recently many government's program especially related with society walfare those are not touch the right target because the inaccurate information about society welfare. Answering this problem, we need a system that resulting the accurate information about people welfare. To determine the level of people walfare use many criteria and alternative, to easing the determination of welfare level we need to applying Simple Additive Weighting method on the system because Simple Additive Weighting is one of completion method that involve many criteria and alternative. Through the information that result by the system that is level of people welfare in each regency of East Nusa Tenggara, hopefully could help the authority to determine which region to be priority for the implementation of the welfare developing program.

Abstract. Customer Service Application has an important role in improving the quality of service in PDAM Salatiga city. Referring to this understanding, the existence of a customer service application in PDAM is considered very essentialtoimprove the employeesâ€™ performance in providing a better customer service. This researchtries to see how IS/IT measures can improve the effectiveness of the various perspectives used. As the findings in this research show how customer service applications can provide values for the company and improve the employeesâ€™ performance. Mengacu pada pemahaman tersebut, maka kehadiran aplikasi pelayanan pelanggan di PDAM diposisikan sebagai basis utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam hal pelayanan pelanggan yang semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana mengukur SI/TI yang dapat meningkatkan efektifitas diberbagai perspektif yang digunakan. Adapun temuan-temuan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kehadiran aplikasi pelayanan pelanggan dapat memberikan nilai untuk perusahaan dan sarana untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Aplikasi pelayanan pelanggan memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam perusahaan di berbagai hal, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran bagaimana aplikasi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan terhadap perusahaan.Kata kunci: Kinerja SI/TI, IT Balanced Scorecard, Aplikasi Pelayanan Pelanggan.Â

Quality management is one of important aspects in the company for keep the quality of service and gaining trust from its customers, however there are some problems in monitoring the quality and performance audit result, audit schedule distribution, and ISO 9001:2008 document distribution. Therefore it needs to be managed with an integrated database system.The Purpose of this research is to design and build information system of quality management to help monitoring the quality and performance audit result, audit schedule distribution, and helps the management of ISO 9001:2008 document.System development model in this research used prototyping method. The test results using Black Box Testing Methods and interview with users indicated that the developed Information System of Quaity Management (ISQM) has been functioning in accordance with the expected functional and operational requirements.

GO-JEK acceptance in Salatiga, as a provider of online transportation reservation based on mobile phones, is not running without problems. The difficulties in accessing certain features, the lack of support from Salatiga government, and other obstacles have an impact on the performance of the Salatiga GO-JEK drivers. With the Technology Acceptance framework that is processed with a qualitative approach, we try to get what factors which have an impact on GO-JEK acceptance process in Salatiga. Our goal is to get the problems from the experience of Salatiga GO-JEK drivers that had never been thought before by the researcher. The result is that technological support, local policies, market share, and market rivalry affect the GO-JEK acceptance process in Salatiga.

Abstrak Manajemen Layanan TI sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan TI agar kebutuhan bisnis dapat berjalan selaras dengan tujuan organisasi. Sejauh ini aplikasi Salatigaku yang dikelola oleh DISKOMINFO sudah cukup baik, namun dalam penerapannya DISKOMINFO masih menjumpai beberapa kendala yang menghambat kinerja operasional. Kurangnya SDM yang mampu menangani setiap permasalahan khususnya di bidang TI menjadi salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh DISKOMINFO. Adapun masalah lain seperti belum adanya backup data secara rutin yang dilakukan untuk menjaga aset perusahaan dari kebocoran data. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework ITIL V3 domain service operation yang berfokus pada kegiatan operasional bisnis. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka terdapat beberapa rekomendasi yang diberikan seperti penambahan SDM yang ahli di bidang TI, agar setiap permasalahan yang timbul dapat terselesaikan dengan cepat tanpa mengganggu kegiatan layanan. Adapun rekomendasi lain yaitu dengan menyediakan SOP terkait arsip data agar backup data dapat dilakukan secara terstruktur untuk menjaga aset berharga seperti data. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini, DISKOMINFO dapat mengurangi adanya insiden berulang sehingga penggunaan aplikasi Salatigaku dapat berjalan secara optimal serta dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja bisnis organisasi.
