JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Abstract

Service of information about books in a library is very helpful and makes it easier for visitors to find the book they want to find. Presentation of information on books available in the library of AMIK Stiekom North Sumatra has not been effective and efficient, because it is still done by looking at the library employee records on the list of books that have been provided. This problem becomes one of the factors to decrease interest in reading the library visitors. Utilization of application suggestions reading books in the library of AMIK Stiekom North Sumatra can be used as a trigger of the interest of visitors to keep reading books available in the library. The built-in book suggestion app works based on brute-force algorithms so that it can present book information relevant to the topic being searched by the visitors.

Abstract

In this design presents the design of electric pulse monitoring devices in residential homes. This tool is designed using the Raspberry Pi as a microprosessor. In the design process, this tool uses a light sensor (Light Dependent Resistor) to read the change of lights from green to red on the electric token, Camera Pi NoIR to take pictures of electric pulses, and SIM 800 to send SMS notifications. With the programming language used in the design of this tool is Language C. In monitoring the use of electric pulses, this tool is also designed to be able to send notifications automatically when the use of electric pulses has reached the minimum limit. Notifications sent will be received in the form of sms and email by the homeowner. It is expected that this tool can provide convenience to homeowners to monitor the use of electric pulses from a distance when the house is empty.

Abstract

The boarding school information system is a system that provides information to support the operational, management, and decision making functions of an organization. Information sources within the information system that support day-to-day management operations such as transaction processing, status clarification, and so on. Boarding school information systems generally consist of a variety of systems, including welfare systems, management, premises, procedures and policies, and staffing. With a variety of systems in a boarding school information system, it is necessary to integrate between systems that aim to avoid data duplication in each system and increase system flexibility which can be achieved by utilizing web service technology. The purpose of this study is to design a web service on boarding school information systems that conform to 52 boarding school minimum standards set by the Welsh Assembly Government. The results of the development of an information system web service design is to map class diagrams that will be made on the web service design.

Abstract

Production planning is very necessary in a business process that aims to minimize the total cost of production. In this research, automation of production planning using data based on the Islamic boarding school business processes. This research uses descriptive research which aims to obtain information in the implementation of the business process planning of Islamic boarding school. The calculation of production costs in this study was carried out in Microsoft Excel by determining the total targets and raw materials of the Islamic boarding school business process, then calculating the production costs of the Islamic boarding school process until finding the optimal production costs for each student for 3 years. - The year of study is Rp. 1,242,542 rupiah / Islamic student for a total of 300 Islamic students.

Abstract

Paper ini membahas tentang perbandingan dua bentuk dalam membangkitkan fungsi keanggotaan. Menentukan fungsi keanggotaan melalui segitiga sama kaki akan mendapatkan nilai menurun pada segitiga tersebut. Sedangkan pada segitiga siku-siku, setelah puncak segitiga tidak ada kemungkinan nilai menurun. Sehingga nilai yang diperoleh merupakan nilai menaik dan putus setelah puncak segitiga. Dihitung dengan model Mamdani, nilai output yang dihitung dengan segitiga sama kaki memiliki nilai yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan yang dihasilkan oleh segitiga siku-siku. Hal ini disebabkan segitiga siku-siku tidak memiliki bagian sisi yang menurun setelah puncak segitiganya, sehingga tidak memiliki pendekatan kepada variabel setelahnya.

Abstract

Advances in technology and information currently produces smart innovations in business, which can be called business intelligence. One that we can use is Data Mining technology in digging useful information from sales company data warehouse. The purpose of this research is to apply data mining decision decision tree algorithm C4.5 on fast food outlets business and expected to provide information in the form of sales information about food menu that most liked by customers and less popular (bestselling and less in demand). The methodology used in classifying the sales of this research uses the steps of Algorithm C.45, The process uses five steps in KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases), which perpetuates activities such as pre-processing, transformation, data mining, interpretation and evaluation. In addition to performing calculations manually, this research case is also tested using Rapidminer application. From the results of the experiment to find data from the sales data of fast food outlets using algorithm C4.5 results of entropy and the highest gain is 1.501991 on the Food Menu attributes on manual calculations. When using the Rapidminer application the results of the results tree as shown in Figure 3.2. Price (s) - Sold Out - Food Menu (Bento Rice = Less Selling, Chest = Laris) Weight (weight) each attribute: Price (0.738), Menu Type (0.067), Sold Number (0.156), Sales Status (0.040).

Abstract

Palembang is the capital of the province of South Sumatra that has a diverse culture, beautiful tourist attractions and has a distinctive culinary flavor. Usually, culinary tourism becomes the main attraction for tourists when visiting an area. Culinary attractions that are often visited by tourists such as restaurants, restaurants, cafes, etc. This application aims to help staff handle orders from the surge of tourists who arrive, as well as help and make it easier for tourists to find restaurant information, restaurant places, place bookings, and choose the desired menu. This application is an ordering application for a restaurant in the city of Palembang that uses Android as a data communication process and uses notifications as its statement. This application was built using the waterfall method as an application development method so that it can facilitate the design process. This application is expected to facilitate tourists and employees in the process of booking a place in the city of Palembang.

Abstract

True kindergarten is a place to play and learn for toddlers. From playing, children can learn to sharpen their brains and motor skills, so they are accustomed to playing and learning. Besides learning outside children can also learn through technology. Because technology can provide interactive and interesting learning for children. But only within learning. Implementation of android-based counting software can be used by children in terms of learning in counting. In previous research, this software has been implemented in kindergartens in the sub-district of Pejak. From the results of the implementation of the software can be seen the enthusiasm of children in terms of using the technology with the help of a device (Mobile). Children interact more with other children and children quickly and capable in calculating. The current research is assessing and testing the results of software that is used in kindergartens in the sub-district of Pejantan. In order to see what the advantages and disadvantages of the software. in assessing and testing the software researchers used usabillity testing to test it. This is because usability testing is easy to use and test. So that the results can be quickly seen. From the application of usabillity testing this research can be produced as a whole good and friendly to the user.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in which religious values are taught as guidelines to be applied in everyday life. Islamic boarding schools are also analogous to enterprise in which there must be a business process to achieve the objectives of the establishment of boarding schools themselves. The design of business processes in Islamic boarding schools may be able to produce the desired results but sometimes it is not in accordance with the desired costs or desired time. These problems can be overcome by running a business process simulation, which aims to help the analysis and understanding of business process models. Anylogic is used in this study to simulate the boarding school business processes and use the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method to analyze problems in business processes and methods BPMN (Business Process and Notation Model) as a tool to describe or create business process flow models in graphical form.

Abstract

BISS scramble method is a method in which description is done before the broadcast frequency signal sent to each TV station. This is done so that the delivery system and a broadcast signal receiving premium can be gated. BISS scramble method combined with RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman), which later on safety in the delivery and receiving radio frequency signals broadcast video files can be gated and more robust against an attack.
