JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Abstract

All colleges each year organize the selection of new admissions. Acceptance of prospective students in universities as education providers is done by selecting prospective students based on achievement in school and college entrance selection. To select the best student candidates based on predetermined criteria, then use Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or commonly called decision support system. One method in MCDM is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Reality (ELECTRE). The ELECTRE method is the best method of action selection. The ELECTRE method to obtain the best alternative by eliminating alternative that do not fit the criteria and can be applied to the decision SNMPTN invitation path.

Abstract

The process of a minimarket retail business needs a system infrastructure so that the management process is easier to do and business processes can run more effectively. In this research, a system design process is carried out to give an overview of the business units at the Surya Mart minimarket retail, to create a system design object-oriented system analysis by making a UML diagram (unified modeling language) including making use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagram, and class diagram. From the results of the analysis, the results of this study obtain the results of a design or system design in the form of user interface design, database structure and structured query language to become a reference in the development process of the business to become a product application for the Surya Mart retail minimarket business process.

Abstract

The school is a very important place of learning for every Indonesian citizen. Receiving education is the right of Indonesian citizens who have been guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution. Therefore, every Indonesian citizen has the right to get an easily accessible and quality education. To go to quality schools, each school must meet National Education Standards. Meeting the quality standards of schools needs to implement rules that are expected to increase the quality of each school. The rule then needs to be tested which sometimes the process is very long and prone to failure in the middle of the rule is applied. In this study, researchers created a school game storyboard that is expected to help the process of testing a rule so that it does not need to take a very long time. From the results of the storyboards that have been made it can be seen that building a quality school must be started and arranged from level 1.

Abstract

The Complexity Metric Diagram is a method of measuring software complexity. This method uses Class Diagrams as test parameters. This study uses test data from previous research regarding the design of Information Systems accompanied by Class Diagrams with case studies of School Academic Information Systems. The facts found in the field that school software developers do not conduct application audits so it is not ripe to face problems that will arise in the future. The results of the calculation of the complexity metrics in the School Academic Information System produce an output of 993.32 units.

Abstract

PT. Akses Lintas Nusantara is a company engaged in the sale of Internet Quota Packages and package balances. This company has various data packages ranging from 6 GB, 11 GB, 21 GB and 32 GB with various price variations. Based on data on sales of internet quota package products for the past 1 (one) year, predictions for future sales are needed in order to facilitate the company in planning the provision of internet quota package stock. The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm is a method that is a supervised algorithm where the results of the new test sample are classified based on the majority of the categories on the KNN. To find out the sales of these products, the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is used. The expected result is to make it easier for companies to predict the future supply of internet quota packages in each region or region. The results of the research that have been carried out are prediction of Internet Quota Package Sales consisting of SP CL1, SPCL2, SPCL4 and SP CL8 with an Accuracy of 71.43%.

Abstract

This study aims to create an Arduino-based automatic plant watering system, in which the water pump can pump water automatically based on the reading from the soil moisture sensor, which aims to make it easier for people to water plants. This research was conducted at the Palopo City Agriculture Office. The results of this study indicate that users no longer need to water plants manually. In designing an Arduino-based Automatic Plant Watering System, a microcontroller and several components are used, including: Arduino UNO, FC-28 moisture sensor, water pump, relay, 16x2 LCD and breadboard. This tool works by reading data from the soil moisture sensor, if The sensor detects dry soil levels, then the data from the sensor will be read by Arduino. The data that has been read by Arduino will be forwarded to the relay, then the relay will forward the data that will be used to turn on or turn off the water pump

Abstract

Rice is a staple food for some Indonesians, but lately there is a lot of rice that is not fit for consumption/not worth selling, but is still being traded in the market by irresponsible people. With the development of technology that is growing rapidly, it is directly proportional to the development of information systems. The problem here is that the rice we consume, the quality is determined by the price, even though the price does not necessarily guarantee the quality of the rice. From these problems, a system is made that can classify rice. This research takes a picture of rice setra ramos and then the image is processed by the image, according to the size of the border and the color that has been determined. That is 0.7 cm the size of good rice and clean white or yellow-brown in color. The result of image processing is in the form of rice classification, namely good rice, medium rice, and bad rice. In thos study, using the Python programming language and the opencv library as image processing. With this system, it is hoped that it can help people choose rice that is suitable for consumtion.

Abstract

River water is one of the most frequently used water by the community and has a multipurpose function for life, one of which is a source of drinking water. However, now we know that the population of river water pollution is very high and it is used as a waste disposal site which causes a lot of river water to be polluted, it can make people susceptible to disease because they consume unhealthy river water. Judging from the data obtained by province, many use river water as a source of drinking water, for this reason the authors conducted a study that aims to classify drinking water sources from river water by province using the K-means Clustering algorithm and will test it with the Rapidminer application, so that Data from 34 provinces will be divided into 3 clusters in which cluster 1 (C1) is a high group, cluster 2 (C2) is a medium group, and cluster 3 (C3) is a low group. The results obtained from this study are C1 with a total of 2 provinces, C2 with a total of 9 provinces, C3 with a total of 23 provinces and the value of the results carried out with the Rapidminer application has the same value. With this research, it is hoped that this can provide information for the government about the data on the grouping of drinking water sources and used as a consideration for overcoming polluted rivers.

Abstract

The Promethee method belongs to the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem solving group which is a very important scientific discipline in decision making or a problem that has more than one criterion (multi criteria). The main objective of the PROMETHEE approach is to facilitate the decision making process by grouping decision types into 6 criteria functions that can adequately represent all types of decisions to solve everyday cases and quantify the degree of preference by using a maximum of 2 parameters that have economic characteristics significant To avoid the element of subjectivity in determining money riots, the authors try to implement a decision support system contained in PROMETHEE that is able to assist in determining the level of money riots. Decision support system is an interactive system that supports the decision making process (Kurniawan, 2015). PROMETHEE method is one method that uses the principle of outranking to solve the problem of decision making to determine the best alternative from a number of alternatives based on established criteria.

Abstract

Unemployment is a group of labor force who has not done an activity that generates money. Someone who is said to be unemployed can also be categorized as people who have not worked, people who are looking for work, or people who have worked but have not gotten productive results. The purpose of this study is to analyze the unemployment stay by province in Indonesia. This research data is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency in 2014 - 2019. This study uses data mining techniques, namely the K-means algorithm, the K-means method is a clustering method that functions to break the dataset into groups. The K-means method can be used for percentage unemployment data by province. Data will be divided or grouped into 2 Clusters, where Cluster 1 is the group of provinces with the highest potential for unemployment with the results of 13 provinces and Cluster 2 is the province with the lowest potential unemployment results which is 21 provinces. The results of this study are as a way to assist the government in expanding employment to develop and improve the economy in each province in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can provide input to the government. In particular, the provinces with minimal employment opportunities in Indonesia have an impact on unemployment
