Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of Islamic learning achievement and learning outcomes on the historical subject of Islamic development in Indonesia class XII IPS 2 SMA N 4 Bukittinggi through Problem Based Learning (PBL) method. This research uses observation method, test and observation sheet. The results of the observations are then analyzed and used as material for action planning in the next cycle. Data obtained then processed, to draw conclusions. The findings of the data after the analysis showed that after the first cycle, the average score obtained by the students was 75.14. In classical value is not satisfactory, then done cycle 2, the value of students has increased with the results of all learners thoroughly with an average of 80.62. Overall learning result of Islamic Religious Education on history material of Islam development in class XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi have increased. The implication of the result of Class Action Research (PTK) with Problem Based Learning approach can improve the learning result of PAI in the students of class XII IPS 2 SMA Negei 4 Bukittinggi. Abstract

This study aims to produce a learning tool guided discovery learning valid, practical, and effective way to train the students 'critical thinking skills in statistical material in class VII SMP and describe the effectiveness of guided discovery learning in training students' critical thinking skills in statistical material. This study uses a model of development of Kemp continued with the implementation phase of learning in the classroom using a design one group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in two classes, namely class as a class test 7A and 7B class as implementation class. Data from pilot studies in the class is mastery learning outcomes of students in classical by 77.14% and positive student responses for each component of the questionnaire given to the students the percentage is ≥60% chose the category yes. While research data on the implementation class is the teacher able to manage learning activities well, that is the value of the overall average for the three meetings is 4.39. Positive student response that is more than 70% of students responded yes to every aspect assessed on questionnaire responses. Completed student learning outcomes in the amount of 77,78% whose value is ≥70, it means that there are 8 student whose value is below the established criteria. Students' critical thinking skills, which amounted to 63.88% of the students in the class VII B have good critical thinking skills with medium and high categories. Abstract

Sand mining activities that continue to increase as a result of increasing demand for raw materials for infrastructure development have an impact on the environment. Negative impacts on the environment will occur if sand reduction can not be properly managed. One of the locations that is often used as a sand mining activity is the watershed. One of the river basin areas that contain sand mining activities is the Serayu DAS of Cilacap regency. In this research, the analysis of sand mining impact on physical quality of serayu river in Cilacap regency. Physical parameters measured were temperature, total dissolved solid (TDS) and electrical conductivity (DHL). The measurement results were conducted in 4 stations from upstream to downstream of Serayu River Cilacap Regency resulting temperature value of water between 30oC -31.5oC. The TDS value is in the range of 100 mg / L - 140 mg / L and the DHL value is in the range of 100 μS / cm - 200 μS / cm. Sand mining activities affect the rise of TDS and DHL in serayu river even though the value is still below the quality standard. Keywords: physical quality of river water, serayu river, sand mining

Abstract

This research is a final report on classroom action research conducted to know how outlining technique can improve students’ writing ability.The researcher decided to conduct a classroom action researchwhich was done in four stages; planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The criterion of success was 75% of the students pass the passing grade of 75. In cycle 1, based on the result of the test, 50% of students have passed the passing grade of 75 and the result of the observation showed that the students still had difficulty with outlining technique. Therefore, second cycle was needed to be done. In the second cycle, the result of the test showed that 75% of students had passed the passing grade of 75. Moreover, the result of the observation showed that the students actively participated on the learning process. They also tend to be more enthusiastic in following the lesson. Thereofe,, it can be concluded that the criteria of success had been achieved. It means that the outlining technique was proved to be able to upgrade the students’ ability in writing descriptive paragraph. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Good Corporate Governance which is proxy by the institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, and the Audit Committee of the Firm Value with Financial Performance as the Moderate Variable (Case Study on the Insurance Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2016). The population of this research is the insurance sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. Based on the selection of the sample there are 8 company that examined for 4 years with 32 samples. A data analysis method in this research is the regression data panels and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) using Eviews software 9. The result of this research shows that good corporate governance before and after moderated financial performance has significantly to the firm value. It means that, with the improvement of the mechanism of good corporate governance and financial performance will show up investor confidence so were able to increase the firm value. Abstract

This research is intended to analyse translation technic of noun eliptic at Anne of Green Gables Novel, a work of Lucy Montgomery, English to Indonesian. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach, further uses inductive content analytical method. Validity on this research are verified by its credibility, trasnferabilty, dependability and confirmability. This research reveals 127 kinds of noun eliptics in which 69 deictic, 46 numerative and 12 ephitets eliptics. Furthermore, these numbers of elliptical are used three category of translation techniques. There are 5 types of single translation, 3 types of double translation and 2 types of triple translation. These findings would be helpful for education especially teachers and translators. Key Words: translation, treanslation techniques, elliptical noun.

Abstract

This study aims to introduce traditional musical instruments to learners and as a cultural arts venue through extracurricular activities of music. Extracurricular music organized more refers to the learning of traditional musical instruments, namely the art of bamboo flute music. The research method used is field research (field research), because this research uses descriptive research method of analysis with a qualitative approach. Research data obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects in this study are 4th and 5th grade students of SD Inpres Rutosoro, amounting to 30 students. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of extracurricular activities of bamboo flute music in general has been good, but the limited time provided not all the material activities of extracurricular music bamboo flute delivered as a whole. However, when viewed from the results of activities and exercises of extracurricular participants, it can be concluded that the purpose of this activity can be achieved. One reason people choose a Bank is whether the Bank can provide benefits and convenience for them, nationally the growth of sharia banking has increased, but specifically for Riau Islands Province the growth of sharia banking actually decreased, based on these problems by using cochran Q test analysis tools the researcher tried to study whether there are factors influencing customer decision in saving in syariah bank in Batam city, and Is there any dominant factor influencing customer decision in saving in syariah bank in Batam city, the result of this research found that the existence of factors that influence the decision of the customer in saving in syariah bank in Batam City, In addition from variable external the most dominant in influencing customer decision in saving in syariah bank in Batam City that is on cultural factor at cultural indicator of State and pr factor omosi on the indicators of convenience and internal variables are the most dominant in influencing customer decisions in savings in Islamic banks in the city of Batam that is the factor of service on the indicator Courtesy of the employees and facilities factor on the indicator ATM. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of writing skill of negotiation of class X IPS 5 SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi. The findings of the study on the results of improving the negotiating text writing skills through the CIRC cooperative learning model of X IPS 5 grade students of SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi were carried out well. The percentage of student completeness has increased, namely in the pre-cycle the percentage of completeness as much as 44.5% with an average value of 65.7, in the first cycle after being given treatment to 69.5% with an average value of 76.9, and in the second cycle being 83.4% with an average value of 86.5. Abstract

This study is intended to determine the results of the SKPD budget assessment at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) of the Konawe District Budget Year 2016. Data are collected through interviews and documentation. Data received from the Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Konawe district. The method of analysis used is a method of qualitative desktop function by collecting research data obtained from a research object and other literature. The results of this study show the planning of the appointment and Goals that serve as a guide in BAPPEDA Renstra, where in the Operations Planning many activities which is omitted, if the Rencana Anggaran Satuan Kerja (RASK) does not all can be implemented in accordance with the proposal and the definition of the budget. Availability budget reduction for the whole amount of the budget. Key Word : evaluation of the budget, work unit, regional apparatus, Konawe district.
