Abstract

Based on our findings in the field there are still many students who have not understood yet and can not use SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution) especially in doing Linearity Test where in their mind better make qualitative research than quantitative research because in their mind using SPSS is difficult, because processed resulting from the SPSS output they do not understand, nor do they know the steps to test the Linearity with the SPSS, and few students end up using the SPSS application program to process their research data. So our team of devotion felt called to be able to carry out this community service because they feel responsible for the success of our students in education with utilization of computer technology, besides that I as a lecturer course Research Methods of the last few years should be able to transfer the knowledge that I have so they can complete the final task on time without the help of others services and will be brought later in the world of work. Before the training is done the team first gives a questionnaire to the participants to know their knowledge early about Linearity Test. The design of Ibm to be implemented is 1. Introduction and provision of training materials. 2. Submission of training materials, 3. Provision of Practice with computer, After completion of training the team again distributed the same questionnaire thus can be seen how much improvement their knowledge after the training is given by comparing the questionnaire before and the questionnaire after the training is given. So based on both pre test table and post test we can see the increasing ability of the participants after the training is given that is from correct 15 (14%) to 79(75%) correct answer, significant increase in ability. Abstract

The purpose of this research is determine the effect of independent commissioners, risk management committees, and chief risk officers on the implementation of enterprise risk management at the Non Bank Financial Services Institution (LJKNB) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016 and analyze the effects simultaneously and partially. The sample in this research is 23 LJKNB in ​​Indonesia by using sampling technique that is purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data with the method used is logistic regression analysis method. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that simultaneously independent commissioner variables, risk management committee, and chief risk officer significantly influence the implementation of enterprise risk management in Non Bank Financial Services Institution listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. The influence of independent commissioner variable partially has no effect on the application of enterprise risk management in Non Bank Financial Services Institution listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Meanwhile, the risk management committee and chief risk officer have a positive and significant impact on the implementation of enterprise risk management in Non Bank Financial Services Institution listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the contribution of local tax and local retribution to the local own-source revenue at province DKI Jakarta. Qualitative research method is used as the research method and the data collection method is performed by conducting literary study and field study which consist of observation, documentation and interview. This study variables include local taxes , levies and revenue. Based on the result of research it has been found that the local tax gives a very big contribution to the local own-source revenue with its contribution average percentage is 84,74% and the local retribution gives a very small contribution to the local own-source revenue with its contribution average percentage is 2,86%. Abstract

The implementation of Shrimp Law Number 22 Year 2009 on Traffic and Road Transport tidore islands city is not something that is easily implemented by law enforcement authorities in this case the Tidore Island police force islands. This is due to several things. In addition to the factors because this law is not comprehensive socialization to the general public, so that public understanding of Law Number 22 Year 2009 is still very / minimal, also due to cultural factors of society and facilities and infrastructure of inadequate traffic form of signs roads and other infrastructure. Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of quality tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy and sales person competence either partially or simultaneously to the consumers' satisfaction and to know the more dominant at PT. RCTI. The theory used in this research is marketing management theory related to the service quality. It uses descriptive quantitative and case study using survey. This is also explanatory. The technique of data collection is interview, distributing the questionnary to the sample for 42 respondents and documentation study. To test the hyphotesis, it uses multiple regression by using t-test and F-test and the variable which significantly has a dominant influence on the reliability. With the value of determination coefficient (R Square) 64,4%, it means that the independent variable may describe the dependent variable, while the remaining 35,6% is explained by the other independent variables which are not included in the this study model. Abstract

This research is a final report on classroom action research conducted to know how outlining technique can improve students’ writing ability.The researcher decided to conduct a classroom action researchwhich was done in four stages; planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The criterion of success was 75% of the students pass the passing grade of 75. In cycle 1, based on the result of the test, 50% of students have passed the passing grade of 75 and the result of the observation showed that the students still had difficulty with outlining technique. Therefore, second cycle was needed to be done. In the second cycle, the result of the test showed that 75% of students had passed the passing grade of 75. Moreover, the result of the observation showed that the students actively participated on the learning process. They also tend to be more enthusiastic in following the lesson. Thereofe,, it can be concluded that the criteria of success had been achieved. It means that the outlining technique was proved to be able to upgrade the students’ ability in writing descriptive paragraph. Abstract

This research is a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approach. Research data in the form of information about process and data result of action obtained from result of observation, test result and discussion. Sources of data were obtained from the approach of learning process skill approach in science lesson. Research subjects consisted of teachers and students of class V SD Negeri 02 Manggilang which amounted to 20 people. The research procedure is done: planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the research In the first cycle obtained the results of the implementation in view of the aspects of teacher meetings I 75%, meeting II 78.5% and student aspects meeting 67.8%, meeting II 75% while the results of implementation in cycle II seen from aspects of teachers 89, 2% and student aspect 92,8%. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers can implement the learning process using the Process Skills approach. Keywords: Approach Process Skills and Science.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of Agency Cost, Profitability, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) toward Dividend Policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) at basic industries and chemicals sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2012-2016. The data used in this study was obtained from financial statement data. The population in this study are basic industries and chemical sectors listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling and acquired 11 companies in basic industries and chemical sectors during 2012-2016 studying period. The methods of data analysis in this study is panel data regression analysis using Eviews Software 9.0. The results of this study shows that the simultaneous of Agency Cost, Profitability, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant effect on the dividend policy. Whereas partially, the Agency Cost has negative effect on dividend policy, meanwhile Profitability and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has positive effect on dividend policy. Based on the result of this study, when the company want to pay dividends, accordingly, they should pay attention to the profitability, this is because companies that have high profitability will share high dividends to shareholders. Abstract

One of the biggest 13 conglomerates that she mentioned in her researched is Media Group. Media Group was known as partisan media by public which famous profile of owner is Surya Paloh, leader of National Democrat Party (Nasdem). Metro TV as one of sub-unit business of Media group strictly consistent with its vision to be “News of Television Station” in embracing the competition. Then, providing its news by 3 languages, they are Indonesia, English and Mandarin. Target audience from this television station is high class with segmentation male or female, type of AB, 20 years old above, and has content 70% of hard news and 30% of entertainment program. Metro TV still keep their broadcasting quality within 24 hours by 75%-85% concept of in-house production, focus on news and life style program with educative packaging and luxurius audio visual program. Research Methodology: Descriptive Qualitative by Observations, Interviews, Study of Literature and Documentation.
