Abstract

The phenomenon of the new artist's life especially from the world Pull sound (Singing) which is widely preached media, giving influence of its own interest for the audience. Indonesian Idol is a talent search program in the field of drag votes that provide inspiration for the growing interest to become a singer artist especially among teenagers. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of media exposure to public interest following the Idol Indonesia talent search event. This study uses SOR theory to describe the exposure of the media to public interest following the Idol Indonesian talent search event. This study was conducted in a survey among participants of audition jakarta the number of respondents 100 people. The results showed that media exposure positively affect the interest of the community following the Idol Indonesian talent search event by 30.2%. So if media exposure is increased then the interest of the community following the Idol Indonesian talent search event also increased

Abstract

The objective of the study is to test and analyze the effect of dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio to corporate value of companies at property and real estate listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2012-2016. The research used some theories of dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio. The research was used by a quantitative research approach, this research was causal/clausal. The data collection of this research was performed by study documentation. This research uses secondary data types and sources. The research finding revealed that profitability, dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio simultaneously have a positive effect on corporate value of companies at property and real estate listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016. The research concluded that dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio partially have a positive and significant effect on corporate value of companies at property and real estate listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016.

Abstract

The role play method has become one of the most popular teaching methods for children. The purpose of using this method is to stimulate children's development, one of which is to develop children's moral values. Moral values ​​are very important in human life because of that, it needs to be planted since early childhood. However, most teachers use conventional methods to teach so that this method is less applied as a teaching method, especially in schools that are more academic. This article presents a teaching method using the role play method to stimulate children's moral values. The study design used a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest non equivalent control group design. Data collection used observation and compared with the -t test in the experimental group and the control group. The results show that effective role play methods are applied as children's learning methods to stimulate the moral value of early childhood.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal application of child offenders in conflict with the law at the level of investigation, prosecution and trial in the Unaaha District Court and what are the legal consequences if a child offender is in conflict with the law if not accompanied by a legal advisor in a Case Study Number 8 / Pid.Sus-Anak / 2017 / PN. This research is a normative legal research that is perspective with a legislative approach and a case approach. The type of data used is secondary data. Secondary data sources used include primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Data collection techniques used are literature study techniques. The analysis technique used in this study is a syllogism method that uses deductive thinking patterns. The results of this study indicate that the Child Criminal Justice System Law requires mentoring legal counsel by looking at the subject of the perpetrator, which means that all children in conflict with the law with any indictment must be accompanied by advocates or other legal aid providers. law if it is not fulfilled. Law No. 11 of 2012 has closed the gap for judges / judges to examine cases of child defendants who are not being accompanied by lawyers or other legal aid providers.

Abstract

This study investigates non-English major students’ attitude and motivation towards learning English as foreign language at Law Department Halu Oleo University. This study also expected to find out what gender is more motivated towards learning English. The study employed the descriptive design. The total sample of this study was 130 students and registered in academic years of 2018/2019. The sample investigated using attitude and motivation questionnaires 5-point Likert Scale that adopted from AMTB by Gardner. The result of this study indicates that: (1) the participants have positive attitude towards learning English as foreign language. (2) The level of participants’ motivation as sample of this study is high. (3) The integrative motivation is more dominant than instrumental motivation. (4) Female is more motivated than male students. Most of those surveyed held positive views of the development English teaching towards non-English major students. The English lecturer is highly expected to be more commitment with the schedule of teaching and learning process. An effective number of students in a class are still need high consideration. The findings of this study may help language developers, syllabus designers and decision makers to develop programs and design syllabi and create interesting textbooks which maintain students' positive attitude and motivation.

Abstract

The role of the European Union Organization in overcoming the Greek State financial crisis by running the Economic Adjustment Program(Economic savings Program) implemented by the Greek Government. The data used are secondary data because the scientific research of International Relations uses qualitative data. The data collection method used in this study is the literature of books, websites. Techniques of data analysis using qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the European Union Organization succeeded in getting the Greek State out of its financial crisis.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the scary and difficult lessons at all levels of education. The method of learning mathematics is one of the factors that causes students not to like this lesson. So far textual learning methods that tend to be boring. For this reason, the writer made a mathematical formula and problem program using desktop-based Java Netbeens 8.2, especially for elementary school class VI, because it would face USBN. It is hoped that with the creation of this mathematics program, elementary school students in grade VI can understand formulas and math problems easily. This program displays mathematics material in class VI, examples of questions accompanied by ways to work on the questions, and questions that can be directly filled in by the user and the results will appear immediately, so the user can find out how many questions are answered correct and how many questions answered incorrectly. The existence of this program is expected to help elementary school students to get used to learning to use computers or laptops, and as a means to practice computer-based national exams.

Abstract

The ratio of Total Assets, Cash Ratio, Per Share Income and Asset Growth to Dividend Payment Ratios in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples taken in this study were 12 companies. Determination of samples in this study using purposive sampling. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method assisted by the SPSS program. Based on the results of the data processing, it was obtained that the Total Asset Debt Ratio was received negatively and significantly to the Dividend Payment Ratio. The cash ratio is negative and significant to the Dividend Payment Ratio. Earnings Per Share has a positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payment Ratio. Asset Growth has a negative and significant effect on Payment Dividend Ratio. The expected results are significant coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.396, this means that 39.6 percent of the variation in dividends Payment ratios are reviewed by the Total Debt Asset Ratio, Cash Ratio, Earnings Per Share and Asset Growth by 60.4 percent by other model variables
