Abstract

Implementation of the supply chain is felt more important and very useful in today’s era  of industrialization. But in the process of supply chain encountered  various  risks that may affect the flow of the supply chain so it can not run smoothly, such as interference or imperfectness  in transportations. This research  was made to propose a mathematical model for a supply chain under the effect of unexpected disruptions  in transport. Supplier/manufacturer offers the retailer  a trade credit period t1 , then the retailer offers the customer a credit with a period of t2  and finally the retailer receives the revenue from t2  ke T + t2 , where T is the cycle time at the retailer.  Under this situation,  the three cases such as T ≤ t1 ≤ T + t2 , T ≤ T + t1 ≤ t2, and  t1  ≤ t2 are discussed. An EPQ (Economic Production Quantity) based model is established and retailer’s optimal replenishment policy is obtained through mathematical theorems. From the results of testing on several cases, the best solution for the two procedures has been obtained, namely between risk neutral and risk averse solutions based on the level or number of items damaged/defective. If the number of items damaged is 2 units, then solution risk neutral is far better than the risk averse solution, whereas if the number of items is damaged 3 units, then the risk averse solution is far better than the risk neutral solution.

Abstract

Performance in an organization is carried out by all human resources in the organization, both elements of leadership and workers. There are so many factors that can affect human resources in running their performance. The theories used in this study are understanding, importance, influencing factors, benefits and objectives as well as indicators of supervision, training and performance. This research was conducted at PT. Terrain alert daily which is a company engaged in the press (newspaper) whose activities are associated with consumers and resource persons. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive nature. The population in this study 91 employees is pt. daily field alert and study sample of 74 employees. By using a random sampling technique and 30 respondents from similar fields to test validity and reliability. The results showed that supervision and training simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on performance with a determination coefficient of 28.5%. Abstract

The objective of the study is to test and analyze the effect of dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio to corporate value of companies at property and real estate listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2012-2016. The research used some theories of dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio. The research was used by a quantitative research approach, this research was causal/clausal. The data collection of this research was performed by study documentation. This research uses secondary data types and sources. The research finding revealed that profitability, dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio simultaneously have a positive effect on corporate value of companies at property and real estate listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016. The research concluded that dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio partially have a positive and significant effect on corporate value of companies at property and real estate listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of variables of capital structure, liquidity, earning per share, and profitability on the value of the company in the manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2017. This study used secondary data taken by documentation method that is the company’s annual financial report 2014-2017. This research used quantitative approach and the 52 sampels were drawn using purposive sampling technique out of 152 company data that me criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially, capital structure, liquidity, and earning per share has no significant effect on the firm value. Simultaneously, profitability have a significant effect on firm value of the company companies of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2017.

Abstract

Investment is one of the tools used by many investors or shareholders to maintain their wealth. That is by way of investing its shares in the capital market. The hope of obtaining maximum returns is very important for investors to evaluate financial statements for information related to how investors can easily make investment decisions. This study aims to look at the effect of Capital Structure, Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, and Price Earning Ratio on Stock Returns in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017. Determination of samples using purposive sampling method and the samples studied were 23 companies. Data analysis method using multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

Kinerja UKM di Indonesia telah banyak diteliti pada penelitian sebelumnya. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ide untuk menghitung kinerja UKM. Sebanyak 100 responden untuk uji coba pelaku UKM di Medan, Indonesia. Metode validasi bertujuan untuk memvalidasi parameter yang menghitung masing-masing konstruksi dengan menentukan secara statistik bahwa sampelnya memadai, menggunakan Uji KMO dan Uji Barlett untuk memastikan efektivitas data untuk analisis statistik multivariat, memvalidasi persyaratan perhitungan yang berlaku untuk kinerja UKM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa data tersebut valid dan dapat diandalkan desainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product variations, service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions at PT Lautan Biru Raya. Product variety is a key element in the pharmaceutical distribution industry. The research method uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 105 customers. Data testing was carried out by carrying out classic assumption tests, regression tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of the research partially show that product variety, service quality and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Conclusion, that product variety, service quality and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by manufacturing companies in Indonesia in the process of digital transformation in the field of human resource management (HRM). Digital transformation is an important step for companies in improving operational efficiency and competitiveness in the Industry 4.0 era. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews with HR managers, surveys to employees, and analysis of company documents. The results showed that the main challenges faced by the company were resistance to change, lack of digital skills among employees, and limited technological infrastructure. However, the research also identified a number of opportunities, such as improved work process efficiency, better employee data management, and increased employee engagement through digital platforms. Therefore, companies are advised to invest in digital skills training and technology infrastructure development to maximize the benefits of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effect of product quality and promotional strategies on customer satisfaction in the Babah Antha Kebab Culinary in Medan. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The processed data is the result of distributing questionnaires to customers of Kebab Babah Antha Medan. The sampling method is non- probability sampling and the technique used in collecting respondents is accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Product Quality and Promotional Strategy have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Kebab Babah Antha culinary business in the city of Medan. In this study, it was found that the value of product quality was 10.090 > ttable 1.988 with a significance level of 0.01 <0.05 so it can be concluded that product quality has a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then the promotion strategy has a tcount of 5.099 > ttable 1.988 with a significance level of 0.01 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the promotion strategy has a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, it also produces a Fcount value of 310.56 > Ftable 3.89 with a significance level of 0.01 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that in this study simultaneously product quality and promotion strategy have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Kurangnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai digitalisasi membuat pelaku UMKM memiliki kendala terhadap pemasaran produk. Oleh karena itu, para pelaku UMKM perlu memahami pemanfaatan media sosial instagram sebagai sarana dalam memasarkan produk UMKM. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah agar para pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Sunggal Kabupaten Deli Serdang dapat memanfaatkan media sosial dalam memasarkan produk agar dikenal lebih luas, bahkan di pasar internasional. Tahapan sosialisasi dimulai dari pengetahuan dan pengalaman pelaku UMKM di media sosial Instagram sebagai sarana dalam memasarkan produknya. Tahapan pendampingan pembuatan foto atau video produk UMKM di media sosial Instagram dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Tahapan berikutnya para pelaku UMKM menggunakan aplikasi Canva dan melakukan pemasaran yang efekif dengan cara memposting foto atau video produknya ke media sosial Instagram. Dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang telah diberikan Rata – rata persentase tingkat pemahaman pelaku UMKM sebesar 80 %.
