Abstract

Learning Method is a way that is done by a teacher so that learning processes occur in students to achieve learning goals. This study aims to know significantly the influence of the Team Games Tournament learning method on the ability to recognize vocabulary about nouns students of Medan Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School. The learning material taught to students of Medan's Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School is a book from Taiwan, namely Hello, 华语! which is a Chinese language textbook at the Medan Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School. This research was conducted in the school of Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School in Medan, specifically 7th grade students of junior high school, namely classes 7A and 7B. The research design used was a quantitative research design. The analysis of the results of the research used is the analysis of the t-test. The results of this study indicate that the Team Games Tournament learning method significantly influences the mandarin language skills of Medan Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic factors on banking stocks on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis of the data used is the method of multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20. The empirical results of this study indicate that microeconomic factors namely Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loans have a negative but not significant effect on stock returns while Operational Costs on Operational Income have a negative and significant effect on return stock. The macroeconomic factors namely inflation shows a negative and significant influence on stock returns. The implication is that this research can strengthen signal theory and arbitrage pricing theory and add insight to future researchers, as well as additional references for banking companies in considering the role of predictor variables as in this study. which affects stock returns.

Abstract

This study shows that the effect of compensation, expertise, motivation, and work discipline on the work performance of NGO employees synthesizing the konawe branch of Bantesa unit is highly expected so that more workers have high performance, the overall productivity of the organization will increase so that it can survive in global competition. employees are required to be able to complete their duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Employee success can be measured through customer satisfaction, reduced number of complaints and optimal target achievement. The performance of employees at LPSM Synthesis can also be measured through the completion of their tasks effectively and efficiently and perform their roles and functions and all of them are linearly related and positively related to the success of a company. Based on the results of the Influence research given the four independent variables are positive, meaning that the better compensation, expertise, motivation, and work discipline will result in the better work performance of the employees produced. The Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance at the Bantesa Branch Konawe Synthesis Lsm office. This means that the better the compensation, the better the work performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of auditor professionalism, professional ethics and professional commitment to materiality considerations in auditing clients' financial statements in KAP in the city of Medan. The research method was carried out by questionnaire method. Classic assumption test, multiple regression test and hypothesis test, testing this study using SPSS version 23 for windows. Based on the results of the distribution of 74 questionnaires by sample, and the results of the study show that partially auditor professionalism does not affect materiality with a significant value t-count greater than 0.05 while professional ethics and professional commitment partially influence the consideration of materiality with t-count values smaller 0.05. Simultaneously auditor professionalism, professional ethics and professional commitment have a significant positive effect on materiality considerations in auditing; financial reports on KAP in the city of Medan.

Abstract

This study studied how to learn farming methods on the process of adopting hybrid corn farmers in the North Oba sub-district. This study uses a quantitative method of experiment with a survey, when the study was conducted in November until December 2018. The research location in Oba Utara District, Kota tidore Kepulauan was deliberately chosen. The analysis used in this study is Simple Linear Regression and the sample in this study were 50 Hybrid maize farmers in the North Oba sub-district, Tidore City, North Maluku Islands. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the discussion using the farming method can discuss the significance of the process of adoption of hybrid corn farmers in the District of North Oba with a degree of influence of 51.8%.

Abstract

Investment is one of the tools used by many investors or shareholders to maintain their wealth. That is by way of investing its shares in the capital market. The hope of obtaining maximum returns is very important for investors to evaluate financial statements for information related to how investors can easily make investment decisions. This study aims to look at the effect of Capital Structure, Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, and Price Earning Ratio on Stock Returns in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017. Determination of samples using purposive sampling method and the samples studied were 23 companies. Data analysis method using multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) is growing very rapidly. Information Technology is a technology that can be used to get more benefits from an ongoing system The application of information technology systems will be useful if the application is in accordance with the goals, vision and mission of the organization that has been translated into business strategies and information technology strategies. The alignment between the information technology strategy and business strategy will provide added value in the form of competitive advantage in business competition. The application of good information technology has a big influence in achieving the goals of an educational institution, it is hoped that this can be implemented properly. This can be seen from the application of the information technology whether it has conformed to the process carried out within the educational institution. Luftman has built a method that can help a company know the level of strategic maturity that the company has. Luftman's method is known as the Luftman Framework or the Luftman strategic alignment maturity model. An organization if the information technology maturity has approached expectations that are expected, the organization of the technology will be more effective in carrying out the process of aligning information technology and business, so that the alignment process can take place better

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form, meaning, and function of diction and figurative literary language of the journey contained in a collection of poems by A Romantic Journey the Beginning by Desi Anwar. Desi Anwar's method of stylistic assessment of ARJTB used in this study is descriptive-analysis through literature studies. The technique used in this study is by collecting data in the form of documentation, namely from ARJTB poetry by Desi Anwar as the research material object. While the formal object is the diction and figurative literature of travel. The results showed: (1) Studying denotative and connotative diction, the choice of words in my lyrics shows that the contents of ARJTB poetry are not merely channeling factual information but there are convincing goals, persuading, reminding, and insinuating with contextual understanding of a particular culture; (2) The figurative language in ARJTB's poetry hides the true meaning with an image and the poet has tricks to create a richer, more effective, and more suggestive effect in the language of poetry; (3) By Meaning, the ARJTB poem contains a fairly detailed description of the author's experience and perception of a place. I lyrics can give pragmatic information about a place visited and a description of people's culture through the author's perception; (4) The function of travel literature can analogize a story of narration and change one's intellectual attitudes to be wiser and pay attention to the meaning of beauty in every corner of the place (spot) that has been explored.

Abstract

The objective is to test and analyze the influence of Capital struktur, Cash Flow and Liquidity on firm value of Sub Sektor Otomotif and Sub Sektor Tekstil companies found in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2013-2017. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, the type of research used is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is the causal reletionship. The method of selecting this research sample using a purposive sampling method. The results of this test indicate that capital struktur has a negative and significant effect on firm value and liquidity does not have a significant effect firm value.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to test and analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Cash Ratio, Return on Equity, dan Firm Size on Dividend Payout Ratio, on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on the periode of 2014-2017. The research used some theories of Debt to Equity Ratio, Cash Ratio, Return on Equity, Firm Size and Dividend Payout Ratio. The research was used by a quantitative research approach, this research was causal/clausal. The data collection of this research was performed by study documentation. This research uses secondary data types and sources. The research finding revealed that Debt to Equity Ratio, Cash Ratio, Return on Equity dan Firm Size simultaneously have a positive effect on on Dividend Payout Ratio on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on the periode of 2014-2017. The research concluded that Return on Equity partially have a positive and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on the periode of 2014-2017, while the Debt to Equity Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Firm Size partially does not have any significant effect on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on the periode of 2014-2017.
