Abstract

Masalah utama penelitian ini pelaksanaan program tabungan literasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap pembelajaran menulis teks tanggapan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Cimahi. Permasalahannya yaitu (1) pelaksanaan program Tabungan Literasi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Kota Cimahi, dan (2) pengaruh program Tabungan Literasi terhadap pembelajaran menulis teks tanggapan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah memotret dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan pengaruh TL terhadap pembelajaran menulis teks tanggapan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Kota Cimahi. Dengan asumsi bahwa program TL dapat menjadi pendorong peningkatan pembelajaran menulis teks tanggapan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Kota Cimahi dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, penyebaran angket, dan pencatatan lapangan. Selanjutnya data diolah dengan cara pengorganisasian data, penjabaran data, pelaksanaan sintesa, penyusunan data, pemiliha data, dan penyimpulan data. Dalam simpulan ditemukan bahwa tabungan literasi dapat mempengaruhi pembelajaran menulis teks tanggap di siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Kota Cimahi. Kata Kunci: tabungan literasi, pembelajaran menulis, teks tanggapan

Abstract

The purpose of making this thesis is to determine the obedience and violations of politeness according to Leech's theory, in addition to knowing the causes of language violations according to the Pranowo theory in chaer, and to describe the implications of language politeness on learning Indonesian. The amount of data to be analyzed is four different news themes, with the total number of comets being two hundred and one comments. In this study, the method used is a qualitative method that produces descriptive data. In data collection, the authors used the listening technique, namely speaking free and followed by note-taking techniques. Furthermore, it is described by providing analysis and then given the final conclusion, and this language politeness can be implicated as teaching material for junior high school teachers in Indonesian language learning. The results of this study show that from all data one, two, three and four that comply with Leech's politeness, eighty-nine comments are obtained, and from all data one, two, three and four that violate Leech's politeness, sixty-eight comments data are obtained. Meanwhile, in general, the causes of violations of language politeness are two direct critical comments with harsh words, four comments that encourage the speaker's emotional feeling, one speech is protective of the opinion, one comment is deliberately accusing the interlocutor, two comments deliberatelycornering the speech partner. Language politeness can be implicated in junior high school teachers in Indonesian language learning, which is related to the response text material, this response text material is found in chapter four in grade nine odd semesters. Abstract

This study aims to describe the form, meaning, and function of diction and figurative literary language of the journey contained in a collection of poems by A Romantic Journey the Beginning by Desi Anwar. Desi Anwar's method of stylistic assessment of ARJTB used in this study is descriptive-analysis through literature studies. The technique used in this study is by collecting data in the form of documentation, namely from ARJTB poetry by Desi Anwar as the research material object. While the formal object is the diction and figurative literature of travel. The results showed: (1) Studying denotative and connotative diction, the choice of words in my lyrics shows that the contents of ARJTB poetry are not merely channeling factual information but there are convincing goals, persuading, reminding, and insinuating with contextual understanding of a particular culture; (2) The figurative language in ARJTB's poetry hides the true meaning with an image and the poet has tricks to create a richer, more effective, and more suggestive effect in the language of poetry; (3) By Meaning, the ARJTB poem contains a fairly detailed description of the author's experience and perception of a place. I lyrics can give pragmatic information about a place visited and a description of people's culture through the author's perception; (4) The function of travel literature can analogize a story of narration and change one's intellectual attitudes to be wiser and pay attention to the meaning of beauty in every corner of the place (spot) that has been explored.

Abstract

Javanese culture in the discussion of modern novels today includes people whose cultural uniqueness, behavior, and the principle of life that distinguishes it from other cultures. Umar Kayam in Priyayi clearly described the life of a certain Javanese aristocrat called the priyayi from the last period the Colonial to the Age of Independence. This study tries to uncover the social strata of the priyayi, using the sociological approach of literature. This study describes the social strata of Java that are realized through the behavior of the main characters the novel PP and analyze it. By analyzing the Javanese social strata, it is hoped that an objective picture of Javanese social strata will be obtained the novel PP by Umar Kayam. Sastrodarsono who came from the lower classes in Javanese society was able to achieve aristocratic priyayi status and build his own aristocratic dynasty. He internalized priyayi values and socialized to his family. This novel gives a brief view of the social mobilization of Javanese aristocratic families and the elements that make up the priyayi identity.

Abstract

The study is based on the unique nature of each creation of lyrics that contain both intrinsic and extrinsic elements in each line. The goal of this research isn't to analyze the language style on a dazed lyric antology book by icsan scooter. Researchers analyze the lyrics using a descriptive approach. The source of the data used by researchers is that of 5 lyrics from a total of 60 lyrics. Researchers focused 6 figures of speech on the study: metaphor, personification, hyperbole, anafora, epistrophur and asonansi. Research data is summed up: (1) lyrics with the most grammatical usage are those that are entitled confused with a total of 25 different language styles. The lyrics with the least grammatical usage are those titled shankara with a total of 9 different language styles. (2) the metaphorical style is 11, as many as 10 personified, 11 of hyperbole, anafora as many as 8, epistrofa as 4, and 23 as of assonance. With a total of 67 figures of speech on the five lyrics that have been analyzed.

Abstract

Artikel ini berusaha untuk mengungkapkan ciri-ciri sastra postmodernisme dalam cerpen Penangkaran Binatang dan cerpen Adam Ma’rifat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis. Hasil penelitian dari kedua cerpen tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya perwujudan sastra posmodernisme, yaitu tidak lagi terstruktur, tidak terikat, bersifat insidental, teks dibebaskan dari pemaknaan. Terdapat empat perbedaan fenomena sastra postmodernisme dari kedua cerpen tersebut yang berupa: dalam cerpen PB, (1) plot tidak jelas, (2) irama spontan dan dramatik lakonnya, (3) berbentuk campuran skizofrenik antara cerpen, esai, dan surat, dan (4) ambivalensi, tarik-menarik antara bercerita dengan berpuisi. Dalam cerpen AM, (1) ketidakrealibitasan tokoh aku, (2) bahasa tidak bisa mentransmisi pesan secara mudah, (3) cerpen kurang bisa terakses, (4) tidak mengikuti aturan hukum tengah, cerpen berbentuk satu kalimat dari 17 halaman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is an effort to increase the skills of recording junior high school students in the text material of the procedure using the demonstration method. Writing is an aspect used by people for relationships or conveying indirect messages. the method of observation used by researchers is the experimental method, with the design of a pre-test one post-test group. The research sample was VIII SMP students. The data collection tool used is the learning implementation plan, observation sheet and test sheet. The results of the initial verification and final verification show an improvement in students' writing skills in the text material. Procedures use the demonstration method. The results of the study can be concluded that there is an increase in students' writing skills in the text material of the procedure using the demonstration method. The results of teacher learning observations in the 85% class were carried out and student learning in the 80% class was conducted. The results of this study indicate an increase in students' writing skills in the text material. Procedures use the demonstration method and can improve well according to the objectives expected in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the figure of speech or language style contained in the short story "Kemarau" by Andrea Hirata. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This research was carried out by reading the short story carefully and thoroughly, then analyzing and marking each sentence or word included in the figure of speech, then from the data that had been reviewed or analyzed the writer found various kinds of figure of speech in the short story "Kemarau", including the personification figure of speech, hyperbole figure, simile figure and cynicism figure. The number of personified figures is 11, the hyperbolic figure is 17, the simile figure is 2 and the cynic figure is 7.

Abstract

This research was conducted because it was found in the short story "Love In Apple" by Nurillaiyah which has many figures of speech in each written story line. The researcher limits the analysis of this short story to the figure of speech contained in the short story. Through this research, the author has a research objective, namely to examine what figures are contained in the short story text "Love In Apple" by Nurillaiyah so that readers are able to gain knowledge about the elements of figure of speech that can be used as lessons and experiences in life to be used as examples in everyday life. For this study the authors used a research method with statistical studies to analyze the figure of speech contained in the short story, this research was conducted by reading the short story first, then analyzing and marking the text included in figure of speech, then from the data that was analyzed the researcher found There are various types of figure of speech contained in Nurillaiyah's short story “Love In Apple”, namely the comparative figure of speech, including association, hyperbole, simile and metaphor, then the affirmation figure, namely pleonasm. The conclusion is that the short story "Love In Apple" by Nurillaiyah is suitable for reading even by adolescents, adults and the general public.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability and interest of students in writing, especially writing short stories. Writing itself is a creative process of transferring ideas or ideas into writing that is systematic and easy to understand. Factors for the occurrence of these problems can be caused by factors teachers and students who have an important role in achieving a learning goal. Therefore, researchers try to overcome these problems by growing student interest so that the ability to write short story texts can be improved. In general, the objectives in this study are to illustrate: (1) The application of the non example example model to learning to write short story text in grade IX students, and (2) The effectiveness of using the example non example model to the ability of grade IX students in writing short story text. In this research the method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is obtained through observation, tests and interviews. The subjects in this study were the teacher and class IX students, amounting to 21 students. Based on the results of this study indicate that (1) Students are able to follow the learning activities of short story texts well using the model example non example. (2) Based on the results of the final test the ability to write short story texts for class IX students is classified as good with the acquisition of the final average score of students is 75.04, so it can be said that the use of example non example models is effectively used in writing short story texts.
