Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin mengeksplorasi variabel yang mempengaruhi pergerakan merek pasar pada aplikasi Google Play Store berbasis Android dengan studi kasus menggunakan dugaan Google Play Store pada siswa BSI Bekasi di Sungai Abang. Pergantian merek dari satu aplikasi ke aplikasi lainnya (switching merek) akan terjadi dengan sangat cepat dalam persaingan untuk aplikasi berbasis pasar. Era pertumbuhan ekonomi digital di erea milineal di mana telah terjadi pergeseran struktur pasar plaza berbasis mal ke pasar e-commerce berdasarkan situs web dan aplikasi ponsel cerdas, Google Play Store. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak jumlah unit sampel yang menggunakan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dari 100 orang. Responden adalah pengguna acak dari pasar Google Play Store di aplikasi Android. Model skala yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert, di mana Skala Likert memiliki baik di mana ada keragaman tingkat keputusan dengan bobot atau nilai pada setiap jawaban. Pengujian uji validitas dan reliabilitas adalah dengan teknik Alphs Cronbach. Uji statistik yang dilakukan meliputi: Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi Linier, Uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F Hipotesis dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 22.0.

Abstract

This study is focused on one aspect of speech act that is convivial act. Convivial is one part of speech act belongs to pragmatic study. Speech act consists of locutionary act, illocutionary act and perlocutionary act. This research was done through descriptive method. Data has been taken from the utterances that are produced by the characters in the novel. The collected data were analyzed descriptively based on Leech’s theory. The result of this research shows that the kinds and functions of convivial act in the novel The Stars Shine Down by Shidney Sheldon can be categorized into six aspects, those are offering,compliment, greeting, commiserate, inviting and thanking.

Abstract

This paper discusses the results of research on the method of continuous quality improvement. The object of the research is the product type process of Bath Shower Mixer Core Casting at PT STI, a company engaged in manufacturing that produces Sanitary equipment. The production of the Mixing Bath Shower Core Casting process in the October-December 2017 period showed a total production of 40,339 pieces with a bad level of 2,263 pieces (5.61%), while the minimum target set by the company was 5.5%. The dominant bad product problem is loss and breakage. Analysis and problem solving using the seven tool method with data collection, data stratification, determining the biggest problem to solve, analyzing the biggest problem factors, collecting and searching for dominant causes, making plans and improvements, monitoring the results of improvements, making new standards . The results of the analysis concluded that the problem that caused the decline in quality was loss and breakage. Loss problems due to engine factors, namely maximum wind pressure below 0.54 MPa. While the cause of rupture is a method factor that does not have a high standard between coveyor height and core mold surface which causes uneven and standard material factors for 265gr resin. After finding the cause of the porous problem, Diagphram DF70mm was repaired to produce a pressure of more than 0.54Mpa and a corrective action in the form of preventive maintenance every week. As for broken repairs, a high standard conveyor arrangement with a mold surface of 3.5 - 4.0 cm is made. After repairs to production in July-September 2018 the production amounted to 25,151 with a bad amount 1,325 pcs (5.27%).

Abstract

The background of this writing is the problem that arises because of the high level of work accidents and many industrial companies who are negligent because they do not meet the factors to protect workers in the protection of occupational safety and health. Based on this, it is necessary to know the extent of the role of the Mojokerto Regency Manpower Office in the protection of occupational safety and health based on article 13 paragraph 2 letter d of the Mojokerto Regent Regulation Number 63 Year 2016 by the Mojokerto Regency Manpower Office, where to answer the above problems, then using this type of research empirical juridical law. As well as using a qualitative approach and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the reporting and supervision process was still lacking, where the monitoring process was not according to schedule. To support the performance of labor inspectors so that they can run more effectively, the solution is to increase the number of supervisory employees.

Abstract

Literature is a record of human life experience either his or her own experience or others. There are three genres of literature, fiction, non-fiction, and poetry. The movie is included in fiction genre. Movie is one of the most popular fiction. The purpose of movie is to entertain the audience and to be able to take positive lessons from movie. The writer focuses on post-traumatic stress disorder of main character in Every Thing Will Be Fine movie. In Every Thing Will Be Fine movie tells about main character of Tomas Eldan. Descriptive qualitative method is used in this research. In analyzing post-traumatic stress dissorder in this movie, the post- traumatic stress disorder is divided into three parts: the types of post-traumatic stress disorder, the causes of post-traumatic stress disorder, and the effect of post-traumatic stress disorder. Before analyzing post-traumatic disorder, it needs to summarize the story and analyze the main character. The results are got from the types, the causes and the effect of post- traumatic stress disorder that happened to the main character of this movie, Tomas Eldan. All parts of post-traumatic stress disorder can be seen after the main character got the accident that occurred while he was driving and waiting twelve years examining the effect of the tragedy on his life and traumatized him. So the post-traumatic stress disorder is happened in this movie, such as self-injury, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, alcoholic use, and depression.

Abstract

Kolam Ikan Creative Communication yang bergerak di bidang jasa yang salah satunya adalah Event Organizer dimana perusahaan ini sering mengadakan event konser musik. Dalam sebuah konser musik tentu berkaitan dengan penjualan tiket, dimana Kolam Ikan Creative Communication menyerahkan penjualan tiketnya kepada pihak ketiga dan menjual secara offline melalui tiket box, yang terkadang membuat akses calon customer untuk membeli tiket merasa kesulitan dalam hal tempat dan waktu. Dalam metode penelitian ini penulis akan melakukan penyelesaian permasalahan diatas melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, analisa data, perancangan system, pembuatan program, serta pengujian program. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah system penjualan tiket berbasis web yang memudahkan customer untuk membeli tiket dari mana saja dan kapan saja, serta memudahkan dari sisi admin untuk mengetahui siapa saja yang membeli tiket serta membuat laporannya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Funds (DAU) and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) in improving regional development seen from two indicators, namely economic indicators (Economic Growth) and social indicators (Human Development Index or HDI). The analytical tool used in this study is Panel Data Regression Analysis from 2013 to 2016 at 21 municipal districts in East Nusa Tenggara Province. Viewed from the Economic Growth, the study showed that PAD, DAU and DAK have significant impact on regional development. However, from the social indicators perspective, the Human Development Index is only influenced by PAD and DAK, in which PAD decreases HDI; and DAK increases the HDI.

Abstract

Collaborative learning is one of the method of teaching and learning that motivate the students to work in group and discuss their learning with their pairs so that the students have to share their knowledge and opinions. It gives the students opportunity to teach each other and collaborate their learning simultanously. Reading becomes more enjoyable for the students due to their collaborativeness in trying to understand the passage being read and comprehend their reading. The process of learning also makes the students aware of their strength and weaknesses. Therefore, the research is conducted to know the effect of both variables. The Research methodology used is descriptive quantitative study using 80 students as the sample which is chosen randomly. Data was collected through pre test and post test in the form of multiple choice test to the samples. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The research result shows that there is a significant effect of collaborative learning and the students’s reading comprehension. It means that the implementation of collaborative learning method has influenced the students’ comprehending of the reading passage better. The students completely engage in their learning and motivate each other to understand the reading and answering the tasks. Teachers also have good influenced as facilitators to help the students in building relationship in their groups and encourage them to give and respon to their pairs’ opinions

Abstract

Education is a comprehensive thing and involves many systematic aspects. Therefore one of the determining factors for the success of our education program. At present there is the recruitment of students who get the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP). This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the procurement of smart jakarta program in SMP Negeri 120. The sample in the study was all student in the junior high school. The results of the study showed that the card-giving program was very effective, even though there were students who refused the card.

Abstract

Usaha kecil dan menengah berpendapat bahwa ini cukup sulit dan perlu diberikan pelatihan atau bantuan dalam menyiapkan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar. Perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia masih dihadapkan pada berbagai masalah, menyebabkan lemahnya daya saing produk impor, masalah, krisis global, pendidikan rendah, kurangnya keterampilan akuntansi, persepsi bahwa akuntansi tidak penting dalam bisnis, persepsi bahwa akuntansi terlalu rumit untuk dilakukan tidak ada pemisahan dana pribadi dan dana yang digunakan dalam proses bisnis. Penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan kecil dan menengah memahami penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 responden UMKM di Kantor Koperasi dan UMKM. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitiannya yang menyatakan penyediaan informasi dan sosialisasi serta ukuran bisnis memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap pemahaman SAK-ETAP di kota Batam.
