Abstract

The manufacturing industry has a large contribution to the Indonesian economy, employment, and empowerment of human resources. But the development of the manufacturing industry also has challenges, where there are still many industries that have low competitiveness. This paper analyzes competitiveness by using a measure of labor productivity. Using data from Large Industrial Companies Medium in 2009-2012, this study analyzes the relationship of trade liberalization seen from economic openness in the form of the flow of goods and capital into the manufacturing industry sector to its productivity. The results of the study showed an increase in productivity with trade liberalization, besides that FDI Spillover Effects also occurred in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Melakukan kajian terhadap pemanfaatan kawasan pertanian yang dapat mengintegrasikan pendekatan ekonomi, ekologi dan sosial budaya dalam sebuah model pengembangan kawasan agricultural estate yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Konawe Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan kawasan Agricultural Estate di Kabupaten Konawe adalah keadaan iklim dan geografis, kesesuaian lahan, ketersediaan sumberdaya, aksesibilitas, adopsi teknologi dan kelayakan finansial. Arahan pengembangan kawasan Agricultural Estate tiap Kecamatan di Kabupeten Konawe berdasarkan komoditas yang unggul yaitu (tanaman jambu mete, kelapa dalam, kakao, kopi, cengkeh, lada, kemiri, kelapa sawit, kelapa hibrida, mamgga, rambutan, jeruk, papaya, pisang, nenas, durian, dan salak). Sedangkan komoditas potensial yaitu (tanaman jambu mete, kakao, pala, sagu, nilam, kemiri, lada, kelapa hibrida, kelapa dalam, enau, pinang, jeruk, papaya, langsat, nenas, nangka, sukun, kedondong, durian, dan mangga). Strategi pengembangan komoditas perkebunan yaitu (1) pemetaan komoditas aktual dan potensia serta penerapan adopsi teknologi yang tersedia, (2) Mentransformasikan kelembagaan petani menjadi berbasis pasar, (3) Pemetaan perilaku pasar dan inventarisasi kendala pada pasar.

Abstract

Pengolahan Data Akuntansi Menggunakan Zahir Accounting 5.1 Pada PT.Menara Warna Indonesia Dalam era globalisasi ini teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya. Adapun komputer yang merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia, saat mencapai kemajuan baik didalam pembuatan hardware maupun software. PT. Menara Warna Indonesia membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu program yang menunjang dalam pencapaian visi misi dan memberikan informasi yanng akurat dan tepat waktu. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat penelitian mengenai Pengolahan Data Akuntansi menggunakan Zahir Accounting 5.1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui system yang sedang berjalan, membuat perencanaan system, melakukan analisis dan pengujian system serta melakukan implementasi pengolahan data akuntansi. Penelitian ini berguna untuk membangun system pengolahan data akuntansi pada PT.Menara Warna Indonesia. Dalam pengolahan data akuntansi penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan terstruktur yaitu metode prototype dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Setelah selesai dibuat, maka dapat diketahui bahwa pembuatan Zahir Accounting Versi 5.1 dalam system keuangan.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify and examine the factors that may affect the customer's satisfaction and loyalty in Don's Warnet Cikarang. With a sample size of 200 people, the research carried out on the visitors who have used the services of Don's Warnet, and conducted by purposive sampling technique. The results show that customer satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by the quality of service and location factors. As for the only customer loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by customer satisfaction factors. The moderating variable frequency of visits and customer's place of residence does not give significant results on satisfaction and customer loyalty. Thus , it can be concluded that in order to get satisfaction and customer loyalty , besides place the business location that is close to the customer's environment, Don 's Warnet should further improve the quality of services , especially in the field of reliability of internet access , responsiveness operators , security environment and a sense of empathy towards the customer . So the satisfaction perceived by customers, is expected to make a loyal customer to the products / services used. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan kerja personil dengan beban kerja pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut digunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh personil Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah yang berjumlah 365 (tiga ratus enam puluh lima) orang dan dikarenakan jumlah populasi diatas dari 100 orang, maka sampel yang diambil berjumlah 73 orang yaitu 20 % dari jumlah populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, kemampuan kerja personil dengan beban kerja pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah telah sesuai dengan teori kepustakaan dan hal tersebut terbukti memiliki hubungan yang dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan hasil kerja operasi penertipan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Kemudian, untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan antara variabel X dan Y dilakukan perhitungan koefisien korelasi dan diperoleh korelasi dengan tingkat korelasi kuat sebesar = 0,737.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yang ingin dicapai adalah: untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT JE Meridien Hotel Sorong. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada responden. Proses penyebaran dan pengumpulan kuesioner dilakukan secara langsung di tempat yang menjadi obyek penelitian. Alasan menggunakan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden adalah agar peneliti dapat menghemat waktu, tenaga, dan biaya. Penggunaan metode tersebut juga diharapkan dapat mengungkap persepsi responden yang sebenarnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari : Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas. Besarnya kontribusi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT JE Meridien Hotel Sorong dimana diketahui koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,608 atau 60,8% Hal ini berarti bahwa pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT JE Meridien Hotel Sorong sebesar 60,8% sedangkan selebihnya yaitu 39,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The development of technology today is very advanced. In every field, it is very much in need of technology, especially information system technology. This must be balanced with the existence of an information system audit so that losses can be reduced. This study aims to determine the stock information system audit at PT.Semangat Sejahtera Bersama and Cobit 4.1 framework is only as a liaison between the stock information system audit. PT. SSB has implemented a stock information system at the Defined Process level. The results of processing the questionnaire found the average value for the PO and ME domains was 2.55 from the range of values ​​from 0 to 5. PT. SSB has implemented a good stock information system. From the results of the study found weaknesses in the PO6 sub-domain with an average value of 2.31 meaning that it is still at level 2 - Repeatable but Intuitive. The most fatal weakness is that the company has not been able to develop and maintain a framework that defines the company's overall approach to risk and which is in line with the stock information system, company risk and control framework environmental policies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cocoa bean fermentation on farmers' income in Wawonggole Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency. Determination of the location is done intentionally (purposive) on the basis of the consideration that the area is quite potential for agricultural development, especially cocoa. The population in this study were 78 farmers working on cocoa plants. Sampling is done by cluster random sampling, the population is grouped into 2 (two), namely farmers who carry out fermentation as many as 48 people and farmers who do not carry out fermentation as many as 30 people and each group randomly selected samples, the number of samples determined by using the Slopin formula at 10% accuracy, the number of samples taken was 32 people who carried out fermentation and 23 people who did not carry out fermentation. With the testing criteria, the F Test is used to determine whether the regressor variable has a real effect on the regression variable. Based on the results of the study shows that the production variable, the area of ​​arable land and the use of fermentation technology simultaneously (together) have a very real influence on farm income cocoa

Abstract

This study discusses the results of investigations into book selection research based on covers in children aged 3-12 years. The aim is to find out how verbal and visual modes are represented in children's book covers and identify whether they influence children's decisions to buy books. This research focuses on the identification of multimodality texts and visual modes in children's books "Words of Life" and "A Dash of Magic." The Multimodal Discourse Analysis Theory (MDA) by Kress and van Lueeween is applied by systematically describing the data found on the covers of children's books. Based on the analysis, it was found that there were three metafunctions found; representational, interactive, and compositional; each plays a certain role in the cover of this child's book. Moreover, research also shows that children aged 3-12 years buy books because they are interested in book covers, with 83.3% of children agreeing to buy books that have engaging titles, images, colors, and designs.

Abstract

Sayyed Hossein Nasr adalah seorang intelektual dan akademisi yang luar biasa. Sudah banyak karya-karya yang beliau ciptakan, mulai dari essay sampai buku-buku. Beliaupun mempunyai garis besar pemikiran yang beragam, Dalam tesis ini, penulis ingin sedikit ikut memperkenalkan dengan harapan bahwa bangunan pemikiran Islam memiliki dasar-dasar yang utuh dan komprehensif yang memiliki kesadaran akan keberadaan Tuhan namun juga memberikan apresiasi yang luas bagi umatnya untuk mengembangkan pemikiran dan ilmu pengetahuan. Dari bangunan yang memberikan rahmat bagi seluruh alam, pemikiran Islam diharapakan dapat meluruskan bagunan pemikiran Barat yang lemah dan cenderung menghasilkan kerusakan baik moral, lingkungan dan kekeringan spiritual. Seyyed Hossein Nasr juga menjelaskan tentang spiritual dalam pengertian sebagai suatu tradisi dalam artian pengetahuan suci yang bersumber dari Tuhan, dan disampaikan melalui utusannya (nabi) dan memiliki aturan yang hidup di dalam masyarakat sebagai suatu kebijaksanaan yang kekal dari Tuhan dan dimiliki oleh seluruh agama dan bangsa.
