Abstract

This study deals with compound words in the children’s books title. It aims to identify the element constructing of compound words, to classify types of those, to determine the meaning conveying in children’s books title, and to learn how compound words can help children in enriching vocabularies. The technique used in data collection was the documentation method with note-taking techniques. As a qualitative descriptive, this study applied the descriptive technique to analyze classified data. The result of this study indicate that: (1) compound word constructions might consist of a noun, verb, and adjective; (2) three types of compound words are found in children's book titles, namely endocentric compounds, copulative compounds, and exocentric compounds; (3) the construction bring new concepts into words; and (4) construction, free morpheme with a new concept of meaning, enriching children's knowledge of the words

Abstract

This research is the phenomenon specifically as happened to the students of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi Regency which is often found by students who ignore the five daily prayers. The formulation of the problem in this study is there a relationship between Learning Achievement in Fiqh Subjects with the implementation of Prayer at Third Class of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi District?. The method used in this study is a survey method with correlational analysis techniques, which is a study that aims to find the relationship or influence of two or more variables. The sample in the study were grade III students of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi Regency, amounting to 27 students. Based on the results of the study show there is a correlation between Learning Achievement in Fiqh Subjects with implementation of Prayer at third class of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi. It is shown that rxy = 0.591> rt (0.05) = 0, 444 and rxy = 0.591> rt (0.01) = 0.561. Thus there is a positive relationship between Learning Achievement in Jurisprudence Subjects with Implementation in Prayer for Third Class Students of Al-Fudhola MI Bekasi District is accepted or proven to be true.

Abstract

The research’s aim is to analyze the relationship between the leadership and the supervision toward the discipline of the employees in PT Superex Raya Tangerang. About 700 employees and selected randomly as the population of this research and for amount of 250 respondences as the sample of this research. The researcher used Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS 17) to find out the relationship between the leadership and the supervision toward the discipline of the employees in PT Superex Raya Tangerang. The result of the study shows that there is a significant relationship between the leadership and the supervision toward the discipline of the employees in PT Superex Raya Tangerang. It shows that good leadership and good supervision increase the discipline among the employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi profitabilitas pada perusahaan sektor yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah DER, CR dan TATO mempengaruhi ROA baik secara parsial atau simultan? Jumlah sampel adalah 10 perusahaan dengan data yang diproses pada tahun 2015-2019, sehingga total data adalah 50. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa data normal tidak memiliki multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas. , dan autokoleration. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda Y = - 7,888 - 0,068 X1 + 0,24 X2 + 14,533 X3 + e. Hasil uji faktor pertama adalah -0,2,534 <2,01174 tabel dan nilai sig 0,476> 0,05 pertanyaan DER tidak terbukti terhadap ROA. Variabel uji kedua menghasilkan 2,764> 2,01174 dan nilai signifikansi t 0,008 <0,05, variabel rasio efisiensi menghasilkan ROA. Tiga variabel ttet 5,791> ttabel 2,01174, nilai signifikansi t (0,000) <(0,05). Kedua kriteria menunjukkan TATO mempengaruhi ROA. Hasil pengujian fcount 14.705> ftable 3.20 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 <0,05 maka secara simultan mempengaruhi ROA.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui peranan media komunikasi sebagai sarana dalam menunjang publikasi informasi di Dinas Perindagkop dan UKM Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Dinas Perindagkop dan UKM Kota Tidore Kepulauan dengan memakai dua variable yaitu variabel bebas (Peranan Media Komunikasi) dan variable terkait (Publikasi Informasi). Sampel yang terdapat pada penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang yang terdiri dari seluruh pegawai secretariat Dinas perindagkop dan UKM Kota Tidore kepulauan. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan cara observasi, pembagian kuesioner, wawacara serta studi kepustakaan. Adapun tekhnik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptis kualitatif yang dibantu dengan tabel frekwensi. Rumusan yang disampaikan adalah P=F/Nx100.000 dimana P = Prosentase, F=frekuensi, dan N = Jumlah repotase. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan data-data penelitian lapangan menggambarkan bahwa peranan media komunikasi sebagai sarana dalam menunjang publikasi informasi di Dinas Perindagkop dan UKM Kota Tidore Kepulauan balum terlalu evektif. Ini dibuktikan bawa belum terdapat situs atau alamat e-mail untuk UKM tersendiri serta belum memiliki media cetak tersendiri seperti bulletin bulanan dan lain-lainnya.

Abstract

The process of developing the facilities and infrastructure of Soekarno-Hatta Airport, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) is committed to being responsible for the impacts that impact the community due to the policy of closing the M1 line. So the right strategy is needed to socialize the policy of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) before closing the M1 line with the aim that the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport facilities and infrastructure services can be maximized so that it becomes a convenient public facility and can trigger the attractiveness of domestic and international tourists to visit Indonesia through Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study stated that PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Public Relations in the effort of M1 Line Closure at Soekarno-Hatta Airport would be better if it focused on the social responsibility approach to all public affected by the closure and transfer of the M1 route of Soekarno-Hatta Airport . Because the demographic, geographical, and psychographic impact becomes a very big impact from the closure of the M1 path.

Abstract

Today the rapid development of information technology has a very important role for any company in preparing and processing data. Computer information technology of a set consisting of hardware and software for data processing which can provide any information required and will increase effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency of a company. CV. Cimanggis Jaya is a company range in the field of repair and maintenance services and trading motor vehicle spare parts of motorcycles and cars. In the purchase, calculation of purchases is manually so it can cause the occurrence of human errors. In search and checking data items takes a long time so it is not effective, and if the employee wants to make a purchase report often occur errors. These problems can be avoided by using a computerized system, by making a purchase application program that can speed in completing the work and the company produced accurate data at a faster time.

Abstract

Produksi ikan budidaya merupakan kegiatan membudidayakan ikan yang terus dipelihara sampai menghasilkan ikan yang baru tanpa diambil hasilnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat produksi budidaya ikan di Kelurahan Lambanapu Kecamatan Kambera Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan rancang banguncross sectional study. Lokasi penelitian di Kelurahan Lambanapu Kecamatan Kambera Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Populasi adalah semua petani pembudidayaan sebanyak 21 Kepala Keluarga, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yang semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 Kepala Keluarga. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa,petani yang membudidayakan ikan tidak mampu tumbuh kembang dengan baik berjumlah 7 (33,3%) sedangkan petani yang membudidayakan ikan dan mampu tumbuh kembang berjumlah 14 (66,7%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwaada pengaruh antara pengetahuan petani ikan (p=0,017), pendidikan petani ikan (p=0,025), pekerjaan petani ikan (p=0,017), dengan tingkat produksi petani ikan, namun hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara motivasi petani ikan (p=0,943) dan jumlah bibit ikan (p=0,743) dengan tingkat produksi petani ikan. Kata kunci: Faktor dan Produksi analisis

Abstract

The topic of discussion of mining crimes outside the permitted area is discussed to address issues related to corporate criminal liability in case Number: 1066 K / PID.SUS / 2017 for mining actions outside the mining business permit area. Research with issues of corporate criminal liability in case Number: 1066 K / PID.SUS / 2017 for mining activities outside the mining business permit area, the following conclusions are obtained:Whereas although a person (the company management) does not commit a criminal act himself and does not have an error in the ordinary sense, it can be accountable. Managers do, managers and corporations are criminally responsible for the actions that occur, namely the felling of trees in production forests for mining even though they are outside the permitted location.Mining outside the permitted area, which means the destruction of the forest and the environment has been damaged, therefore the perpetrators should be charged simultaneously so that criminal sanctions will be more severe and deterrent. In connection with the perpetrators of the crime as the main director, the sanctions imposed not only on the management but also on the corporation as additional crimes other than the main crime.

Abstract

Penyaluran kredit oleh Perbankan kepada UMKM di setiap daerah ditentukan oleh beberapa patokan, dimana salah satu patokan tersebut adalah evaluasi terhadap kelayakan UMKM yang akan diberikan kredit, kelayakan pemberian kredit secara umum dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan aspek 5 C, yang meliputi: character, capacity, capital, colleteral dan condition of economy. Dengan menggunakan analisis Cochran Q test, penelitian ini mencoba mengidentifikasi Bank perkreditan rakyat (BPR) yang ada di kota Batam berkaitan implementasi aspek 5C pada penyaluran kredit UMKM Di kota Batam serta mengidentifikasi variabel 5C mana yang paling dominan sebagai penentu dalam penyaluran kredit UMKM di kota Batam. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Adanya Implementasi untuk seluruh variabel 5C pada penyaluran kredit Perbankan di kota Batam serta Itikad dan tanggung jawab serta Komitmen pembayaran merupakan Informasi awal karakter UMKM yang dapat menerima penyaluran kredit perbankan sebagai sarana untuk pembinaan UMKM dalam pengajuan kredit usaha perbankan di Kota Batam.
