Abstract

This study aims to determine the gap between the expectations and challenges of tourists who come to Dago Pojok Creative Village in Bandung, so that all stakeholders involved can increase the value of tourism products in Dago Pojok Creative Village in Bandung. The research method in this study uses the Importance-Performance Analysis method. The sample in this study were tourists who visited the Dago Pojok Creative Village in Bandung as many as 100 people. From the research results obtained from the research results obtained from the expectations and assessments submitted for Dago Pojok Creative Village, with an average value of 4.64 expectations while the performance received by tourists with an average value of 3.78. Dago Pojok Bandung City still has not provided an average rating of expectations that is greater than the expectations of tourists towards the Creative Village. However, Quadrant B attributes that have been implemented well by the manager of Dago Pojok Creative Village Bandung City Item 2, namely the design of building murals, Item 3 is the design of the art performance space, Item 6 is a source of information obtained after searching the art. and Item 10, the Athmosphere in Dago Pojok Creative Village in Bandung.

Abstract

In the development of technology and resources today, humans are required to be able to compete because of the importance of the role of human resources in every activity of the organization. One aspect that influences achieving high performance in self-age is motivation, because it is condition that moves people to a goal. Formulation of the problem, is there relationship between work motivation and employee performance. The methode use in this study is observation, questionaire and literature study to collect quantitative data of 25 employees and eachrespondent’s answer was measured using a likert scale. This study use formula of validity and reliability, pearson product moment correlation consist of Correlation Coefficient and Determination Coefficient and Regression Equation using SPSS version 21. The results of this study based on the analysis performed,the value of Correlation Coefficient is 0,808 meaning motivation has relationship strong and positive performance of employees at PT ASABRI (persero) Jakarta, while the resultof the co efficient of determinationof 65,2% and the remaining 34,8% influenced by other factors. H acyl Regression Equations amounting to Y = 17,806+1,103 X means that each addition of 1 time motivation will increase performance by 1,103 and vice versa, if motivation decrease once, the performanceis predicted to decrease by 1,103

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyesuaian diri siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan bimbingan sosial serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh signifikan bimbingan sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Palu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Palu yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 tahap. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diolah dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, penyesuaian diri siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 84%, sedangkan hasil analisi inferensial menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 7,731 > 1,711, maka Ho yang menyatakan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan bimbingan sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa ditolak. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu ada pengaruh signifikan bimbingan sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Palu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the Effect of Training, Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Bank of Southeast Sulawesi Unaaha Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. The Unaaha Branch of the Southeast Sulawesi Bank totaling 31 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of respondents is 31 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of training, compensation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work performance, while the work culture variable has a negative and not significant effect on work performance.

Abstract

Peningkatan / perkembangan pembangunan ekonomi telah menyebabkan munculnya banyak perusahaan baik di bidang perdagangan maupun lainnya yang mengalami masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan populasi 11 perusahaan dagang dengan sampel 9 perusahaan ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan diproses oleh uji normalitas. uji-t, uji-F, dan uji koefisien determinasi menggunakan SPSS 23.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 0,019-0,000X1-0,012X2 yang diperoleh variabel bebas, yaitu cash turnover memiliki nilai signifikan 0,976 yang tidak signifikan dengan 0,05. Dan perputaran piutang juga memiliki nilai signifikan 0,044 yang berarti signifikan dengan 0,05 T-test variabel pergantian kas yang diperoleh sig = 0,976 <0,05 berarti bahwa perputaran kas tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap profitabilitas sedangkan perputaran piutang diperoleh sig = 0,044> 0,05 (5 %) berarti bahwa perputaran piutang secara statistik signifikan. F-test menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,002 <0,05, yang berarti bahwa perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang secara simultan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas atau hipotesis yang diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Interaksi Simbolik (Symbolic Interactionism) untuk melihat upaya pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Darut Tafsir menangkal paham radikalisme keagamaan melalui komunikasi interpersonal kepada santri. Penelitian diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara bersama Pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Darut Tafsir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Darut Tafsir memberikan pemahaman terkait makna Jihad kepada santri-santrinya dan menanamkan rasa cinta tanah air dan kebhinekaan guna menangkal paham radikalisme serta mengajarkan santri untuk saling menyayangi dan menghormati dengan sesama.

Abstract

Terpenuhinya kebutuhan air bersih merupakan salah satu indikator dari tingkat kualitas hidup manusia di suatu daerah. Menyikapi hal tersebut maka perlu adanya analisa mengenai kuantitas air baku yang digunakan oleh PDAM Kota Dumai yang diharapkan dapat mendukung program PDAM bersama Pemerintah Kota Dumai dalam mengoptimalkan sumber air baku eksisting. Metode pengukuran debit dengan menggunakan pelampung pada prinsipnya sama dengan metode Current meter, hanya saja kecepatan aliran diukur dengan menggunakan pelampung. Sebagai kajian sumber air baku direncanakan panjang aliran saat pengukuran kecepatan aliran adalah 10 meter sementara lebar penampang adalah 32 meter dan rata-rata kedalaman sungai adalah 1,349 meter. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kecepatan aliran sebesar 0,33 meter/detik sehingga debit aliran Sungai Mesjid pada saat pengukuran sebesar 14.245 liter/detik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan: (1) proses peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks anekdot siswa, (2) hasil peningkatan keterampilan menulis esai siswa kelas X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data kualitatif berupa lembar observasi, catatan lapangan dan data kuantitatif berupa dari tes unjuk kerja. Temuan penelitian terhadap proses peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks anekdot melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif JIGSAW siswa kelas X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi terlaksana dengan baik. Rata-rata hasil tes mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan, yaitu rata-rata pada prasiklus 60, pada siklus I 78, dan pada siklus II 92,2. Abstract

SMP Islam Tarbiyyatul Falah is a private educational institution under the auspices of Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyyatul Falah Al-Afandiyah Foundation. Commitment to print students with character, competence, faith and excellence in achievement encourages this educational institution to be more effective and efficient in building communication relation with parents so that student education success can be achieved. But communication between the school and parents is still limited and less efficient, especially for parents of students who are outside the area / city whose children live boarding school. Therefore, by utilizing the progress of information technology that has developed rapidly, SMP Islam Tarbiyyatul Falah initiative to create a dynamic information system and able to represent the academic value of the students so that parents can easily monitor the achievements of his son's academic. The system to be developed is a WEB-based application that uses the waterfall model, starting with the needs analysis, system design and implementation. The tools needed in designing this application are: PHP as scripting language, Apache as web server and MySQL as database processor. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the system produced is able to facilitate the parent's students in viewing the student's value such as task score, daily test score, UTS score, and UAS score. In addition, parents can channel the criticism and suggestions through this application easily and can be done anytime, not necessarily in the meeting of parents or other meetings
