Abstract

Serasi Autoraya in its office activities require Travel Service Orders (SPPD), which is a letter of introduction made when the employee will travel to a certain city service. In the making is still using the Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications which must be edited every time a travel trip. In addition SPPD makers must search for data of each employee who will travel on a Microsoft Excel trip. In the manufacture of SPPD that there are currently encountered many shortcomings that must be faced as the occurrence of typing errors in input data so that the manufacture of SPPD done repeatedly. This results in a large amount of paper being wasted, otherwise the time taken becomes longer.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce some of the learning media language card in introducing the rule of Indonesian Language for FIP UMJ Kindergarten. The kind of this research is Research and Development which is using a research procedure from Borg and Gall. The research using 7 of 10 Borg and Gall steps, i.e.: early stage of collecting the data, planning stage, early stage of product designing, product experiment stage, product revision from the media and material expert stage, the field test stage, and conlusion of the product stage. The subject of this research is the students of FIP UMJ Kindergarten. The method of Data Analysis is using decriptive qualitative approach and descriptive quantitative percentage.The result of research and development for language cards has been categorized with 81% level of eligibility. The level of egibility from media aspect is 82%, at the same time the level of egibility from material expert is 91%. The whole result of this language card has been declared feasible to be used for Indonesian language learning media in determine young learner speaking attitude after passing the experiment phase with the very good feasibility category.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the correlation between Self-Regulated Learning Strategies (SRLS) and Students’ English Achievement. The knowledge and application of SRLS will significantly influence learners academic achievement due to their autonomously participation and involvement in regulating their own learning. Research methodology used is descriptive quantitative study with 100 participants from grade first high school students, collected using random sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and English proficiency test. The result of this study shows that there is positive correlation between SRLS and Students’ English Achievement. Students who have better knowledge and use SRLS in their study are getting better achievement in English test because of their responsibility in learning. The refore, it is important for teachers to apply SRLS in the teaching and learning process to increase and foster the students’ implementation of SRLS in their learning.

Abstract

Tax revenue is the main thing. With the existence of this tax amnesty program, it is expected that each layer can be used for good tax and tax governance programs for the tax directorate general. The type of research used is descriptive research, in the form of words or verbal from people. To analyze the implementation of tax amnesty in Indonesia a qualitative method with a descriptive exploratory approach is used. To clarify the description of the opportunities, challenges and weaknesses of the implementation of tax amnesty in Indonesia. SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats).

Abstract

Policy of local government organization Restructuring as part of effort of reform administration have been done by local government of Tidore city Archipelago specifying By Law of Number 20 in 2006 about Change for By Law of Number 5 in 2005 About Organization and Administration at Secretariat of Tidore city Archipelago and Secretariat of parliament of Tidore city Archipelago.The Method used in this research is descriptive method qualitative as a mean to study, analyzing and giving meaning to policy of organization restructuring of local government in Secretariat Area of Tidore City Archipelago.The theory of Policy public used relate at view of Carl Friedrich and James E. Anderson. While theory of organization restructuring relate at view Mintzberg.Base on the result of research expression that local Government Tidore city Archipelago in practice the government management interpret organization restructuring is equal to addition of organization chart which there have. The mentioned happened because organization restructuring of Secretariat Area of Tidore City Archipelago do not only have base to requirement to reach organizational mission and vision, however is oftentimes happened by the existence intervence various importance from all perpetrator and also stakeholders of area institute, bearing organization peripheral of more area have the character of compromises, so that the organization become less be effective and efficient if is it evaluated from organization principles.

Abstract

The development of wireless technology is currently so fast, every communication device such as smartphones, tablets, and portable computers supports the wireless technology. It's no stranger when somewhere provides wireless networks especially if the wireless network is connected to the internet network. If the wireless network has been formed then the next problem is how the network can cover all areas or places that exist, then what about the security system, whether the wireless network is already safe than the stylists. Then, whether the administrator can look at controlling the activities of users, and what if there are two or more places with different areas but want to make the administrator centrally. By using CAPsMAN which is synergized with Userman and Radius Server using the Extended Service Set topology and connecting between regions via VPN, this wireless network will be controlled, monitored and configured centrally, bringing Authentication, Authorized and Accounting features in userman to make the network usable using an account By itself, using a VPN for interconnection ensures that account usage can be done using the same account, and applying an extended service set topology can produce a stable network without interrupted interruptions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in the ability of Asahan University Semester I students in understanding the short story flow after participating in learning that is designed with the technique of rearranging flow visualization in learning after participating in learning with the technique of rearranging flow visualization. Through this research, students are expected to be able to understand the storyline well. In this classroom action research, students are said to be successful in learning if they have reached the classical learning completeness value of 75. The subject of this study is the Asahan University Semester I student. The research design used was the design of Class Action Research conducted in two cycles. Research data collection uses test techniques. The results of this study are that there is an increase in students' ability to understand the short story flow in students of Asahan University Semester I starting from cycle I and cycle II. Student grades increased from 77.72 to 84.39. This means an increase of 06.67%. The test results understand the short story flow of cycle I with an average value reaching 77.72 included in the sufficient category because it is in the range of 61-75. The test results understand the short story flow in cycle II obtained an average value of 84.39. Based on these data it can be seen that the average value is included in the good category which is in the range between 76-90. The achievement of the score means that it has fulfilled and even exceeded the set target and an increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial capabilities of the Majene Regency government in 2014-2017, measured by the level of regional independence, the level of fiscal decentralization, the level of effectiveness of financial management and analysis of regional revenue and expenditure. The results of this study indicate that the financial capacity of Majene Regency in the 2014-2017 fiscal year was measured based on financial independence ratio, included in the criteria of regions with a very low level of independence. This is what causes the level of regional dependency to be very high, so that by itself the level of fiscal decentralization is also included in very less criteria. However, the effectiveness of revenues in Majene Regency has been quite effective, and must be continually improved so that it can reduce the financial dependence of Majene Regency on the central government. The financial capacity of Majene Regency in this case the level of regional independence and the level of fiscal decentralization will be even better if the Majene Regency government can increase the percentage of Regional Original Revenue revenues.

Abstract

Television or what is often called TV is one of the mass media that is very influential on society. One of the television stations that developed in Indonesia in 2015 is NET. NET. has a news program called NET. 86. The .NET program. 86 is a program cooperating with the Police to showcase the duties and humanist side of the police. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Impression Net 86 on Polri image. This research is a quantitative research using survey method with audience population domiciled in Bandung amounted to 100 people. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling that is purposive sampling technique. This research uses simple regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that Impressions Net 86 significant effect on Polri image.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of math students grade VI MIN Kisaran through the model of learning examples non examples, especially on the material wake flat. The type of this research is the research will not class (PTK) done in 4 stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The study was conducted in 2 cycles with the object of the study of all students of class VI MIN Range year 2015/2016 which amounted to 40 students. The results showed that the model of learning examples non examples in improving students' understanding of the concept of mathematics lessons. Based on the results of the test cycle 1 results 40 students there are 27 people (67.5%) while 13 students (32.5%) has not reached mastery. While the second cycle of the results of 40 students there are 35 students (87.5%) who have (37.5%) have not reached learning mastery. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that through the model lesson examples non examples can improve mathematics learning outcomes of grade VI students MIN Kisaran especially in the material wake flat.
