Abstract

Angkutan Agung is a company engaged in expedition, which employs many employees, the employee payroll system is still used manually by writing in a record book. This manual system will invite errors therefore there is a need for a solution that is used to overcome the accuracy in payroll because in order to avoid errors in recording or recapping salaries. Therefore, a computerized system is needed in order to provide information to employees and other parties appropriately, quickly and accurately, based on the description above, the writer is interested in making an object-oriented payroll information system on CV Angkutan Agung. This system is made using object-oriented methodology with UML tools (Unified Modeling language). The concept of data for ERD (entity relational diagram) and logical record structure (LRS) models. With the Java Netbeen.8.1 programming language and Mysql database. The results to be achieved from this study is that the employee salary calculation application can provide information in ease of presentation, improve performance and data processing to be better, more precise, fast, and accurate, and accelerate in making employee salary reports.

Abstract

Abstract Compensation should not be ignored if the company wants qualified and highly motivated employees. This research uses observation method, questionnaire method and literature study method by using quantitative descriptive. Data analysis used is correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and regression equation with calculation using SPSS version 21 program application. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling of 37 respondents in PT Gracia Utamajaya Semarang. The results of this study indicate that the compensation positive relationship on employee motivation with the correlation coefficient of 0.761 is included in the strong category. While the effect of compensation with motivation obtained by 57.9% the rest influenced by other factors, while the test results of regression equation obtained value Y = 14.824 + 0.632X identifies that if no compensation done by the company, the motivation will be 14.824 units. And vice versa if the compensation of 0.632 states that each addition of 1 unit of compensation will increase employee work motivation of 0.632.

Abstract

Research problemis in using the language we have to see the context or situation. If the formal situation we use the Indonesian language and if the situation is not formal we may use local language or the other. Mixed code is the use of two or more languages ​​in a conversation. The trial is one of the official situations, so the language used is Indonesian. But sometimes in the trial process, this code mix is ​​very common. Based on observations and observations of researchers when the trial took place in court found mixed code. Based on this background, the author is interested and interested to examine the mixed language code trial in Payakumbuh district court. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of mixed language code trial in Payakumbuh District Court.

Abstract

Based on survey from UNESCO in 2015 has shown the reading interest of Indonesian people just meet 0,001 percent or from 1000 peoples, only 1 people of Indonesian who active like to read. This problem also bring Indonesia in 2016 had been declared as 60th ranked from 61countries about the reading interest or in other words, Indonesia were in bottom two toward reading interest. Reading preference appears because of many factors, such as from environment, families, school, access and others. That’s why, Kompas Gramedia Group as a mass media company initiative to create CSR Program “Nusantara Literacy Movement” #IamReading. This CSR program has variant sub activities such as Book ATM, Books Donation and Mobile Library where supported by Literacy Communities and PT Pos Indonesia. Research Methodology: Descriptive Qualitative by Observations, Interviews, Study of Literature and Documentation. Summary: CSR Program of Kompas Gramedia Group with named “Gerakan Literasi Nusantara” succeed to keep good image of company and got positive responses.

Abstract

This study will explain the linkage between several variables through hypothesis testing or explanatory research. The results showed that (1) Emotional Intelligence (X1) had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance at Tidore City Public Hospital, the result of this research meant that with the Emotional Intelligence, the nurse was able to give positive contribution to the patient at Tidore City General Hospital Island. (2) and Spiritual Intelligence (X2) have a positive and significant effect on nurse's performance at Tidore Islands Public Hospital, the result of this research means that nurses do not have the ability in spiritual indicator that responsibility, confidence, justice and social awareness means that Spiritual Intelligence hence increased performance of nurse. (3) Emotional Intelligence (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) positive partially and simultaneously affect the Performance Nurse (Y) At Tidore Islands General Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Skill of Writing Short Stories Using The Student Group Method Class IX SMP Negeri 3 District Harau District Lima Puluh city. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive method. The research population of students of class IX, amounting to 154 students. Sampling through cluster random sampling technique and selected class IX.1 which amounted to 22 students. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the Skill of Writing Short story Using Class Sharing Method Class IX SMP Negeri 3 District Harau District Lima Puluh City in general with average value 84 with good qualification. The writing skills of the short stories in terms of the three indicators are: (1) the intrinsic element of the short story is 92 with excellent qualification, (2) the capitalization is 72.72 with the qualification is almost enough, and (3) the use of punctuation is 87,5 with excellent qualifications, So, it can be concluded that the application of a good grouping method for students' short story writing skills.

Abstract

Media use of letters has been known in human civilization for a long time. A letter is a means for delivering information in the form of a written statement to another party both on its own behalf (personal) and because of an official. The position of the letter can be said as a representation in the form of an expression or statement from the sender in communicating the matter conveyed. In brief, it can be stated that the letter is an important communication tool in the administration of work. Continuous correspondence relations, it is common for this activity to be referred to as correspondence or correspondence. the handling of correspondence activities both in the incoming letter and in the outgoing letter in the form of an effort to receive letters, grouping letters, directing letters and the process of efforts to record letters, distribute letters and send letters. The findings of the secretary's assignment in handling incoming letters and outgoing letters are found to be facts. Management of incoming letters has not been optimal and the outgoing mail has not been running optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of family awareness of nutrition behavior with the occurrence of Stuting in children under five in Sorkam District, Aek Raso Village, Tapanuli Tengah Regency, 2016. The results showed that the majority of respondents had nutritional conscious behavior as many as 71 people (65.1%), the majority of respondents did not experience stunting (normal) as many as 106 people (97.2%). As a conclusion from this study, there is a correlation between the behavior of the family aware of nutrition and the occurrence of Stunting in children under five where from the Chi Square test results obtained X2 count of 5.764> X2 tables of 3.841. It is recommended that respondents pay attention to nutritional awareness (routine weighing of toddlers at the posyandu, application of exclusive breastfeeding, varied eating, use of iodized salt, and nutritional supplements to children under five) so that there are no nutritional problems in the form of stunting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the try out correlation and computer-based national exams on the mental attitude of MTS Al-Makmur Parungpanjang students. Knowing the correlation relationship try out to the mental attitude of students. Knowing the correlation of computer-based national exam correlation to students' mental attitude The research method used is the method of observation or survey. The sample is 30 students randomly selected from all class IX students, amounting to 300 students at MTs Al-Makmur Parungpanjang. Data collection was carried out by interview techniques, direct observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis using simple correlation and multiple correlation methods. The statistical test used t test and F test, this study was conducted on March 5, 2018 to April 7 2018. The results showed that the simultaneous try out and national exams gave a positive and significant effect on students' mental readiness at MTs Al-Makmur Parungpanjang. The amount of contribution is 85.6% and the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other factors. While individually try out variable factors can influence the mental attitudes of students in MTs Al-Makmur Parungpanjang proved by using the t test and obtained results of tcount of 0.559 with a significance of 0.581, it can be said that the try out variable can not influence and significantly affect mental students, and individually the national exam variable factors can influence the mental attitudes of students in MTs Al-Makmur Parungpanjang proved by using the t test and obtained tcount of 1.863 with a significance of 0.023, it can be said that the national exam variables can affect and significantly affect the mentality of Al MTs Prosperous Parungpanjang.

Abstract

So far, people as users of goods and services often suffer losses both physically, morally and materially. Caused by the actions of Business Actors (PU) who commit fraud (fraud). The presence of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is a fruit of reform with the birth of Law No. 8 of 199 concerning Consumer Protection (UUPK). BPSK is the institution for resolving disputes about consumer demands on their rights. Another obstacle that often occurs is the low public awareness of choosing products that are categorized as authentic / original halal by competent parties such as the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). We know that Islamic religion encourages people to use halal products and stay away from non-halal products which has been stated in Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products. Then in the era of free trade, technical regulations relating to the circulation of goods and / or services imposed by a country must refer to and meet international standards. By meeting standards, local products are expected to be able to penetrate foreign markets with a higher level of competitiveness. In addition, the fulfillment of standards can also benefit consumers in terms of quality, competitive price of goods, and security of the use of goods that have met the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The purpose of this Community Service is to provide understanding to the people of Bungo District, especially among the younger generation (students / students) so that in the future be smart consumers in the face of increasing consumerism turmoil and invasion of foreign products in the world free market era and ASEAN economic community (MEA).
