Abstract

Service quality is closely related to customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can be achieved if customers get services that are in line with what is needed and expected. PT Lintas Timur Sejahtera North Jakarta is a company engaged in freight forwarding services. To maintain and increase customer satisfaction every item is sent immediately so that it is timely to the destination for customer satisfaction. Thus the expected service quality that has been given has an effect on increasing customer satisfaction. To determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Lintas Timur Sejahtera, North Jakarta, the authors conducted a Quantitative method. How to get Observation, Interview, Questionnaire data with valid and reliable conditions and Documentation Study. Based on the results of the Correlation Coefficient Test between the Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction gives a coefficient of 0.831 it can be concluded that the relationship between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction is very strong. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient, the percentage of contribution to the influence of Service Quality variable on Customer Satisfaction 69%. Based on the Regression Equation Test obtained by value t count> t table (7,907> 2,048) and significance <0,05 (0,000 <0,05), it can be concluded that Service Quality influences Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Catholicism by using Bible comics. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles using the spiral method developed by Kemmis and Tagart in class III students conducted at the Lisbon SDInpres. From the Classroom Action Research (CAR) activities, it is known that the research subjects (class III students) obtain improved learning outcomes. In the first cycle, the implementation of which was carried out conventionally, the average learning outcomes only reached 68.39 (under the KKM). Whereas in the second cycle, the learning action was carried out using the media 'Bible Comics', the average reached 86.10 or up 17.71 from the cycle I. The conclusion of this study is that the use of 'Bible Comics' media learning can improve learning outcomes better .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teaching methods and learning motivation toward math skills. This research was conducted at SDN 03 Pagi Cipayung, Cipayung subdistrict of East Jakarta on class V first semester. using cluster random sampling. Data were collected through tests and analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a two-way design treatments by level 2 x 2. The ruesults showed that: (1) the ability of the students are taught mathematics teaching methods higher than students taught using expository method, (2) there is an interaction effect between teaching methods and learning motivation toward math skills, (3) for students who have high learning motivation , mathematical skills of students who are taught using methods of learning while playing higher than students taught using expository method, (4) for students who have low learning motivation, students are taught using methods of learning while playing lower than students taught using methods espositori.

Abstract

The purpose of applying the play model in the coastal environment is students who are involved in learning activities and encourage students to be more creative, fostering confidence in learning. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Paga, Paga Subdistrict, Sikka Regency, with the research subjects being VIIIA class students who studied 21 students. The researcher acts as an observer. Data collection is done by observation, tests and questionnaires. To analyze qualitative data used observation sheet of student activities and questionnaires used to determine student responses, while for quantitative data using tests, in order to find out student learning outcomes. Classroom Action Research (CAR) consists of 2 cycles with the same subject matter, where each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. Student learning outcomes showed a fairly good increase seen from the average student learning outcomes each cycle. The average student learning outcomes in cycle I is 7.80 and cycle II is 8. This is supported again by the observation of students which increases student activity significantly and student responses to the application of the method of playing in the coastal environment with discussion of cycle 1 64.86% and cycle 2 92.43%.

Abstract

Program of D’Academy 2 Indosiar is a talent search competition in television to produce qualified super star of “Dangdut” Singer. Appearance of Evi – Masamba in this contest and her victory to be the first winner being own phenomenal to the society. Her uncommercial face and black skin would be caused of underestimate things in our society to choose Evi to be the winner. But as time goes by, the quality of inner and her humility have killed down all stigma. Mutual hard work from the indosiar’s production team and commentator have succeed to construct new image of Evi to be beautiful, exotic and international looked singer. This program was broadcasted minimum 180 minutes and maximum 270 minutes to the audiences every Monday to Friday. Approaching to the final session, this program was broadcasted minimum 360 minutes and maximum 390 minutes to the audiences every Friday. Research Methodology : Descriptive Qualitative by Phenomenology Approached. Conclusion : Program of D’Academy 2 Indosiar has succeed to construct new image of Evi to be Beautiful Dangdut Singer, popular, humbled, fashionable, and qualified in “rock” voice identity. Then, solidarity of youngster spirit from Masamba Teenager were raising up to support Evi by their own fan base. Masamba-South Sulawesi being famous district that Indonesia Government exploring for potential tourism object recently.

Abstract

The judge has independent authority in giving decisions on court cases and rights granted by law. In the case of a criminal act, the legal process cannot be separated from the matter to be taken into consideration, namely the purpose or reason for spending in a criminal case. The reason for crime is always questioned by law enforcers (judges) in the process of proof, consideration and imposition of decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve that the use of map and globe media can improve the learning activeness of Grade VI students at SD Negeri Napungbiri Pante in the academic year 2017/2018. Data collection techniques using the method of interviews, observation, field notes and documentation. Based on the results of the study showed an increase in the activeness and learning outcomes of students in social studies learning. This can be seen from the activity of students in each cycle, the initial conditions were 32.72%, increased by 53.63% in the first cycle of the first cycle, increased by 82.72% in the first cycle of the second round. Then in Cycle II also experienced an increase in the first round of 86.16%, in the second round it increased 92.45%. And learning outcomes in the initial conditions 29.41% experienced an increase of 47.05% in the first cycle of the first round and 70.58% in the first cycle of the second round. Then in the first cycle of the second cycle 82.35%, increased to 94.11% in the second cycle of the second round. Thus, from this study, it can be concluded that the use of map and globe media can increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students in social studies learning in the sixth grade students of SD Negeri Napungbiri in the 2017/2018 Academic Year.

Abstract

Language used by humans to interact with each other so that language evolved in with the wearer’s cultural development. Like a human being to plan and create a culture of continuous, language as part of the culture also continues to grow as the dynamics of human cultural development. The method which used in data collection that is observation with tapping technique and listening attentively, involving, talking technique and also listening attentively, free involving talking technique, interview method was carried out in two ways namely unfocused interview and focused interview. Interview method to informant was carried out by using the concept of Spradley ethnographic questions. To analyze data was used concept of expression analysis, linguistic anthropology analysis and the concept of Dell Hymes through acronym of speaking. The results showed that the verbal expressions in Tumatenden dance consist of four parts, namely 1) part of meeting, 2) part of living together, 3)part of separation, and 4) part of meeting again, the nonverbal expressions consist of gestures and attributes that are imposed.The meeting is related to the cultural contexts that exist in Tonsea society.

Abstract

The objective is to test and analyze the influence of Capital struktur, Cash Flow and Liquidity on firm value of Sub Sektor Otomotif and Sub Sektor Tekstil companies found in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2013-2017. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, the type of research used is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is the causal reletionship. The method of selecting this research sample using a purposive sampling method. The results of this test indicate that capital struktur has a negative and significant effect on firm value and liquidity does not have a significant effect firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to explain and to prove the significan influence of partial between capitality structure , net profit margin, earning per share, and firm size to price book value (property business and real estate registered Indonesian stock exchange in 2014-2017) independent variable are debt to equity ratio (DER) is a calculation of capitality structure and net profit margin, earning per share and firm size while the dependent variable are price book value (PBV) which is a calculation of the value of the company. The sampling technique of research is purposive sampling has result 28 companies as research sample 48 companies. The data analysis method used the multiple linear.
