Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Time Budget Pressure, auditor experience and Audit Tenure both partially and simultaneosly to audit quality at public accounting firm of region medan city. The test use in the study is the survey method, the type of data studied is quantitative data, the populations of study are auditors who worked at public accounting firm of medan by confinient sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 80 and the result showed that partially and simultaneous the variable of Time Budget Pressure, auditor’s experience and Audit Tenure has significant effect on audit quality. The researcher suggests that for future research to be able to improve this research such as adding more variables and expanding the population.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the availability of facilities, comfort and service to interest in reading in the Kefamenanu Regional Public Library. This research was conducted at the Kefamenanu Regional Public Library. The sample determination technique uses the Slovin formula with a sample of 100 people. Analysis Method The data used are validity and reliability analysis, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression using SPSS 21 program. The results showed that based on the partial test (t test), the availability of facilities, convenience and services had an effect on reading interest in the City Public Library Kefamenanu. Simultaneously (F test), Availability of Facilities, Convenience and Services has an effect on Reading Interest with a significance of 0,000 <0,05.

Abstract

In this study, how to create an SMD resistor application that aims to help mobile phone technicians who experience problems in reading an SMD resistor value whose size is as large as fleas. This is because the SMD resistor has unique codes to determine the value of a component that is not easily memorized for mobile and computer repair technicians, thus influencing the effectiveness and speed of work of mobile phone technicians. For the tools used in making this application include the Indigo Eclipse, Android Windows SD, UML and Flowchart.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of education and competitiveness, information systems provide the most important role in the business world. The development of information technology has caused role changes from the role of efficiency and effectiveness to become strategic roles. The preparation of the IS / IT planning strategy is a step taken by a company that wants a better corporate environment in the future. In the case of building a computer-based information system, a business plan and process can be defined so that the flow of information between business processes can be clearly described. Cahaya Sakti Foundation is an institute in the field of education. The writer uses the Business System Planning method which consists of four steps, namely defining Business Objectives, defining Business Processes, defining Data Classes and determining Information Architecture. The results of this research are information architecture where the aim is to integrate information needs, information components and supporting technologies, the final results of which are made of information architecture priorities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; 1) Large use value, non-use value, and natural resource option value in the Tiworo watershed area; and 2) What is the total economic value generated in the Tiworo watershed area. The analysis technique used in this study consists of two, namely descriptive qualitative analysis (qualitative descriptive) and quantitative research. Quantitative analysis was carried out using the model: Productivity Method for Economic Value of Natural Resources in the Tiworo Watershed; Water residual value is done to estimate the economic value of water resources in the Tiworo watershed; and the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) for Determining Tourism PAPs. The results of the study also show that the existing resources in the Tiworo watershed area are; a) Agriculture and plantations; b) Freshwater fisheries, c) Forestry; and d) Ecotourism. Based on the results of the valuation of the SDA Economy in the Tiworo watershed, use value is Rp. 459,563,876,989. Non-use value is Rp. 11,424,525,000. thus, a total economic value of Rp. 470,988,401,989 was obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal application of child offenders in conflict with the law at the level of investigation, prosecution and trial in the Unaaha District Court and what are the legal consequences if a child offender is in conflict with the law if not accompanied by a legal advisor in a Case Study Number 8 / Pid.Sus-Anak / 2017 / PN. This research is a normative legal research that is perspective with a legislative approach and a case approach. The type of data used is secondary data. Secondary data sources used include primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Data collection techniques used are literature study techniques. The analysis technique used in this study is a syllogism method that uses deductive thinking patterns. The results of this study indicate that the Child Criminal Justice System Law requires mentoring legal counsel by looking at the subject of the perpetrator, which means that all children in conflict with the law with any indictment must be accompanied by advocates or other legal aid providers. law if it is not fulfilled. Law No. 11 of 2012 has closed the gap for judges / judges to examine cases of child defendants who are not being accompanied by lawyers or other legal aid providers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine (1) Farmers Cosmopolitan Management of farm and (2) related cosmopolitan farmers with management farm of lowland rice in Lamooso Village. The observed variables is farmers cosmopolitan and management of lowland rice farming. The population in this research was farmers amounted to 209 people, were taken simple random sampling with the determination of total sample of 31 people. the data that was obtained in quantitative analysis. The result showed that: (1) cosmopolitan farmers classified in the high category (2) management of lowland rice classified in the category of being and (3) farmers cosmopolitan in the case of, contact the extension, reading bulletin or magazine agriculture, listening to radio or watching television are significant correlation with management of lowland rice farming in Lamooso Village sub-district Angata, Regency South Konawe Rigency.

Abstract

This study shows that the effect of compensation, expertise, motivation, and work discipline on the work performance of NGO employees synthesizing the konawe branch of Bantesa unit is highly expected so that more workers have high performance, the overall productivity of the organization will increase so that it can survive in global competition. employees are required to be able to complete their duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Employee success can be measured through customer satisfaction, reduced number of complaints and optimal target achievement. The performance of employees at LPSM Synthesis can also be measured through the completion of their tasks effectively and efficiently and perform their roles and functions and all of them are linearly related and positively related to the success of a company. Based on the results of the Influence research given the four independent variables are positive, meaning that the better compensation, expertise, motivation, and work discipline will result in the better work performance of the employees produced. The Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance at the Bantesa Branch Konawe Synthesis Lsm office. This means that the better the compensation, the better the work performance of employees.

Abstract

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of product attributes and promotion mix on softex sanitary buying interest in Blok M Mall, South Jakarta. The aim is to find out the factors that influence consumer buying interest. Because at this time the increasingly fierce product competition in the sanitary napkin business, with the emergence of new brands. The analytical method used is research The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was the simple random sampling method, which is a sampling technique that was randomly random sampling, the number of respondents was 150 people. Data collection by observation, documentation and questionnaire. Testing indicators or questionnaires from calculations using SPSS 20. From the results of the analysis there is a significant effect between product attributes and promotion mix on buying interest. The results of this study indicate that product attributes and promotion mix of positive relations to buying interest with multiple correlation analysis coefficients indicate the Adjusted R Square number of 0.851 this means 85.1% from consumer buying interest can be explained by the variation of the two independent variables namely product attributes and promotion mix, while the remaining 14.9% consumer buying interest is influenced by other variables.
