Abstract

Implementing policies entails taking action on the part of the public or private sectors to accomplish the goals outlined in earlier policy choices. One social project in the sphere of education that aims to assist impoverished people in participating in school is the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP). Using the theories of G. Shabbir Cheema and Dennis A. Rondinelli—which take organizational resources, interorganizational relationships, environmental conditions, and the traits or skills of implementing agents—this study seeks to assess the Smart Indonesia Program's implementation in Serang City. Qualitative research methodologies and literature reviews were employed in this study. In literature research, data and information are gathered from a variety of library sources, including reference books, articles, journals, memos, and prior research findings that are pertinent to the kind of study being done. To solve the issues at hand, data collecting, processing, and reasoning tasks are methodically carried out utilizing particular approaches or strategies. Qualitative research uses a variety of current techniques and is carried out in a natural environment with the goal of interpreting the phenomena that occur. The study's is findings demonstrated that, despite certain ongoing challenges, the Smart Indonesia Program's implementation in Serang City has been doing smoothly.

Abstract

Abstract— Indonesia as an independent country, free from the shackles of colonialism, makes this the momentum of Indonesia's independence day. Every year Indonesian people celebrate independence by holding competitions as a tradition to commemorate the services of the heroes. In this momentum, community solidarity becomes stronger, working with each other indirectly, which is different from normal days. This research aims to answer the basis of their solidarity, with social analysis. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by exploring data through books, articles, journals and the internet.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), has changed the way children interact with the world. The current digital era brings many opportunities, but also challenges, such as mental health risks and difficulties in social development. Therefore, parents need to adopt a relevant parenting approach. This study aims to explore the application of the Gentle Parenting parenting model in a digital context. This study uses the literature review method. This study shows that the application of the Gentle Parenting parenting pattern in the digital era, especially in the artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem, provides an effective approach for parents in facing increasingly complex technological challenges. With an emphasis on the principles of empathy, open communication, and setting clear boundaries, Gentle Parenting not only helps children use technology wisely but also supports healthy emotional and social development.

Abstract

The research in this thesis aims to determine whether there is an effective use of the @ngawikab Instagram account as a medium of communication with the people of Ngawi Regency. The theory in this thesis research uses the Theory of Uses and Effects and Effectiveness. The theory that relates between users, media, audience and effects (Rohim, 2009). The measure of effectiveness is seen from the level of intensity and satisfaction as well asthe communication that occurs (Sudarwan Danim, 2004). The method used in thisthesis research is a quantitative method. By using a questionnaire in data collection. In this thesis research also uses the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Based on the research that has been done, the researchers draw the conclusion that it can be said that the Instagram account @ngawikab is quite effective as a medium of communication with the people of Ngawi Regency based on 100 questionnaires that have been distributed to respondents, but in reality the Instagram account @ngawikab can be said to be less effective in the interaction is still a lot of posts that have no comments in the comments column and the number of likes also tends to be small compared to the number of followers. The value of the regression direction coefficient is 0.896, which means that it has an influence on the effectiveness of using the Instagram account @ngawikab by 65.5%.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled The Use of Social Capital and Its Relationship to Community Based Tourism (CBT) Tourism Village Development in Srambang Park, Girimulyo Village, Jogorogo District, Ngawi Regency in 2022. This research uses quantitative descriptive research procedures, namely research that aims to describe quickly characteristics of a person, condition or indication of a particular group or to determine the frequency of the presence of certain ties between an indication and other indications in society.  Methods of collecting information using the observation method, the questionnaire method, and the method of documentation.  The population of this research is Srambang Park tourism managers, village heads, village features, tourism awareness groups (POKDARWIS) and residents in Girimulyo Village, totaling 100 people. The results of this research show that social capital in Girimulyo Village has doubtful criteria, which means that social capital has not fully participated in the development of Srambang Park tourism. On the other hand, Community Based Tourism (CBT)-Based Tourism Village Development has doubtful criteria, which means that community involvement in the development of a tourist village is still not established in totality. This shows that the Social Capital of the Girimulyo Village residents has a weak bond with the Development of the Srambang Park Tourism Village.

Abstract

Untuk menanggulangi dampak dari virus Corona yang mengakibatkan menurunnya laju perkembanganekonomi secara nasional, pemerintah pusatmengeluarkan suatu regulasi tentang PEN (PemulihanEkonomi Nasional) dengan tujuan agar ekonomiIndonesia tidak semakin terpuruk. Kebijakan PEN diberikan kepada masyarakat dengan berbagai jenisprogram bantuan antara lain adalah BPNT (BantuanPangan Non Tunai) atau lebih dikenal di masyarakatprogram sembako, PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan), program bantuan non tunai Propinsi serta Kota atauKabupaten, BST (Bantuan Sosial Tunai) Kemensos, subsidi gaji bagi karyawan. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk mendeskripsikan Kebijakan PenyaluranBantuan Sosial Covid-19 di Kecamatan KartoharjoKota Madiun. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik deskriptifkuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Maksud dan tujuanpelaksanaan Kebijakan Penyaluran Bantuan LangsungTunai Daerah (BLTD) Covid-19 di KecamatanKartoharjo Kota Madiun dapat dikatakan baik. (2) Penerima Bantuan Sosial BLTD pada pelaksanaanKebijakan Penyaluran Bantuan Langsung TunaiDaerah (BLTD) Covid-19 di Kecamatan KartoharjoKota Madiun dapat dikatakan baik. (3) Mekanismepelaksanaan Kebijakan Penyaluran Bantuan LangsungTunai Daerah (BLTD) Covid-19 di KecamatanKartoharjo Kota Madiun dapat dikatakan baik. (4) Evaluasi dan pelaporan pelaksanaan KebijakanPenyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai Daerah (BLTD) Covid-19 di Kecamatan Kartoharjo Kota Madiundapat dikatakan baik. (5) Implementasi KebijakanPenyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai Daerah (BLTD) Covid-19 di Kecamatan Kartoharjo Kota Madiundapat dikategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Globalization has many impacts on everyone's life. Naturally, this has both positive and negative effects, more adverse consequences in the event that we don't respond carefully. Discipline and character play a crucial role in life. With the formation of a strong disciplined character, good human character is also created. Observations of junior high school students have revealed a number of extremely troubling character issues. This character weakness is most common among adolescents in their junior year of high school, when they are more likely to absorb negative influences from their developmental age. The purpose of this study is to determine how morning habituation activities at SMP Negeri 2 Sawit can shape students' attitudes toward discipline and behavior. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection process was carried out by interviews and direct observation of teachers and students at SMPN 2 Sawit. The results showed that from the process carried out in the formation of disciplinary character through habituation activities there was an increase in disciplinary character in students.

Abstract

The study is going to examine the social issues which are depicted by TV dramas from Korea depicting beauty's meaning. Researchers are able to identify signs through the scenes of a drama based on True Beauty. Roland Barthes is using the semantic theory in this case. The researcher uses a qualitative research approach with the Roland Barthes model of Semiotic analysis which divides the system of meaning into three.The first level of significance system is denotation, which means the real meaning. Second, Connotations are a secondary system of significance and dual meanings that derive from culture and experience. Third is the development of meaning through associations and explains how cultures perceive different aspects of reality. Based on the results of the analysis of scenes through the Korean drama series "True Beauty" totaling 16 Eps and researchers taking 15 Scenes, that the meaning of beauty in the Korean drama "True Beauty" is shown by physical beauty in terms of beautiful faces which are basically considered important in social life because it can give privileges to a woman.

Abstract

Child free is a choice of a person or couple not to have children or offspring for various reasons, child free itself is certainly chosen with various considerations such as, economic aspects, mental / health, and freedom, now in Indonesia child free has begun to be crowded and hot in the discussion, of course the choice not to have children will reap cons both from his family and his environment, we chose a theme entitled "Childfree by choice. Exploring motivations, challenges, and social perceptions, you try to explore what are their reasons and motivations for this child free view and choose it and what are the challenges and social perceptions that will occur this is what we will focus on in this article. We have seen several articles and journals about child free in several studies, and we used the SLR (Systematic Literature review) method from what we got Childfree is a life choice made for certain reasons. Although this view is contrary to social and religious values, the phenomenon of childfree is increasingly recognized and accepted by society. The decision to go childfree is considered to be a decision taken jointly by the couple and the parents of both parties. The reasons underlying this decision include concerns related to child development, personal, economic and environmental issues. Child free must be analyzed and understood more deeply as a choice that can be accounted for.
