Abstract

Poverty remains a pressing concern globally, and Indonesia is no exception. This study investigates the effectiveness of the Indonesian government's poverty alleviation efforts, focusing on the Conditional Cash Transfer (PKH) program, implemented since 2008. Employing a qualitative, descriptive research approach, data was gathered through interviews and literature studies. The research reveals that PKH assistance, provided in both cash and non-cash forms, has significantly contributed to improving economic, educational, and health aspects of beneficiary households. The disbursement, occurring four times annually through the Prosperous Family Card via Bank Himbara, involves a strategic allocation of Rp. 600,000 per installment. Financial resources and coordination emerge as crucial supporting factors, impacting the program's success. However, individual conflicts pose a challenge to PKH implementation, especially in cases where participants perceive themselves differently in terms of economic status. Understanding these dynamics is essential for optimizing poverty alleviation efforts in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is currently very rapid and has penetrated various fields of life. The utilization of technology and information in the field of government itself includes the use of the Integrated Dynamic Archival System (Srikandi) application. As a government unit, the Library and Archives Office of Madiun Regency also implements the SRIKANDI application in its administrative activities. This research explains how the use of technology and information, specifically the utilization of the Integrated Dynamic Archival System (Srikandi), is implemented at the Library and Archives Office of Madiun Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method, employing interviews and observations as tools to collect research data. The results of this study show that the utilization of the SRIKANDI application is carried out in every administrative activity, starting from the creation, storage, distribution, maintenance, and disposition of archives. In the process of creating outgoing letters, the Library and Archives Office of Madiun Regency uses the SRIKANDI application directly. The storage process for both incoming and outgoing letters is carried out using two methods: storing letters through the SRIKANDI application and manually. In the distribution process of outgoing letters, the Library and Archives Office of Madiun Regency uses the SRIKANDI application and WhatsApp. Furthermore, in the archive maintenance process, the Library and Archives Office of Madiun Regency does not yet have a system or flow for archiving because all archives have been entered into the National Data Center (PDN). In the disposition process, the Library and Archives Office of Madiun Regency conducts it directly using the SRIKANDI application. However, there are some obstacles in its implementation, including data loss, uneven application of the SRIKANDI application, and the absence of data backups.

Abstract

The case of land seizure by the Walinagari in Lubuk Ulang Aling, Sangir Batanghari District,South Solok Regency,reflect an agrarian conflict involving tensions between the local community and the local government.This conflict arose from a unilateral claim on the land belonging to H.Werhanudin,who holds a legal land certificate,by the Walinagari and several youth figures,under the pretext of serving the interests of the community.This action triggered riost and violence,including the assault of family members of the landowner.This conflict is analyzed through johan Galtung’ conflict theory,which distinguishes between direct violence,structural violence,and cultural violence.from this perspective,the land seizure exemplifies structual violence in society,where power imbalances and social injusties examplifies of power ineguality and unjust land management persist.A more comprehensive resolution reguires changes in social structures and agrarian laws that are more inclusive,as well as raising must addreas both scruactual violence and cultural violence to achieve a more equitel and sustainable justice system.

Abstract

Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus Mahasiswa Baru merupakan salah satu program penting di perguruan tinggi yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan mahasiswa pada lingkungan kampus dan nilai-nilai yang ada di dalamnya. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana nilai-nilai Pancasila diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengenalan kampus di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Surabaya tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yang mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan panitia dan mahasiswa baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Pancasila, seperti gotong royong, kerja sama, keadilan sosial, dan toleransi, tercermin dalam setiap aspek kegiatan. Selain itu, program ini juga berperan dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa yang lebih baik, yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang ada dalam Pancasila. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pendidikan Pancasila dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan langsung dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila kepada mahasiswa baru. Dengan menekankan pengalaman berbasis kegiatan interaktif, seperti kerja kelompok dan diskusi yang mendorong kolaborasi lintas budaya, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bagaimana program orientasi dapat membentuk pola pikir yang inklusif dan berwawasan kebangsaan. Observasi mendalam menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa tidak hanya memahami secara teori, tetapi juga mampu mempraktikkan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan kampus. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program serupa di perguruan tinggi lainnya.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya manusia merupakan makhluk sosial yang sebagian besar hidupnya bergantung pada orang lain. Peserta didik yang memiliki jiwa sosial yang tinggi akan lebih mudah bersosialisasi dan dihargai. Akan tetapi, nilai-nilai sosial tersebut mulai luntur. Kehidupan masyarakat saat ini cenderung bersifat individualis. Rasa kepedulian terhadap sesama semakin luntur. Oleh karena itu, pembentukan jiwa sosial yang tinggi perlu dilakukan melalui pengajaran dan penanaman nilai-nilai kepedulian sosial. Generasi Z atau penduduk asli era digital lahir di dunia digital dengan teknologi lengkap Personal Computer(PC), ponsel, perangkat gaming dan internet. Mereka menghabiskan waktu luang untuk menjelajahi web, lebih suka tinggal di dalam ruangan dan bermain online daripada pergi keluar dan bermain di luar ruangan Hal ini yang menjadikan generasi Z kurang peka terhadap lingkungan, individualis. metode penelitian ini Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian berdasarkan filsafat positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah (sebagai lawannya adalah eksperimen) dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci pengambilan sampel sumberdata dilakukan secara purposive ,teknik dengan pengumpulan triangulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif dan hasil penelitian kualitatif menekankan makna dari generalisasi Dalam hal ini, zakat berfungsi sebagai bentuk “solidaritas organik” yang mempererat hubungan antara masyarakat dari berbagai lapisan ekonomi, menciptakan rasa kepedulian sosial dan tanggung jawab. Keberadaan amil zilenial pada lembaga amil zakat sangat relevan dalam konteks masyarakat modern yang dinamis, di mana peran solidaritas sosial semakin dibutuhkan untuk mencapai harmoni dan kesejahteraan bersama.

Abstract

This article aims to conduct a conceptual review of the identity of diaspora religious communities. This study uses a literature review approach, to map (1) minority religious identities in new media; (2) opportunities and possibilities for the formation of imagined communities for minority religious groups through new media; and (4) diaspora spaces for minority religious communities in new media. This study confirms that these digital religious communities are formed as “imagined religious communities,” which are an opposition to conventional religion. Those who join these digital communities usually come from various social pressures in real (physical) space. They are digitally formed with an orientation to produce and maintain ‘religious/belief’ identities more freely. This study contributes theoretically to strengthening the literature related to diaspora religious identities in digital space.

Abstract

Good Governance is generally defined as the proper management of government based oncertain rules and fundamental principles. A "good" government in this context refers to one that adheresto the core principles of Good Governance, namely participation, rule of law, transparency, responsiveness,consensus orientation, equity, effectiveness and efficiency, accountability, strategic vision, and mutualopenness. Tangerang Live is a digital platform specifically created for the residents of Tangerang City withthe aim of enhancing their quality of life and overall welfare. This application offers various features suchas up-to-date information, public services, and interactive features that facilitate communication betweenthe public and the local government. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the implementationof the Tangerang Live application aligns with the principles of Good Governance. The research methodused is a literature review (library research) by collecting data and information from theoretical literature,e-journals, and relevant books related to the topic of study. The results indicate that the implementation ofthe Tangerang Live application in improving public services in Tangerang City has generally beensuccessful and reflects several principles of Good Governance. However, there are still a number ofchallenges that need to be addressed to ensure the platform's optimal and sustainable performance.
