Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) is one important part of the economy of a country or region. This important role has encouraged many countries including Indonesia to continue to develop UMKM. Although small in scale the number of workers, assets and turnover, but because of the large enough amount, the role of UMKM is quite important in supporting the economy. The success of UMKM is a factor supporting the improvement of various businesses, both micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in Gresik City. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and business location on the business success. of UKM. The method used in this research is quantitative method, the population of this research is 51 UKM. The analysis techn ique used is multiple linear regression analysis followed by t test with significance level 0,05. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit , creativity and business locat ions individually and simultaneous significantly affect the business success.

Abstract

high growth of online shopping in Indonesia gave rise to many onlien websites and platforms in Indonesia. Facebook, which is one of the social networks that many people use around the world, is one of the online selling media that is in great demand because it can reach more people. Shopping online on Facebook in addition to providing benefits for sellers and buyers. Online shopping on Facebook requires a high level of trust from buyers regarding the quality of products and serv ices, and ease in obtaining product information and payments because there are no guarantees such as online shop platforms such as shoope, tokopedia, lazada and others which before the goods are received by the customer, then the money from the buyer can not be disbursed. So researchers are interested in researching online shopping interests on the social media site facebook. The results obtained are variable trust, ease of transaction and quality of information positively affect the interest in buying online on facebook.

Abstract

Currently, business competition is getting more competitive. Companies must act to improve and maintain product quality. Product quality is the ability of a product to meet customer needs and consumers. Product quality can be a company's mainstay so that its products are able to compete in its market segments with similar products. Quality will encourage consumers to establish close relationships with the company for a long time which in turn creates consumer loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, promotion and conformity on consumer loyalty at the "X" fast food restaurant in Gresik Regency. The sample used in this study were 100 young respondents using the method of accidental sampling. The types and sources of data used are primary data in the form of questionnaire answers from respondents. Tests were carried out using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that product quality, promotion and conformity have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there is a phenomenon of decreasing taxpayer compliance. This study aims to examine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax understanding, tax sanctions, and risk preferences on land and building taxpayer compliance. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 95, while the sampling used the Non Probability Sampling technique using saturated sampling. The reason is because the population size is relatively small. The sample studied by the researcher is 95 taxpayers. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For test tools using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, tax understanding has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance and risk preferences have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance

Abstract

This study aims to test working capital turnover, cash turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector. By using 30 samples of the company's annual financial statements to analyze the effect of working capital turnover, cash turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. This test is done by using multiple linear regression. The regression results show that partially working capital turnover has a significant and significant effect on profitability with a level of 7.1%. While the cash turnover and inventory turnover variables have no effect on profitability. This research can be used by companies in determining performance and making managerial decisions based on financial statements. This study has limitations only on financial statements for companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality on financial behavior in handicraft businesses in Gresik Regency. The sample in this study used the saturated sample method from a total population of 80, so the samples taken were 80 handicraft entrepreneurs in Gresik Regency. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear analysis prove that financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality partially influence financial behavior in handicraft business actors in Gresik Regency. handycrafts.

Abstract

The background in this study based on the results of a pre-survey on financial satisfaction of employees of PT Birawa Eka Sapta Gresik showed dissatisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of financial behavior, financial literacy, and financial knowledge on employee financial satisfaction at PT Birawa Eka Sapta Gresik. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was the employees of PT Birawa Eka Sapta Gresik, amounting to 60 people, while the sample was taken using the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. The reason is because the sampling of the population is less than 100. The sample studied by the researcher is 60 employees. The analysis technique uses instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For the test tool, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used. The results of this study indicate that financial behavior, financial literacy, and financial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on employee financial satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the social media as a strategy to attract tourists in Setigi. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the research analysis of strategies for using social media as a strategy to attract tourist in Setigi, various social media platforms as a place for Setigi publications through facebook fanpage, instagram advertising, and tiktok. Facebook and instagram accounts are connected directly with the aim of facilitating the dissemination of content and information by utilizing features that support to attract tourist including re-post, tags, hashtags, caption, instagram story, facebook story. The existence of a timeline of content updates on a regular basis make followers interest stronger, with this an insight feature that can control post and know account performance, so that they can control the promotions that are carried out to be more effective and relevant. The existence of the share feature makes it easier for users to share with each other, Setigi makes a policy that all employees share and upload about Setigi on each employee’s social media platform so that dissemination can be faster. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Paciran. This research is a quantitative research using a survey approach. The population in this research was 61 and the sample was 61 according to the population. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had 5 alternative answers with 55 statement items which were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis test showed that (1) the principal's leadership style at SMA Negeri 1 Paciran was in the very good category, (2) the work environment at SMA Negeri 1 Paciran was in the good category, and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Paciran was in the category good. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on teacher performance, for the relationship between leadership style and work environment is the most dominant work environment on teacher performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengujian masalah keuangan yaitu pengaruh rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan aktivitas terhadap kebangkrutan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 perusahaan yang berfokus pada satu sektor yaitu sektor transportasi periode 2017-2020. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil regresi memperlihatkan bahwa rasio likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kebangkrutan, rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan net profit margin tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kebangkrutan, dan rasio aktivitas yang diukur dengan total asset trunover memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kebangkrutan. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan perusahaan dalam mengindikasi penurunan masalah keuangan sebelum terjadinya kebangkrutan. Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini hanya menggunakan tiga variabel independen seperti current ratio, net profit margin, dan total asset trunover. Selain itu, penelitian ini hanya meneliti pada satu sektor yaitu sektor transportasi.Kata kunci: Rasio Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Aktivitas, dan Kebangkrutan ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine financial problems, namely the effect of liquidity ratios, profitability, and activity on bankruptcy. The sample used is 60 companies that focus on one sector, namely the transportation sector for the 2017-2020 period. The test was carried out using multiple linear regression. The regression results show that the liquidity ratio as measured by the current ratio has a significant effect on bankruptcy, the profitability ratio as measured by net profit margin does not have a significant effect on bankruptcy, and the activity ratio measured by total asset turnover has a significant effect on bankruptcy. This research can be used by companies to indicate a decrease in financial problems before bankruptcy. The limitation of this study is that it only uses three independent variables such as the current ratio, net profit margin, and total asset turnover. In addition, this study only examines one sector, namely the transportation sector.Keywords: Liquidity Ratio, Profitability, Activity, and Bankruptcy
