Abstract

The background in this study is that the behavior of financial management at ASN Diskoperindag Gresik tends to be less good, which is influenced by several factors, namely financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality. This study aims to test the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality on financial management behavior at ASN Diskoperindag, Gresik Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 75, while the sampling used the Probability Sampling technique using Non Probability sampling. The reason is because the population is below 100, all of them are taken. The sample studied by the researchers was 75 ASN Diskoperindag Gresik Regency. The analysis technique uses instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test. For test tools using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, and personality has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

The background in this study is that there is a phenomenon that the realization of state revenues from the tax sector has the largest contribution, which each year experiences ups and downs compared to non-tax revenues. This study aims to test Service Quality, Tax Understanding, and Tax Sanctions, Influence on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 57, while the sampling used the Non Probability Sampling technique using saturated sampling. The reason is because the population size is relatively small. The sample studied by the researcher is 57 taxpayers. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For the test tool, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used. The results of this study indicate that the quality of tax services has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, tax understanding has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, and tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the fast-growing skin care industry, especially MS Glow. As a local brand whose name continues to grow until now, it has established many beauty clinics throughout Indonesia. At the same time, efforts are needed to continue to survive and compete with other skin care products. Moving on from these issues, this research is here with the aim of studying further about product quality, price, and promotion of purchasing decisions at MS Glow Gresik Branch. The population in this study were visitors to the beauty clinic at the Randuagung branch. From this population, this study obtained 90 samples who became respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely the data collection technique used by distributing questionnaires. The results of the study show that product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions. However, prices and promotions influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: MS Glow, Product Quality, Price, Promotion, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This research This study aims to examine the meaning of capital in the perspective of sharia financing for convection entrepreneurs in Bungah Distrct, Gresik Regency. By collecting data from 4 informant. The test was carried out using data analysis of the Milles and Huberman model which included data collection, data reduction, and verification. based on the research result of the study indicate that with this debt-based working capital needs can be met, convection entrepreneurs can open and build their business based on loand through sharia financing. Capital in the perspective of sharia financing is funds obtained to meet working capital needs that operate in accordance with sharia principles, where these principles are free and elements or usury. With the capital sourced from sharia financing, the need for fund can be met so that it can improve the welfare of life for convection entrepreneurs in the Bungah sub-district and achieve the smooth establishment of the bisiness.

Abstract

The reason is because the population is below 100, so all are taken. The samples studied by the researchers were 67 UMKM in Lamongan City. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For test tools using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that financial behavior has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, income has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, and financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of e-filing, service quality, and knowledge of taxation on individual taxpayer compliance. The method used is quantitative. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed to 100 respondents. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of e-filing and service quality are not significant on individual taxpayer compliance, while tax knowledge has a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the performance of employees at PT Bumimas Multikarya Perkasa has decreased. This study aims to test the influence of motivation, work environment, and workload on the performance of employees of PT Bumimas Multikarya Perkasa Production. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was the production employees of PT Bumimas Multikarya Perkasa, which amounted to 85 people, while the sample was taken using the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. The reason is because the sampling from a population of less than 100. The sample studied by the researcher is 85 employees of PT Bumimas Multikarya Perkasa. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For the test tool, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used. The results of this study indicate that motivation, work Environment have a positive, and workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Word of Mouth (WOM), advertising using Selebgram, dan Paid Promote to purchasing decision at Ayam Geprek Mang Soetta Gresik. Effective marketing is one of the keys to the success of a business. For this reason, this study was conducted to determine several variables related to marketing and purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research. Using a questionnaire method with incidental sampling techniques and with a sample of 100 consumers of AGMS Gresik. Testing using the SPSS method. The results show that word of mouth (WOM), advertising using Selebgram, and paid promotion have a positive influence on purchasing decisions at Ayam Geprek Mang Soetta Gresik.

Abstract

The current era of digitalization makes people shop without using cash, this can then be related to the convenience factor that can encourage consumers to behave impulsively when shopping or without planning. At the same time consumers are also faced with a situation of ability to self control, for example when they see a new product discount and so on. Such a buying process without planning or suddenly without thinking about the benefits and functions of the item or often called impulsive buying. Another factor that can encourage is the ease of transaction. The sample was taken on students, the analysis tool used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that self-control and ease of transaction affect the tendency to buy impulsively. Therefore it is important that in the future research is carried out on all factors that stimulate impulsive tendencies both externally and internally to consumers.

The background in this study is that there are many problems that affect employee performance and this is a challenge for companies in managing human resources because the success of a company depends on quality human resources. target. This study aims to test the Effect of Compensation, Work Environment, and Training on the Performance of Production Employees of PT Mestindo Gresik. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was the production employees of PT Mestindo Gresik, amounting to 78 people, while the sampling used the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. The reason is because the sampling of the population is less than 100. The sample studied by the researcher is 78 production employees. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For the test tool, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
