Abstract

ABSTRACT Perekonomian pada masa pandemi saat ini, memang membuat semua masyarakat indonesia merasa dirugikan. Pendapatan masyarakat mengalami penurunan semenjak adanya covid-19. Fenomena yang terjadi pada masyarakat di daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Lamongan adalah kondisi kehidupan perekonomian masyarakatnya selalu tidak pasti, namun dengan pedagang-pedagang lain selain di Lamongan yang rata-rata mengalami penurunan pendapatan dikarenakan volume penunjung berkurang, tetapi pada masa covid-19 ini pedagang di TPI Brondong masih memilih bertahan untuk tetap menjadikan usaha menjadi pedagang ikan di pertahankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Modal, Jam Kerja, Dan Harga Terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Ikan, karena pendapatan merupakan hasil kerja dalam kegiatan usaha maupun yang lain demi menghasilkan keuntungan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 152 pedagang ikan yang dilakukan di Tempat Pelelangan Ikan Brondong Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisi regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan, variabel Jam Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan, dan variabel Harga berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pendapatan. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan, Modal, Jam Kerja, Harga ABSTRACT The economy during the current pandemic has indeed made all Indonesian people feel disadvantaged. People's incomes have decreased since the Covid-19 outbreak. The phenomenon that occurs in the community in the Coastal area of ​​Lamongan Regency is that the economic life conditions of the people are always uncertain, but with traders other than in Lamongan, the average income decreases because the volume of visitors decreases, but during the Covid-19 period, traders at TPI Brondong still choose to survive to keep the business of being a fish trader maintained. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital, working hours, and prices on the income of fish traders, because income is the result of work in business or other activities to generate profits. The number of samples in this study were 152 fish traders conducted at the Lamongan Brondong Fish Auction Place. This study uses quantitative research and testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the capital variable has a positive and significant effect on income, the working hours variable has a positive and significant effect on income, and the price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on income. Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and lifestyle on financial behavior in management students using Shopee. The development of technology today facilitates all human affairs, including buying and selling which is increasingly facilitated. In the current condition, namely the Covid-19 pandemic, it is also able to encourage people to shop more online. The use of marketplaces among students at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik has led to the pattern of forming student financial behavior to become more consumptive. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The analytical technique to test the hypothesis is using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that financial knowledge has a significant effect on financial behavior, financial attitudes have no significant effect on financial behavior, and lifestyle has a significant effect on financial behavior.

Abstract

Traders at Balongpanggang Traditional Market experienced a decrease in income during the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic. Traders at Balongpanggang Traditional Market still earned income, although not as much as before the 2019 corona virus pandemic. Traders remained steadfast in facing a decline in income, remained diligent in running their business even though their income has decreased and remains steadfast in their stance and does not give up easily in obtaining income. This study aims to find out why the traders in Balongpanggang Market are steadfast, persevering and face a decline in income. By collecting data from 8 informants and 1 key informant as an opening research to find accurate results. The presentation of the data is carried out using data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis on traders' income during the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic were very large, but the traders at Balongpanggang Traditional Market remained firm in their stance in running their business because of their expertise and motivation. Traders in Traditional Markets also remain steadfast in the face of declining incomes for family welfare and happiness. In addition, the traders at the Balongpanggang Traditional Market continue to run their business by monitoring the selling of merchandise and never giving up to earn income.

Abstract

Pendapatan adalah hasil yang diperoleh suatu perusahaan melalui penciptaan dan penyerahan barang, pemberian jasa, atau kegiatan-kegiatan lain yang mengakibatkan kenaikan aktiva atau penurunan kewajiban usaha dalam periode tertentu. Pendapatan sangat berpengaruh bagi keseluruhan hidup industri, karena semakin tinggi pendapatan yang diperoleh maka semakin besar kemampuan industri untuk membiayai semua pengeluaran dan aktifitas yang akan dilakukan oleh industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal, biaya produksi dan penjualan terhadap pendapatan home industry kerupuk di Kecamatan Manyar. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 pemilik home industry kerupuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan home industry kerupuk di Kecamatan Manyar. Variabel biaya produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan home industry kerupuk di Kecamatan Manyar. Dan variabel penjualan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan home industry kerupuk di Kecamatan Manyar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital, labor, and counseling on farmers' income in the village of Punduttrate Benjeng Gresik. The research gap in this study is that farmers in the village of Punduttrate manage their own land with important capital and labor but extension services are less attractive to farmers because they rely on the experience they have. The number of samples used in this study were 81 respondents. The analytical technique to test the hypothesis is using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that capital has a significant effect on income, labor has a significant effect on income, and counseling has no significant effect on income.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the performance of employees at PT Brilliant Jaya Wood Industry has decreased. This study aims to test the influence of motivation, discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT. Brilliant Jaya Wood Industry. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Brilliant Jaya Wood Industry, totaling 73 employees, while the sampling used the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. The reason is because the sampling of the population is less than 100. The sample studied by the researcher is 73 employees. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For the test tool, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used. The results of this study indicate that work motivation, work discipline, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance allowance factor on employee performance, especially at ASN Helath Center X in Gresik. The health center has provided performance allowances, but employees work not optimally seen from work productivity and work discipline which have not experienced significant changes and tend to remain. The approach used is quantitative descriptive analysis with explanatory research. The population is all employees of the Helath Center, totaling 60 people, then sample selection using purposive sampling is carried out so that 36 people are obtained. The data used is primary data obtained directly collected by questionnaire. This study uses a Likert scale of 1 to 5 for the measurement of research variables. Data analysis used instrument test and simple linear regression. The results showed that the performance allowance had a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN employees at Helath Center X in Gresik. The existence of performance allowances causes employees to be motivated to work optimally so that it affects the performance of employees at the agency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Advertising Creativity, Advertising Attractiveness, Brand Ambassador Credibility, and Trust on buying interest in the Tokopedia application. Researchers used quantitative methods and used Non-Probability sampling technique which was determined based on purposive sampling. Sampling came from 100 respondents of UMG Management Students class 2018-2021 by distributing questionnaires. Tests using the SPSS method, and analysis testing using test instruments, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that advertising creativity, fish attractiveness, relying on brand ambassadors and trust have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in the Tokopedia application.

Abstract

The background in this research is the idea of ​​being able to return business capital from existing capital in Srowo Village. This study aims to examine the meaning of capital in the perspective of customs and the meaning of capital in the perspective of folkways or habits of cracker entrepreneurs in Srowo Village, Gresik Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were Fish Cracker Businesses in Srowo Village, Gresik Regency, while the sampling used the Non Probability Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The reason is because sampling has more characteristics or generalizations. The sample studied by the researcher was Mr. Kinun as the village apparatus in Srowo Village and also one of the cracker entrepreneurs who the researchers used as the gatekeeper, the first person as the researcher's data source who understands and has experience. The analysis technique uses data collection methods through interviews, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that obedience is caused by devotion to ancestors by preserving inheritance which can be used as a business opportunity in carrying out obligations to earn a living. Innovation profit due to business success from investment and achievement in their business continuity.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is an individual action in consuming excessively without thinking rationally and more concerned with wants than needs. The results of the pre-survey conducted by researchers show that management students of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik class of 2018 are considered to reflect consumptive behavior and are still lacking in utilizing the pocket money they receive. This study aims to determine the effect of pocket money, lifestyle and self-control on consumptive behavior in management students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. The research method uses quantitative research methods with a sample of 142 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16 program. The results showed that pocket money had a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, and self-control had a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior.
