Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Paciran. This research is a quantitative research using a survey approach. The population in this research was 61 and the sample was 61 according to the population. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had 5 alternative answers with 55 statement items which were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis test showed that (1) the principal's leadership style at SMA Negeri 1 Paciran was in the very good category, (2) the work environment at SMA Negeri 1 Paciran was in the good category, and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Paciran was in the category good. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on teacher performance, for the relationship between leadership style and work environment is the most dominant work environment on teacher performance.

Abstract

Pantai Kelapa forest tourism is one of the marine tourism objects in Tuban Regency which is quite well known outside the region. Pantai Kelapa has several rides that are not in ferior when compared to other beaches on the coast of Tuban. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of tourists, facilities, services, objects, accessibility, the development of tourist attractions in Pantai Kelapa based on tourist responses. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely research that describes, summarizes various problems, then draws to the surface as a feature or description of certain conditions, situations or variables. Data collection techniques include dat a primary (observation, interview, documentation) and secondary data (study literature).techniques analysis covering data reduction (data reduction), display data presentation), (data conclusion drawing (inference). The results showed that the tourists 're sponses to the satisfaction of Pantai Kelapa tourism services, the satisfaction of Pantai Kelapa tourism services, were good. It was seen from the respondents' answers strongly agree with 51% and 54% agree on the variables questionnaire given. So from the responses given by respondents, it can be concluded that the quality of service to tourists is good. By doing this research, it is hoped that it can provide recommendations for the development of rides according to the needs of tourists to increase tourist attractiveness and maintain naturalness in the Pantai Kelapa tourism area so that tourist satisfaction with services in Pantai Kelapa tourism increases.

Abstract

Di saat Pademi Covid 19 yang belum selesai, yang menimbulkan beberapa dampak yang luar biasa, salah satunya diantaranya di sektor pendidikan yaitu kurangnya minat siswa siswa SMA untuk melanjutkan pendidikannya ke jenjang lebih tinggi atau ke perguruan tinggi. Adapun beberapa alasannya adalah karena keterbatasan biaya dan waktu serta dalam keseharian juga banyak siswa yang harus mencari penghasilan dalam membantu orang tua memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Oleh karena itu program pengabdian ini mempunyai tujuan meningkatkan motivasi para siswa untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan lebih tinggi dengan meneruskan kuliah di perguruan tinggi dalam mengapai masa depan yang lebih baik kedepannya. Dalam pengabdian ini target luaran yang dicapai yaitu artikel yang dipublikasikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan penyuluhan materi pembekalan dan motivasi serta dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab demi meningkatkan minat kuliah siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palang. Kegiatan Ini dilaksanakan secara langsung dengan mengedepankan Protokol Kesehatan.

Abstract

Community Service is one of the Tri dharmas of Higher Education to be one of the accesses to achieve this vision. The community in Banjaragung Village was chosen as a partner to introduce Health Tea drinks made from pure spices. Through this activity, the author hopes to be able to carry out the mission to realize the learning process in the field of creative economic entrepreneurship with qualities that are relevant to the needs of today's society. Spices and especially sappan wood in Banjaragung Village have not been processed properly and lacked innovation. Considering that today's society needs drinks and food that can increase the body's immune system with spices, community service is made to make training to process secang wood and spices such as red ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon and tea leaves into products that are quickly consumed. by making health tea bags. Secang wood plant or the Latin nameCaesalpinia sappan is one type of spice that can be used for its woody stems or fruit. The components of bioactive compounds contained inwood, namely brazilian, brazilein, 3'-O-methyl braziline, sappansappan, chalcone, sappancalchone are known as antioxidants. Research on sappan wood as an antioxidant and can be used as a natural dye has been a lot. The counseling carried out is expected to provide insight to the community in Banjaragung Village about how to make Health Tea drinks so that they can help improve the economic level of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the performance profile of lecturers based on the results of monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of teaching, research and community service activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques used survey methods on the implementation of teaching learning process and documentation techniques in the form of lecturer performance targets and reports. Research respondents were all 216 students of the Economic Education Study Program at Unirow Tuban. Data analysis techniques used descriptive data analysis by calculating the percentage of respondents' answers, average score and categorization. The findings of the study showed that the average score was 3.7 be at interval <3.5 X <4.5, the teaching performance of the lecturers was in good category. International journal publications are very low and lecturer performance on community service in enough cathegory. The results of this study can be used to follow up on learning improvements and make online learning more effective and improve the performance of lecturers in the field of research and community service activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Adanya pandemi Virus Covid-19 berdampak pada berbagai bidang, salah satunya pendidikan.Dalam dunia pendidikan, perubahan metode mengajar pun harus dilakukan secara daring. Mahasiswa dan dosen diimbau untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar melalui metode jarak jauh. Hal ini mendatangkan efek positif maupun kekurangan yang perlu dibenahi. Maka dari itu suatu keniscayaan apabila e-learning harus dilaksanakan secara masif karena bersifat fleksibel dan lebih mudah diakses. Namun, di sisi lain metode e- learning juga mengurangi interaksi dosen dan mahasiswa serta antarmahasiswa. Keadaan seperti ini menuntut para dosen untuk lebih selektif dan kreatif dalam memilih metode apa yang akan digunakan dan diterapkan kepada mahasiswa, sehingga mahasiswa tidak merasa cepat bosan ketika menerima materi dan mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan dosen. Di sinilah peran dosen sangat diperlukan, mereka harus tetap menjalankan tugas profesinya.. Semua itu bisa dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi mobile yaitu telegram. Nilai akhir yang didapat secara keseluruhan dari ahli media mencapai 87,6% yang menempati kriteria Sangat Kuat atau Sangat Baik. Nilai akhir yang didapat secara kesuluran dari ahli materi mencapai 92,5% yang menempati kriteria Sangat Kuat atau Sangat Baik. Nilai akhir yang didapat secara kesuluran dari responden mencapai 86,47% yang menempati kriteria Sangat Kuat atau para responden Sangat Setuju menggunakan media telegram ini digunakan sebagai penunjang pembelajaran.

Abstract

Bank sebagai perantara masyarakat yang memiliki dana lebih dengan masyarakat yang membutuhkan dana, maka usaha utama yang dilakukan oleh bank ialah kegiatan-kegiatan terhadap sektor penyaluran dana atau yang disebut Perkreditan. Dalam usaha Penyaluran dana tidak lepas dengan adanya risiko terhadap kegagalan pembayaran atau kemacetan pelunasan, yang mana debitur tidak bisa lagi untuk membayar kreditnya. Begitu pula terhadap PT. BPR Damata Arthanugraha yang terletak di Kabupaten Lamongan Jawa Timur tidak lepas dengan adanya kredit yang bermasalah, untuk menghindari hal ini terjadi diperlukan manajemen Risiko Kredit yang efektif sehingga mampu untuk menurunkan kredit yang bermasalah. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah manajemen kredit yang diterapkan PT. BPR Damata Arthanugraha dapat menurunkan terjadinya kredit bermasalah dan Untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terjadinya kredit bermasalah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa manajemen kredit yang diterapkan PT. BPR Damata Arthanugraha sudah efektif dalam pengelolaan kredit serta menurunkan jumlah kredit yang bermasalah dengan menggunakan analisis 5C dan dengan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan. Faktor penyebab kredit bermasalah adalah nasabah yang tidak memiliki niat yang baik dalam pembayaran kreditnya, PT. BPR Damata Arthanugraha melakukan tindak lanjut untuk menurunkan jumlah kredit bermasalah dengan cara melakukan Peringatan tertulis pada debitur 1-3x, Mendatangi debitur bersama tim, Debitur akan dibawa ke hukum cukup efektif serta ditinjau dari kolektibility tahun 2019-2021 kredit bermasalah tiap tahunnya mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2019 sebesar 15,8% , tahun 2020 sebesar 15,2%, sampai tahun 2021 menurun 12,6%.

Abstract

Work productivity is very important to achieve company goals optimally. One way is to provide motivation and job satisfaction. Motivated employees work with enthusiasm, so that job satisfaction is achieved and employee work productivity increases. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on work productivity of employees of PT. Amanah Sang Surya Tuban and find out which variables have the greatest influence on employee productivity. This type of research is quantitative research using anassociative approach. from linearity test and normality test, partial regression test (t-test) and simultaneous regression test (F-test). Based on testing using a simultaneous linear regression test between work motivation and work productivity, job satisfaction, From this it can be concluded that work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect work productivity at PT. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Terate Palang Tuban. The population or subjects in this research are KSPPS BMT Terate Palang Tuban customers for the last three years with a population of 2,510 customers. The sample used was 96 respondents using random sampling technique. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire was measured using a Likert scale. The testing technique uses the Validation and Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test), Hypothesis Test which is analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Determinant Coefficient or R test. The research results show that the instrument test results for all variables are valid and reliable. Likewise, all data fulfills classical assumptions. The final results show that there is a positive and significant influence between service and promotion on customer satisfaction. Based on the partial test (t test) shows that the service quality variable has a partial positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The promotion variable shows that there is a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the simultaneous test of service quality and promotion, there is a joint influence on customer satisfaction. From these results, all the hypothesized variable relationship arguments are accepted. These results provide input to the bank that service and promotion should be instruments in increasing customer satisfactionKey words: service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction
