Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of marketing strategies to increase income for singing karaoke divas in Timika City. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. The analytical instrument used is SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of marketing strategies to increase income for singing karaoke divas in the city of Timika lies in quadrant I of the SO strategy, which has alternative strategies such as adequate services, promotional offers and providing a place or location.

Abstract

This study aims: to determine the relationship between the factors of road facilities and infrastructure, vehicle regulation, vehicle speed regulation, road user behavior and traffic regulation with the level of traffic congestion on the Budi Utomo and Hasannudin roads and to determine the dominant factors causing traffic congestion. traffic on Jalan Budi Utomo and Jalan Hasannudin in Timika City. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in data analysis is factor analysis. The results showed that the factors that caused traffic congestion on Budi Utomo and Hasannudin roads were road facilities and infrastructure factors, vehicle regulation, vehicle speed regulation, road user behavior and traffic regulation. Budi Utomo and Hasannudin Timika roads are the behavior of road users.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan pedagang mama-mama Papua (suku kamoro) dilihat dari pendapatan sebelum relokasi (pasar lama) dan sesudah relokasi (pasar sentral). Metode yang digunakan yakni metode komparatif, data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terbuka selanjutnya dilakukan analisis menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa relokasi pasar lama ke pasar sentral tidak mempengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan mama-mama Papua dari segi pendapatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential for the development of freshwater fish aquaculture. The research method used is descriptive research method, which is a research method that describes or describes something, such as circumstances, conditions, situations, events, activities, and others. In this study, the data collection methods used were the observation method, the interview method, the questionnaire method, and the documentation method. To find out the strategy for developing freshwater aquaculture, the analytical instrument used in this study is an analysis of the current situation, namely the SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the position of potential development of freshwater aquaculture lies in opportunity (quadrant) III, which means this area faces a large market opportunity but on the other hand faces several internal constraints/weaknesses, the focus of this strategy is to minimize internal problems, so as to seize better opportunities.

Abstract

Target of research are as folowing: To know what is by together there are influence between Working Safety variable (X1) and Health of Job (X2) to Performance Employees (Y) at Department of Facilities Management of PT. Freeport Indonesia of Timika Papua. Technique intake of sampel weared in this research of writer use technique of Random Sampling. Where each; every population member have is same opportunity to be selected as sampel. From result analyse that there is positive influence of Working Safety variable (X1) to Performance Employees (Y) with value of parsial equal to 0,917 or 84.1% meaning there is very strong influence. Matter in proving with Working Safety variable hypothesis test (X1) to Performance Employees (Y) obtained by value of to = 6,708 > t0,05 (142) = 1,656, hence Ho refused and Is ha accepted to mean there is influence isn't it. From result analyse that there is positive influence [of] variable Health of Job (X2) to Performance Employees (Y) assess correlation of parsial equal to 0,944 or 89,1% meaning there is very strong influence. Matter in proving with hypothesis test between variable Health of Job (X2) to Performance Employees (Y) obtained by value of to = 11,347 > t0,05 (142) 1,656, hence Ho refused and Is ha accepted to mean there is influence isn't it. By Simultan there is positive influence of Working Safety variable (X1) and Health of Job (X2) to Performance Employees variable (Y) obtained [by] correlation value of R equal to 0,958 and while value of R Square equal to 0,917 or 91,7%, this matter can be expressed that result analyse by together Working Safety variable (X1), and Health of Job to Performance Employees variable (Y) have very strong influence. Proved with test of FCount in obtaining value equal to 779,197 where bigger than Ftable (143) equal to 2,670 with level isn't it equal to 0,000 because 0,000 < 0,05, hence by simultan can be told by Working Safety variable (X1) and Health of Job (X2) to Performance Employees (Y) have an effect on isn't it.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran orang tua, peran guru dan fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap minat baca siswa SMP di Kota Timika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian, data dalam penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua berpengaruh terhadap minat baca siswa SMP di Kota Timika, peran guru berpengaruh terhadap minat baca siswa SMP siswa SMP di Kota Timika dan Fasilitas perpustakaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat baca siswa SMP di Kota Timika.

Abstract

Each step of the organization in principle has a variety of needs that are immediately met. The diverse needs such as food, drink, clothing, shelter and also the need for appreciation. This need will be seen as a need that will raise employee morale, so as a leader must be able to provide direction that is linked to the motivation of subordinates so that they can achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to find out how much work motivation and employee performance are and how the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at the Mimika Regency Settlement and Manpower Office. The method used is descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. To measure work motivation using a Likers scale and to measure the relationship of work motivation to employee performance at the Mimika District Manpower Office using a correlation analysis tool (relationship). The results of the analysis show that most (45%) employees at the Mimika Regency Settlement and Manpower Office have work motivation in the fairly high category, and (40%) have performance in the fairly good category. While the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at the Mimika Regency Settlement and Manpower Office, the results of the analysis show that the relationship is very strong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kesadaran Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Pada Toko Sepatu Bata di Kota Timika. Penelitian ini dialkukan selama bulan Oktober sampai April 2022 di Toko Sepatu Bata di Kota Timika. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Sepatu Bata dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling.pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Uji Validitas dan Uji Reabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi Berganda, Uji F, dan Uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan kesadaran merek secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada Toko Sepatu Bata di Kota Timika.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of an independent layer chicken farming business in terms of financial and non-financial. To achieve this goal, the method used in this research is descriptive. For the purposes of analysis, the data used for the financial security assessment was obtained directly from the owner of the Independent Laying Chicken Farm, while for the non-financial assessment it was obtained from the owner of the Independent Laying Chicken Farm, workers, customers, the surrounding community, and other livestock entrepreneurs for comparison. using observation and interview techniques. To analyze To analyze the feasibility of a business from a financial point of view, B/C ratio analysis is used, while non-financial assessment with indicators of production aspects, market and marketing aspects, and environmental aspects is used source triangulation analysis. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the Independent Laying Chicken Farm is feasible to be developed from a financial and non-financial perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of business creativity on competitive advantage in a wedding invitation printing in Timika City. The research method used is a descriptive method, which is a research method that describes or describes something, for example conditions, conditions, situations, activities, and others. In this study the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. To find out business creativity of competitive advantage in a wedding invitation printing in the city of Timika, the analysis used in this study is the analysis of the chi square of the sample. The results showed that there was an influence on business creativity on competitive advantage on a wedding invitation printing in the city of Timika, which means the authenticity of the product, the transformation of a product and the feasibility of the product from the indicator of business creativity on competitive advantage has an influential results in the city of Timika.
